saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book I really stopped at book CL I did not fabulous I'm what I just had me all situated the other night I'm looking forward to my delivery at home very good and then of course yesterday the the the internet went goofy Oh you mean just Facebook oh just Facebook went Goofy yeah social media went toy and people were lost confused sweaty going on to other social medias to complain about the one social media that they were currently using wasn't working but we survived did they ever explain why it went goofy or no it was a glitch I'm sure that they were resetting things and obviously some somebody's head is rolling today right Facebook and Instagram and whatever it else was but it was it it was nuts you start to do things you could do some things you couldn't do other things like I couldn't find lemon Ado yesterday to to to post stuff on it oh yeah I had all the pages available but not my own right I was like oh okay right and then I couldn't sign on to my own page but I could sign on to it was just like and how do people how are people gonna find us for trivia and music bigup no no did they they did they knew uh shout out to Junior who was playing one of our games on uh and sent me the photo and I was excited it was a good game you played by the way all parades everybody in the town is dressing up in costume this is participation really like I've not seen before uh and I'm I'm pretty pumped about it that's G to be fun I know we had uh Cody's banquet last night for football so 20 graduating seniors 20 wow it's gonna be a brand new team next year yeah it is they got a lot of work to do I looked at my son and I was like you are going to have to step up in a major way next year because right there's like four of you that I've played before and and yeah coach was like basically I'm not going to sugarcoat it we need decisions to be made by January February yeah and we're gonna have to you need to bring friends into this program yeah or figure it out we had two three seniors that had never played any sports before really play football this year wow I loved that wow because you don't normally see seniors coming out for a sport ever regardless correct I think I'm going to go get beat up my senior year and they and they did and they did it with smiles on so that was really cool to watch and my baby boy got his letter already I know he's just like his mama who lettered her sophomore year as well I looked at my husband you're not the athlete here and if this is an athlete once was an athlete okay don't judge Meed to be very fit if you're an athlete you're always an athlete I agree Elite what's up Dave hegner thank you for joining us on the show come visit me I know that the two times you've bopped into cap space the door has been locked but I can assure you that I was inside you just have to text me she just didn't want to see you no no they lock that door they don't have a door person so if you're looking for someone uh for a job cap space is hiring they've got full-time and um part-time so it's no it's a community manager oh okay so there's a lot of people that go in and out of there it's a shared space an office space so it's basically just the community manager take deliveries talk to people help people with whatever it is booking meetings technology if you're a social person that has a little bit of Technology experience come and see everyone at c space because we need a manager now how does that work if I'm like a a a salesperson who needs office space do I like make a reservation or sign a contract or do I just wand and and say I'll take that desk all the above oh okay there's all of those options so you can go there for free no you have to pay you have to pay oh so I could walk in next week and say I want that's that's for two hours someone would say that's sure thing 40 bucks yep or whatever yeah we've got giant meeting rooms over there as well right also it's the place to drop your local shop local Mash P passes off so if you've gotten your passport stamped and you want to win some prizes drop it off at the Santa box at the bottom of Cape space in Mash B we've been collecting toys for Toys for Tots as well over there wow very busy this time of year is very busy so we've got the parade coming up we're football banquet last night lots of moms and dads celebrating their kids that was very very cool to see um yeah it's just the season for ends and Beginnings because now it's basketball right shout out to the parents barely holding on for a thread right now and also the teachers that are getting classrooms of kids that are checked out sugared up and not interested in anything you've got going on than an educator right now well Mariana told me that there's that there's going to be a big push I asked if you have homework or whatever and she said yeah next couple weeks a big push yeah and it done and they're not gonna do anything yeah and then they're done yeah Diana I'm not sure what the pay is but definitely check it out hey Nate we are going to page you look well I hope you're doing great so yeah speaking of football coach belich what's happening good for him Nate you can jump in on this too I think it's great yeah I really do tell everybody who does not know the news Well bill bellich is going to be the head coach of the University of North Carolina he his dad was an assistant coach there and then of course his dad was a legendary um assistant coach at at Navy so belich grew up around College college football yeah and he anytime he was asked if you were not a coach what would you be he always said I'd be a teacher so it's College where where you can where you can be a you can be a teacher I mean just imagine the the people who the students the athletes who are gonna want to come you know and and be on Coach it should be exciting for their program I'm sure they're paying through the nose for it so it better be return on imagine and imagine when they when they get that list he's not going to recruit I mean he's not going to go on the road Deion Sanders doesn't do it either and Deion Sanders is and half the coach Bill is but I mean imagine the parents when when you know Bill gets the list down to the top 12 that he that he wants to recruit and the phone rings and and the kid and puts the puts the speaker phone on so his parents can hear it and they're filming it and this voice says hi this is coach belich I mean imagine it's cool if a Pats fan not everybody is you have to remember it's a different want to and and and somebody said people who are really interested in getting into the NFL one of his pitches was he's gonna set up a program to train college students how to get to the NFL amazing oh yeah and and I'm sure a lot of people will want that oh yeah oh yeah no I think it's I I think it's you both were like but no never again if we lose our spouse that there's we're good we're good here and I told my husband my ghost will haunt him if he ever remarries so there's that Mari just told me she's gonna come back and onun me so oh good I'm glad you know don't worry Mari we're both ghosts together right is that your ghost girlfriend again that was our question of the day today which zodiac sign is the hardest to be married to or to date Virgo man I'm telling you what I am married to a Virgo and he is never wrong so it's very difficult to have even just a regular conversation with the way he pivots away from ever admitting that he is ever wrong because he is not that is hard yeah that's why you love him I guess um he sat there and watched me cry while I watched the entire notebook The Notebook is going away off of Netflix or whatever you know how they lose the rights to whatever it is so it's like leaving soon and I was like I got to watch it for the 875th time and I cried the whole time again because that's what I do and my husband just sat there laughing at me I said it was a love story you don't love me like that oh no you didn't say that did you I absolutely did Mo what a wifey thing to say well I laughed this morning when a story came across our desk that said three things Boomers were taught that make Millennials roll their eyes okay let's go one of them was you should settle for Mr Good Enough which is what sparked this conversation we were having Mr Good Mr good enough you're all right for all right you're all right for the rest of my life for the next 40 45 years that is something I can say the Millennials my my gen my Gen X are my gen zers they're not not settling for anything no they're not no they won't have it number two marry early enough so you don't miss on the fertile years one of our friends said that the only reason to get married is to have to procreate and then two of our friends are married 40s something years and had never had children so they refuted that immediately right right um but the you know because of the advancements in science that those fertile years can last well you guys are fine your Tony Rands of the world can be making babies until you're 100 and five and then the last one was you'll know him or them when you find them I believe that one you you knew you you you you knew I did oh yeah yeah what question did he ask you what was my favorite chopan piece yes and I answered not many can that was his pickup line what's your favorite showan piece and our F like honestly our first I don't know six months of dating was at a piano playing music for each other we're weirdos but it was just it was cute it was nice it was wholesome these kids don't date wholesomely anymore they're on Tik Tock and hinge and sending each other dudes is very different that is the last thing that I want want to be seeing and a photo form of however you've fashioned it people still send you that stuff sometimes and you're like why why don't I've I've I've never gotten one don't don't get any I've never gotten one Mar's gonna be like he my life is complete I don't need to see yours or whatever we are good it's while I think every girl dates a bad boy right I guess because we think we can fix them I think there's some weird innate thing in women we're nurturers H maybe you're a nurturing human being and you feel like I can foster this this will get better it does it doesn't so so what's Selena Gomez thinking becoming engaged to who whoever he is like Benny for her although Benny looks like he smells I don't I saw him in Little Dicky I I he's adorable he needs to shave he actually is one of those people that is disgustingly talented in the Music Arena and I feel like she went on personality and who he is as a person they love each other they eat food and they talk music and they enjoy each other's company I think that that's the way that we should should remind each other these are the relationships that are healthy yeah Benny Blanco is his is his stage name his real name is Benjamin Joseph Leven yeah but he's I guess a fairly successful or a very successful songwriter yeah I mean he's worked with like Maroon 5 he wrote Move Like Jagger there's a whole list of things here yeah he's an amazing artist that he's done that um you know I certainly I certainly I mean I think that she's getting grief and GFF for it because she went from dating the Justin Bieber of the world to Benny yeah um but I think that that connection there is a good one for her she needs to be in a healthy space everybody does what up Angie thanks I'm sure she's a bit of a handful herself she looks fun yeah she's had a lot of drama but you live look at Britney Spears you know what I mean you live in front of a camera you live touring she even says she's too old to be a pop star anymore which I appreciated what is she 30 maybe honestly and she loves Steve Martin in Martin SCH well that has been a great show for her that has been able to just be her normal self in a role so I think that that's good for I saw an interview recently where she said they are just they are two of the nicest guys they're great to work with they're always you know concerned about other people in the cast and other people in the in in the crew and and there you know they're just fabulous there's something to be said for a seasoned guy you've you've been through all of the things so there's no nonsense anymore right you know what I mean you've seen it you've been there you wrote the book I'm not taking your crap anymore you don't have to right and and that's comforting for younger people to feel comfortable in a situation like that yeah so good for her I love that I saw the amazing kesin passed away I know it I knew the amazing keskin I'm not surprised by that he he came to adbor um um an adbor story a couple of times mayor Keane who was way back when had a a summer program called Summer Fest kind of based on uh Boston's summer thing that Kevin White had and keskin came a couple of times to adbor high school to do to do fundraisers oh cool very very nice guy a little distant but very nice guy he's a mentalist by the way if you're wonder he did he did some I mean seeing him backstage and talking and everything else and then when he went out on stage some of the stuff that he did with people yeah it was like okay how did he how did he do this because I just had supper with him and he wasn't talking to anybody setting this up interesting no it was it was good well he that was his job right though like he was a mentalist is what they used to call it not a psychic not a psychic no a mentalist right right is that just because they can feel aware maybe that's why he had to be standoffish because he could absorb other people's energy there are a lot of people that are like that could be how old was he you 89 89 well God bless him yeah he lived an okay life I feel like if because they can they can buy I mean at Christmas time usually and I think you do this with Cliff you're around long enough with each other and the Christmas presents are like we can buy whatever we want I know we do stocking stuff is where we get each other like new new toilet trees where're they're so romantic I was like babe I got you the good razors there you go and I got him his favorite chocolates there you go right I'm getting a wallet that can fit in the front of in a front pocket on a back pocket perfect like that is something you actually need yes because if you follow us my wallet is always falling out my wallet's gone he's like George castanza I know it the dad actually and Mari wanted well she's watching but she knows what she asked for and you know no pair of slippers but not any slippers so oh oh talk to me about these slippers they're um first time I went to buy them Mariana was in her stroller and they're Uggs okay and I figured I'm buying a pair of slippers 25 bucks maybe going to a store in Cape Cod Mall and I want those and I go okay and I bring it up to the register and they bring it up and ding ding ding ding and they say that'll be $99 sir I went what SL slippers yeah slippers yes sir but they're 99 everything's expensive now so that's what she wants I mean they're still expenses they're over a hundred bucks now with inflation and everything but it's not even that bad but about it I know exactly went out to dinner the other night it was like $300 or something wow and it wasn't even a lot yeah like that was the thing I was like we weren't even being extra we could have been so much more extra right if we were gonna spend it we might as well spend it no we had a gift card and that was really really sweet all of our amazing um people that were part of the farmers market we actually got a chance to get out and enjoy it oh good yeah warm up with a nice dinner so that was pretty awesome and this is our last weekend last weekend to come see it experience it we've got bod who's going to be performing on Saturday he's healthy knock on wood um Saturday is going to be a busing day in the m commment just plan for it between the farmers market the stroll that we've got from 2 to six throughout the entire Mash B commment and then six o'clock it is our season of Illumination parade it's the 18th Annual we have over 70 floats we've got the corgis we've got the horses we have so bosin is back with their big impressive boat float uh yeah it is it is pretty awesome JT and I are going to be right here live on Mas TV channel 1072 and HD and uh we're working on how exactly we're going to get this information as the floats information is coming in it's like this one's 15 feet high and 55 feet wide and I mean some of them are pretty not saying where they're coming from and there are apparently more and more of them and people are saying oh they look like as big as cars well they're probably not because they're up that high but there has been no official explanation as to where they're coming from well get us seriously folks look at it it's kind of crazy get used to it all of these crazy crimes that I have here in the National ones are a little like really crazy really none of which I care to mention although I did impress I was impressed by the Canadian woman that was arrested with 10 kilograms of meth that she wrapped as Christmas presents that she was trying to get through the New Zealand Airport that sweet no one's going to look at Christmas presents do dog is spitting around like this next to your suitcase nope this is just my baby nothing to see to see some people a full diaper but you really don't I scanning technology I just really that who's bringing drugs as pres why why through countes what is it what what what cable network has the um the the show that where they my husband will watch those airport shows all day long between usually they're getting busted for fruit weird fishes the most bizarre items yeah occasionally drugs sometimes they're like inhalers they just stupid stuff but he will sit there and watch yeah all day yeah I could watch them for a little while because it becomes like it's the same thing it becomes like I know it's the same thing so you end up saying how could all these people be so stupid rtb the Santa Claus too no sir Santa Claus 2 and then somebody started yesterday when I asked what your favorite Christmas or holiday movie is and somebody started right on in with the Die Hard Die Hard Die Hard it is it's not a Christmas movie yes it is I mean it's a movie set around Christmas time it's a Christmas movie okay then it's a Christmas movie all those Hallmark stories Christmas it's around Christmas you know elf is still my favorite I think fun fact about Hank canot stand it how could you not like it I cannot stand it it is so stupid it's the best thing so stupid Oh my God it is my all-time favorite Christmas movie I mean apart from It's a Wonderful Life right I mean that's that's a good classic great right but watched that so many times and then and then you've seen it also White Christmas up there for me right it's the tunes it's the whole story right yeah it could be on and I can kind of wandering it out but I wouldn't sit down and watch it watch it oh I will sit and watch White Christmas anytime it is on yeah no matter what yeah all the time I I don't have patience watching movies anyway so speaking of Christmas we have to talk about our friend Atasha yes and the holiday baking competition on on the Food Network and if you haven't seen it sorry um but but she's but she's posting about it anyway right she came very close to getting eliminated on night um there were two little min mini bake offs and then it's been a lot of tears and then and then the competition and they did a Yankee Swap thing and she got I forget what she got but the person swapped with her and she ended up with some kind of something around the caramel cake or whatever it was whatever it was she had never worked with it before and it looked revolting yeah she was crying she she was because I think she thought okay I'm done yeah but I think based on the quality of her work all the way through the show she made it to the finals y so that's Monday night we got the okay from the Food Network to have Natasha come on and talk to us however we have conflicting schedules but we will have Natasha on probably after the um after the finals next week to talk to us about about just the whole well we were G to have on today and then it was like a Time Crunch and then also it was like I guess the food network is going to be watching and critiquing or and we just I we have to be mindful they were gonna be listening folks which is I'm I'm not against that come on Food Network yeah bring me all your food people we'll get her on we know we'll we'll get her on next week and and uh but I know a lot of people are out there um it's a great little show oh it is and to really and to know somebody or know of somebody you know if you've been to the market you you've seen her there if you're on Cape cardani at home or anywhere else you you know Natasha from um from there and thank you Mari she said the Christmas Market is amazing we should go before the parade and see you on Sunday yes you should bundle up everybody and I cannot thank our people at Market more they have persevered through weather through Wind Through crazy through people through just absolutely any situation you could possibly think of and they're persevering smiling showing up and selling their goods so please come and support these small businesses because this may be their last weekend of making money until May or June right um and then it is one of a lot of people side Hustle but some of these are their true businesses right and so they they've got to go to find other places where they can sell their items or go strictly online and they honestly have this honestly a lot of cool stuff yeah if you're looking for for you know you don't want to give the same old same old for Christmas you can't give another package of underwear or or whatever you're going to you're going to find stuff there shout out to some of our candle makers I have been so impressed by some of the yummy Creations yeah and the Flash blower amazing right thank you fenex fox you have been incredible you've brought your friends every single week we've had different glass blowers there yes uh working with glass and making ornaments and making jewelry and and and they're right there you can you can watch them do their you know it is really cute she I she made me this little turtle necklace as a thank you for having her and I was like I just sat there watching her make this yeah it incredible yeah she was made this um paper weight I guess with a bunch of other glass figurines inside so there was like Nightmare Before Christmas ones inside the glass on the outside it was amazing almost like a snow globe with blown glass on the inside of stuff and I just sat there like drooling watching her like I just I can't it amazes me how creative people are she's incredible she said one day just some guy sat there and watched her for an hour and bought all of her ornaments right so she was thinking I know right are they going to be there this weekend they are going to be there this weekend Saturday and Sunday and then we're closing it out with a bang I'm very much looking forward to uh this rest period the rest and Rejuvenation period And if you think for one second that we're just going to lay around you are highly mistaken we've got a lot are we going back to knock about on Sundays or what no we got a lot of improvements in the offseason I will be there occasionally and Friday the 20th is our lemon Ado Christmas party uh we're opening it up to the public after our party and it's going to be an ugly sweater party so please come celebrate with us uh Curtis is going to be dejing some tunes for us um and we're just going to hang out in our ugly sweaters we'll give an award for the ugliest of ugly sweaters and I know you have one because everybody's got their ugly sweater party so this will be ours and uh knockout has their 12 Beers of Christmas excellent excellent so but there's going to be things to do because Mariana said to me what are we going to do on Sunday right what are right there's no Market what's Stephanie going to do where are we going Stephanie's got plenty to do trust me it'll fill up before we know it and uh it'll be back to Summer again around here again shortly um Natasha is the best sorry guys your dish has been shopped no that's not how they do it they just ask them to leave right anything you've got to say for
