what saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book I really Su at book club I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual I just had a visual I proud of it good morning Lauren good morning I was worried about you it's so windy outside and I saw that there was a down pole by Clay Pond Road yeah there is and I managed to miss it somehow I had to kind of fly over to the studio and then come back over the bridge I saw a lot of debris I didn't see any poles down thank you for dodging obstacles to get to the studio today yeah I got a little Wy out there on your backgound GRS coming up and around the water be prepared for it when you go out there it started to kick up last night and uh it was a little scary I got to be honest when we left Shipwrecked which is right on the ocean it's right where the Falmouth Road Race ends yeah and we were like blown to our car I'm like scary so be careful hydroplaning sure you remind your young teen drivers thank you for that Lily Lily pass the written just to get out of driver's head that we need to put in the hours yeah Logan is trying to get into driers ad so upper Cape Tech has a great drivers program nice um but they announced the date to sign up in within 20 minutes it was full oh I'm sure yeah and my husband was on it like he was ready to sign him up so I got to figure out way to sign him up but he's ready for it well my daughter might get her license by the time she's 30 I don't know I wasn't in a rush to get mine it's not an extreme rush around here even though for me I feel like let's go like I was 19 when I got mine I kind of had to get I had a baby oh yeah yeah that needed to happen I had my uh son at 18 so I had my car at 19 and it's weird because you say there's no rush around here but there's no public transportation either so it's really really tough to get around I don't know she's got her friends doing her dirty work and you know her father right now is out of commission my poor husband threw out his back and everybody knows there are like two of the worst pains in the world back pain and tooth pain and there's nothing you can do about either of them they're just awful it's awful that and migraines and you literally just have to continue your work around it yeah so I love how you got him the back brace and uh he's like thank you so much honey that was so sweet right you got me ready to work absolutely it wasn't a heating pad it was the back FR no let's go got things to do poor guy does he ever see like a chiropractor yeah he does like on the regular Wow since he was like 18 they wanted him to have back surgery in his 20s I was like absolutely not you will work through it I'm horrible but I'm so glad that he didn't like he really you know there you need to just move your body better you definitely have to take care of your body you can eliminate a lot of the problems and I actually love the fact I'm seeing a shift with um people getting elderly to move more it's um not working out what are they calling it it's literally slipped off my my head but literally just moving your body yeah mindful dementia no I don't know Alzheimer's no it's to move your body um purposefully for elderly people so oh so they be they're careful they don't get injured thank you yes not the mind even though we do need to work that too exactly what's up rtb how are you shot I am brain damaged at this point of the week words are hard this wasn't on the script wait it's only Wednesday it's got to be fine I had my first meeting yesterday with my e forall team te my my new my new mentee yes eall has started uh met with everybody that is uh going to be in my group and I'm excited we have representation from four different decades which I think is a really good space to be an entrepreneur to hear the voices of different Generations right to give their help an aspect so you got to meet with the other mentors okay so I saw Jen Christian got to meet with all the entrepreneurs last so I haven't seen who's in the group yet what businesses they have I saw the coffee there yeah there's so many different ones our friend Jim Pressman is doing it this season coffee in a VW bus hey a great idea a very expensive VW bus yes this is why I ended up with just a VW bus counter that's it unanswered prayers yeah I don't have to learn to drive stick ship for that one yeah right I I love the fact that you had this goal this vision of having a VW bus never knowing how to drive a standard vehicle you know sometimes you have ideas and sometimes those ideas are not good ones I mean the idea was I was going to travel to local facilities I want to go to um homeless shelters I've done work in homeless shelters before just volunteer playing with people spreading some joy and I kind of wanted to go back to that and I will still travel to those facilities but the truth is I wasn't going to make any Revenue in a small bus on the road I can definitely help more people I think inviting them to the studio yeah yeah but I did get the bus the bus is the counter and and it's got the lights she got the look she wanted to got the look without the standard driving I don't have to drive maybe we'll put a steering wheel on it me me I do recommend that you learn how to do it I feel like it's one of those skills that you should know yeah but also it's one you never forget it doesn't go away once you learn it I'm just so worried about I'm going to be that person at a stop sign or red light that's like you know like I had crash course in that when I was 18 19 years old going growing up in the out of Ro Rhode Island area where it was uh right by Ry in Brown University where it's a hill like literally straight up and I'm like oh my God please make that light please make that light I didn't make the light one of those you have to now I'm teetering on killing somebody and many somebody's that are in line behind me on this hill that's why my husband made me drive in Spain because we had a standard vehicle and he's like nope this is all you I nope go ahead I mean I'd like to try it but is it one of those things that's gonna go away just like L Lines no you don't think so you never forget it not whatsoever you just got to balance that clutch and you're good to go anybody that's driven it you know are they gonna get rid of sck shift though are they gonna switch over to Auto for everything I don't know I don't think that they have I think that there are certain areas in which it's good for especially driving on ice and stuff like that I would much rather have a standard vehicle you pop the clutch start that thing right up exactly when it says like what's it say if your break fail ditch the truck that's it stck a roll I went a few years ago I could not believe that was a real thing dit the truck not fun at all what's up Rick yeah see Megan still drives a stick see and rtb love my manual transmission hey Bay View Ariels what's up how you doing today we're having a good time we're always having a good time I know well Lauren you've got a lot going on right now and I'm very excited to come back to the studio next week and we'll just hang out yes a breath of fresh air it's gonna be nice and so what's going on what do you got classes Saturday markets are still on Saturday markets are fantastic um we have so many really talented vendors that come in about 10 tables set up for Crafters um o this past weekend we had someone bring cinnamon twist pastries and chocolate croissants um we had a lady that does dips for bread oil vinegar dips oh my gosh it was really good so it was nice to have a variety uh to eat yeah this time as well so we're always looking if anyone is local and you sell make create something and you want to showcase it at a table 10 to two Saturday market we got plenty of places for you and you have a market too Mash B Market's coming up right I know I know we're uh we're almost ready to announce and start taking applications but it's just we're not quite there yet but I did have some I'm in a whole new territory I am part of the Massachusetts Farmers Association uh we have meetings I've got a zoom meeting today I'm with actual Farmers like where our food is from so that's definitely been an education in sourcing things and who does what and I got to tell you the nicest human beings I've ever met in my entire life so willing everybody's on a first name it's such a club I'm like hi I'm new but that's the kind of need yeah you need that and it's really cool to see that people also starting to learn yeah the home economics again yeah it fact that you're getting that you know free of charge and we're yeah it's not free of charge it's for my bandwidth and my brain is gone it's sold it's another thing I am gone mentally so we're doing an awesome program this summer though it's pop it's power of produce yeah and it's teaching kids about what vegetables look like what spices look like how things cost they get like a little coin at market and they get to go pick out something and they can buy it um we're going to have our friends over at Falmouth Fish Market Jen and her husband are going to come and show kids the parts of things how to fillet a fish maybe not necessarily yeah but there might be some screams and oo and a but kids at the end like yucky things sometimes they love it that's what gets them engaged and that's what get gets them learning yeah and we're going to be working with the um CAD Children's Museum Lisa over there they're working on their Farm to Table uh little thing over there so they're going to plant the seeds and grow the produce and we're going to have them over for Market one day and sell their produce so it's the whole process of where your food comes and how it gets to your table at the end of the day so we're really excited for our kids programming I think it's going to be really incredible to see the amount of people that come in for that that brings me back to like the preschool days too we used to set that stuff up in the classroom and then we bring in vegetables and because kids love colors no more plastic people real vegetables real vegetables we bring it in and the kids would get to help cut it that gets them engaged and they want to try it and sure they're not going to like everything but the fact that you're giving them that opportunity to be exposed to it right it's you know you never know you have a kid walking around chowing on broccoli and love it rick what do I do in my free time you saw what happened in my free time I'm scarred for life as what happened I went to a comedy show and I'm I'm ruined oh it was a comedy show and a half she got bonus comedy for her her listeners if not and you missed it yesterday definitely I'm telling you go back and listen farmer Viva that's me Robert you know how it is now did you actually huh did you actually leave a public review no not yet I'm not ready we've had many private conversations it's just not great me Megan said that they do that at her kids elementary school and he actually ate asparagus the other day see yes if it's not so scary and they see it all the time they might eat more of it but think about it we're the only ones that make it scary for them yeah they don't know they don't know until we're like I tell you something else too as you get older your taste buds do change and so I like a lot more foods that I didn't like so constantly trying things as well it's not my poop feet it's C's poop feet she said she got a job at a bird rescue and I collect duck chicken geese and turkey eggs yum see you're always out there hustling with these animals going so many ways right now I've got cliff and poopy I've got duck eggs well birds are messy we can tie that into everything here speaking of eggs you got an Easter egg hunt coming up oh my goodness yes I love this is a true Community event something that was organic something that was just built because one mom was looking for something to do yeah and it's grown into this event it's incredible and I'm gonna give a huge shout out to Shelby Pama right now she is a born resident and this woman and her husband and her kids have created these big wooden cutouts I think she has 52 of these life-size characters Disney characters like all different characters um and all the community members in Bourne can sign up to host one of these characters she then gets eggs filled with goodies donated to her house she fills them drops them off to your house with the character and then on Easter kids can come around they get a map we'll start out with the train bridge they'll get a map and then they get to go and drive around olivor and find these characters take pictures with them so it's this really cool townwide Easter egg hunt yeah yeah she she came up with this all on her own well you're always looking for something fun and safe and I think it's just really cool that that um this organically grew into something really really neat well yeah last year she by reck I'll talk to you soon I promise did you call them yet no I didn't I didn't all right I'll be on her after the show it was in an e forever meeting on the way to work last night they're like are you somewhere are you somewhere where you can talk I'm like no no never one thing led to another yesterday I had zoom zoom zoom zoom people calling me during my zoom I'm like I promise I'll call you I know I need to clone myself and Emily's doing a really good job of trying to pick up what I'm laying down but we have a huge party coming up this weekend so it's like last minute everything you know what it's like when you've got an event coming and you're like oh my God every day is an event every day surprise surprise yeah which just keeps right it's like can you accommodate 50 people we want to be in a separate roped off area sure let let me see what I can do like cff do we have any ropes gonna need another sign Stephanie Bieber's here she's taking over I know so if anybody knows of any of those movie theater roped off area things I will happily take them for the company oh I think I actually no word of a lie I have them being delivered today I need to borrow those just for night we have a Runway birthday party this weekend very cool I'm teaming up with magic mirror Cape Cod and she's gonna be setting up her photo booth at this birthday party these little girls have a Runway they've got the lights the photo shoot it's just gonna be so fun that's amazing talk about the birthday parties a little bit because um if you didn't know Lauren over here amongst her other hats is the uh assistant director of kind hearts for kids and that whole thing went out so we'll pause on that but talk about the birthday parties that you guys do because it's pretty awesome so both of our organizations do birthday parties so for kind hearts for kids we host birthday parties for kids that are raised by grandparents or if they're in foster care um we also make to go party bags so you can just pick up everything you need for a birthday party and have it at home if you want um and then oplis hosts private birthday parties um obviously this is a business side of things and we have a space where you can basically curate your own birthday party no matter what age you are um so like I said we have the runway coming up we've had slime parties I'm excited to say we have 26 private events up in the next like six weeks well it's just a really good space I think that parents always struggle to do something a little different or where we're going to have it or we can't have everybody in our living room for this one and affordable too yeah yeah I I it's $200 flat rate for an hour half I decorate set up clean up like take care of everything for you because the goal is I'm a mom my my kids are 16 and 19 and you miss it when you're hosting and you're running around like crazy chicken with your head cut off and so I want to create a space where you can come in and actually take pictures and enjoy it and sit in the lounge that's nice yeah yeah so like I said we're celebrating every day and it's so much fun and over at kind hearts for kids we're looking for vendors as well kindness f is right around the corner and when you put that out I'm like oh boy here it is already are you going to be my DJ of course I already I already put it I already put it in the calendar it's done thank you I'm so excited so yes kindness Festival is another vendor Market um we currently have about 26 vendors signed up what I like about this is that you let the kids have their own space the kids can be a vendor if they want to yeah I'm even making Lily um we've regrafted her senior project and she is going to be doing the eforall pitch yeah she's doing the pitch and she's doing lady laroo and I'm really really excited for it proud of her yeah she's like revamped it a little bit and she's written like a little book to go along with it and kind of has bigger Visions for this I didn't want to push her waiting I'm waiting for her to come and host because we are ready for tea parties we want to so lady Loro also teaches etiquette when she does her tea parties and so I'm really excited to host that at the studio because it's so fun the little tea sets she's got this beautiful gown like she she goes all out yeah I it was really funny as we were talking about our senior project I'm like what is the rubric there isn't one I'll just do this I'm like that's that doesn't seem accurate that doesn't seem possible how are you graded and then yesterday she calls me during the day so I have the things it's all set I know what I need to do now yeah right good morning Dan Chase how is Middle America treating you today is it windy is it cold I think we finally got rid of the remnants of most of the snow most of the snow is gone yeah we had it for a good time this is like the first time that we've had regular snow that stayed with us for more than a couple of weeks yeah but that was really it that's please say that is it I'm over it it needs to go in like a lamb and out like a lamb right that's what they say for March anymore I don't know you never know it's New England it's always got a surprise for us Sam Joe uh Michael inspiration is everywhere should vend at kindness Festival yes yes you should oh thanks for reeling us back to the kindness Festival yes so Stephanie is our DJ we have about 28 vendors so far amazing having that little flash mob but it's not little by any means it's the entire field over there then we have a Kids Zone um alpacas like who doesn't love the alpacas it's so fun I know my son my son pretends like he's like Mom I'll help you DJ I I'll I'll go assist you he just disappears off into alpaca land does not want to help you DJ wants to come and hang out at the festival he does I talked to a um a farmer in M of poet yesterday so they're interested so that's really cool but he does meat a little sad about it thinking of all the little Bacons running around his farm I'd rather just refer to them as bacons and not actual animals and we have to get it from somewhere I know baby Bacons so you wouldn't Homestead huh you wouldn't do it on your we don't have anything to Homestead the only thing I could grow out here is probably lots of mushrooms I was gonna say you got a pretty cool like Garden setup in the front oh yeah Lily Lily's got her own little thing but she's got mostly like flowers and all of her teas oh gotcha wow so all of those stuff yeah she she yeah she grows her own tea stuff I know impressive I know wow she just leveled up in my book I have her summertime tea I it was great oh yeah and she she grows it all she'll dry her own fruits and put all that stuff in there all right yeah so she needs to she needs to Outsource that I love the little stuff over here but if it's going to get bigger the Tea's going to come from somewhere so she's got to figure that stuff out if she's gonna actually make it a business but it's really just kind of cool to watch the entrepreneurial mind work for a 17-year-old girl I was not thinking on that level at all at her age so I'm really excited to see where she takes this if she takes it anywhere or it just keeps it as a hobby it's still something really cool right because you got to have plenty of hobbies too to keep you busy so always have a fallback plan that's why I always love to dive into so many different things because if it doesn't work out right how are our moms and dads doing out there anybody with um graduating seniors this year anybody super stressed out about the fact that um the fava has not delivered and nobody knows how much money they're getting for college yet really no it it has been pushed off they made a mistake somewhere in the governmental calculations of everyone's FAFSA so um we have no idea where we're going because we do not know how much money we're going to be getting in financial aid so that has definitely stalled the college conversations in our house that's insane yeah it's leaving everybody in in the Lurch yeah to figure it out at this point but then I also I just heard I mean obviously they're trying to get rid of student debt but and I just heard the Einstein College everyone is getting a free tuition from somebody well we need to start looking at that yeah I honestly coming from um England where we didn't have to pay for college and it wasn't a really wasn't even a thing there was no thing as pushing kids for college it was just you go into that school for free I don't know if it's free anymore either no but it can't be as expensive as College here we're also looking that route because why the heck not right we're working on our citizenship too so that we'll see if we get that EU passport you're going over there somewhere go yeah way cheaper well the boys have dual citizenship so they have that option to travel if they want to I don't think they will isn't that funny when they have the option and they don't want to take it you're like come on go somewhere do they want to move to Canada $500 fees $3,500 yeah that's amazing good morning Nate thanks for joining us and hey Dave hegner can't wait to party on down with you over at Cabin Fever on Saturday we're doing it for Habitat for Humanity I think we're sold out I've got to double check uh event bre went down yesterday and there's nothing more stressful than getting phone calls of I can't buy tickets and you're like I want you to buy tickets so I have to double check and make sure all that has been fixed because that stressed me out that's the specific reason why we went with event bright because it was bulletproof and then it went down yesterday like a sinking ship and like no you sold out that fast huh you're crashing the internet now yeah right even Taylor Swift couldn't do that on a listen I will crash the internet all day as long as it benefits Habitat for Humanity Dave has been a a a Vigilant uh devotee and volunteer for many many years and he knows what an impact we have with the housing situation here uh that we need this more than ever and habitat is really doing their best to make sure people get into homes get into homes they can afford and they get to keep uh as lifelong residents and uh I thought it was awesome they posted a photo of a woman that had hers paid off and just stopped by Habitat to give them a bouquet of flour like you're always in the family you're always part of it and you're always paying it forward so I think that that's such an amazing group of individuals and it starts by just becoming a volunteer 17 years that's amazing Dave thank you so much for volunteering Dave is always awesome to get down with a good nonprofit and I appreciate everything that you do for everyone else Mr hegner thank you thank you very much yes so we've got a big party going on on Saturday really looking forward to it Sunday we've got a fundraiser going on for safe sandwich road now which is is funny um because they're trying to stop uh project development of homes it's just not placed in the right space and uh the infrastructure they just spent I think the town of Falmouth just spent $3 million saving this Wetland area and now they're about to slap up the four story Condo building right on top of it how is that even possible if it's a wet land how can you even construct something like that on it I I don't understand how things work but it it's so painful make it make sense so uh yeah we got to figure it out or at least buy some time to figure out how to do it properly yeah rather than just ruin all the money you just spent money on fixing Hawk congratulations a your face still looks like a face so I'm proud of you for that no it's still but if you're not following Huck he just went to Vegas he had a fight looks like you got another belt my friend and uh let's give a shout out to all the people doing something new over 40 I think it's pretty incredible the amount of people just throwing themselves out there and saying this is what I want to do with myself universe and this is what I'm gonna do congratulations honestly conations yeah and that's how it should be you it should be don't be afraid to try something new like literally every day is learning that's what you're supposed to do be open-minded to try something because guaranteed out of 20 things you try you're GNA like one of them yeah and then you're going to want to keep doing that and it's just great that's a problem for me though because I keep adding things that I I'm not subtracting anything it's really a problem on top of that do it but you're doing it you're doing it I don't know how you're doing it but she's doing it well there's something new a foot with the Cap Cod Chamber of Commerce it's all I can say right now I am uh I'm going to be seeing it for myself tonight uh I know I know so we might have some new information report on Hank and I will be on the show tomorrow here in the studio it's every other week over at the college that we'll check in uh but yeah there's something new a foot tonight and uh I'll have more information on that just excited to get back to what's going on here I know we got news yesterday that they're going to be doing Bridge work we already knew that they were doing the rotary work it's going to be happening overnights so just in case you're driving um anywhere between what is it 800 pm and 5 AM Yep they're trying to avoid the buses which is nice thank you very much but my question is why why are they restructuring the rotary when aren't they getting rid of it in a few years fly over ask don't ask me these questions I'm so confused nobody understands what's going on over there we just know it's bad and it needs to be fixed like honestly these are the words that I have the marching orders after I'm after these meetings it's bad needs to be replaced we don't have any money we just lost all of our money basically to that project that in Rhode Island so now that that's on hold more so since that's on hold because we lost all of the funding for that that's probably why they're doing the thing in the rotary because we're going to have to deal with it another bit of time longer yeah but you know what they really should focus on and this is something I had a petition going a couple years ago is the upper Cape Tech intersection right there it's a disaster yeah once things settle down at the business those two things don't go in the same sentence Liz how is your nose she just had surgery she uh she came out to triv on Monday and I poor thing she had like a little nodle and she went to the doctor thank god oh no because it was not good and they ended up just really tearing up her face I I love you I hope you're healing I'm sending you well wishes and healing faster Rick if we are eliminating debt can someone get rid of my truck payment for me sure thing bib bobob truck payment be gone oh my gosh I wish I wish we could help everybody out I know well somebody proposed I saw some some question and I thought I don't know how I feel about it I kind of like the idea if we eliminated college debt and had everybody for four years of service in the military I think four is a lot maybe two yeah something I don't know you know you went through it yeah four was a lot for me I did more than that but I mean four oh stitches come out today yeah yay heal heal sending you love yeah there's got to be an alternative to be able to get it done and paid for without just saying here you go I'm giving it to you right because nobody wants that I feel like you got to have a little skin in the game do something yeah right you just do something for the money shake a little God no now keep it appropriate I don't want to get in trouble over here yeah right the GI was my Saving Grace also so I definitely appreciate that the GI Bill for sure it definitely put me on the right track to things and I'm thankful for it but yeah I I did the work for it so Smokey the Bear turns 96 years old today I feel like that's one of the best branded things that the United States government ever threw out there the parks department it was somebody we could get behind I feel like that's the like the OG of branding right there I don't think smoke can get any heat or hatred no right no it was something that we were like wow he said I'm now I'm scared he had that deep Gruff voice and he told you only we can prevent forest fires and we knew it only you was scary right you're like oh my God I remember being younger that's a lot of pressure my parents sing us camping I was like I don't want the bear to come on it wasn't the real bears it was smoky that I was afraid of it was a little creepy guys got to be honest today is National Public sleeping day so if we find somebody sleeping somewhere I'll be on the right Lauren will be taking a nap she'll be back I thought my husband definitely slept in today he was a hot mess especially with the back but uh he was just not getting up today I had to wake up the kids 14 times I'm like let's go let's go I think just on rainy cold windy days they're like no thank you it's all like your body knows your eyes don't even have to open yet it's like nope went to Bears to hibernation real quick if you followed that one real quick Smokey won't help us prevent for forest fires yes he would yes he would don't talk about Smokey like that uh oh we got a smokey hater speaking of hater Taylor Swift's dad what's that all about is it real is it alleged did he really beat up somebody that was being a little too aggressive and if he did can you really blame him I I gotta be honest it's never happened before so why now it's one of those things like as soon as I feel like she was dating Travis KY they were looking for the aggressive behavior they were looking for the oh she was smoking pot with them and now it's the focus on the dad I don't know if it's just kind of you know what it reminds me of Old School Paparazzi when they're digging for the dirt just to try to let's make something worse more salacious I got to have something she can't be that to whatever there was an article that came out that she was practicing Satan satanic something rather I'm like leave her alone I don't think anything is going to cancel her other unless she wants to be cancelled right right when she's ready to be cancelled she'll cancel herself she'll cancel herself that's what Taylor Swift is gonna do yeah I didn't see the whole thing I I didn't um I don't know the context of what happened apparently he punched him in the face Paparazzi in the face is it a question of it was too aggressive probably yeah because I can't see someone just randomly deciding to be a face puncher well I mean growing up in that industry of seeing it be normalized but now as an adult going back and watching the documentaries of them like you couldn't even go to eat without 16 Paparazzi around your table and not just taking pictures they were in there like barbarians well you understand why you would need to have bodyguards in other people and I guess if her dad was acting like her bodyguard at that point unlike DJ khed can I get a hoist there's a story out this morning where DJ Ked used his bodyguards to lift him up over something because he didn't want to get his sneakers dirty his Air Jordan I mean I guess if you're paying somebody and I don't think anybody's GNA come for DJ k no Stephanie there's no I guess that is just ridic lift me now over this I don't want to get my shoes dirty are you kiding now lift me up my sneakers will not be dirty here and they did they had one on each side ready let's lift thej Ked together once again if you're not doing real bodyguard looking duties with DJ khed you might as well be there for something and if it's lifting him up so he doesn't get his sneakers dirty then so be it that's not the other like um finger pointing Paparazzi story I guess Bradley Cooper got trolled the other day online and people were mocking him up a storm he's got this new movie coming out where uh he was talking about Leonard Leonard Bernstein and some of them was talking about his he really does embody Leonard Bernstein it is really quite impressive how he jumps into the character and becomes the character so they're asking about him and he just like starts crying was like this is not a healthy Viewpoint in my perspective I find it unattractive when guys cry it grosses me out you're like e cringy feelings yes it gives me the ick and I can't help that I don't know why I feel that way yeah but when I see someone in their feelings it gives me the ick I don't know why maybe because I'm you know ask this when people give you compliments how do you feel I also feel ick okay so I feel ick on that level yes and I I don't know I kind of yeah no I mean I like a guy that can hold it together but then sometimes a little motion yeah no this was the entire internet yeah the internet decided that he was ridiculous and if you want to see it definitely pull it up you might get the EG too share with us yeah again I'm going to have to see the perspective because I like Radley Cooper especially that movie the quote on him playing Leonard Bernstein I hoped that he would come every day into me that's getting a lot of mileage as well okay that explains a lot more I was not aware of the story so now I can't wait R rtb thank you for delivering that fabulous Little Nugget there I appreciate it very much he's right he's just just he's a weirdo I mean there's not much more that's it speaking of speaking of tough guys you and I were laughing about the fact that they felt the need to announce that or Sylvester Stallone and his people felt the need to decide and announce the fact that he was leaving California and moving to Florida and I don't think anybody's surprised that Rambo now lives in Florida but why the fact the need to announce it well you I I feel like hey everybody we're gonna be here for you it's I feel like it's the perfect place for Sylvester Stallone to retire to Florida the the TV show so they done with that now I don't know or are they moving the TV show The Sylvester stor TV show along I don't know it's the wife in the TV show or is it just him and the kids because if the wife's involved they're getting a divorce or are they not or are they I'm not up on my Sylvester Stallone I do give the man a lot of credit he looks phenomenal phenomenal I could only hope to look that good at his age but the love scenes speaking of cringe in his new show not great she's too young for him yeah I was like it was no it didn't feel right didn't like it can't unsee it and since we're in Florida I figured we' give a a crazy crime story that this one was really good where a Florida man decided to steal a plane and then he immediately crashes it he stole a whole Southwest Florida plane by the way with people in it okay this sounds like me trying to drive a bus and not knowing how to we should have gone right here after the sck shift so wait literally no plane experience either nope he broke into two planes according to the uh this is out of Tampa the Lee County Sheriff's Department officials later found the plane Off The Runway where it crashed into a fence and pole oh Lord he didn't even make it Off The Runway how did he get on there though they found Firearms this guy is just checking every box of Florida how did he just checking he was charged with burglary armed burglary gr lison possession of a bulletproof vest during a crime I didn't know that was a crime in Florida I feel like you should have one if you're going to Florida people on the plane what what is happening I don't know what is happening he looks also deranged like I I'm ter oh no okay well okay maybe that makes sense little scary it's scary yep smoking a bed he couldn't have prevented that that was a dumpster fire not a forest fire totally different oh my gosh true why yeah is anybody else watching True Detectives I'm curious there are two shows that I sucked into right now True Detectives very good most watched um series of the Seas um season of the series which I'm surprised about because I thought the Matthew mccon ones were highly watched but jod Foster is just dragging people in this is a really good season of True Detective very good if you're not watching it I suggest you do so also the other trash TV show that I have found myself sucked in Hook Line and Sinker is to love his blind I do not not watch quasi rality television but I found myself into this and it was it it's a train wreck and I can't not watch it it's so bad it's good I don't think I've seen that one I don't suggest that you watch it it's bad but I just I'm here for it it was quicksand I was up the other night I'm doing laundry I'm like I'll just stay up and do laundry that's what I'm doing laundry no can't get out of it I couldn't leave love is blind it's so bad hey Zach congratulations on your new uh station give everybody a plug where that we can find you online because I would love to listen to you and thank you we miss you here in uh in on Cape Cod and yes the new True Detective is definitely worth a watch please go watch it I've got Lauren here from old places and also kind hearts for kids uh so much fun when you come and visit me I really it it makes my heart you uplift me a lot I feel the same you know I've always kind of felt like I've following in your footsteps I've always looked up and you've always inspired me you're on your own track it's really cool to be here I mean it's fun too people that have been watching my journey of being this really I don't know I was shaking here I'd have a panic attack and now I'm like hey let's go this is so fun and again trying things that are new I encourage you to get out there and try something yeah you're definitely if you look at your evolution of being in front of a camera and having a conversation with someone you're so much more relaxed yeah I can think more about the conversation now yeah and it's good it's fun I like this thanks for having me yeah it's so important to get has been there when she was dating the one of the kennedies Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have had ice cream there cute little ice cream shop if somebody's looking to have a piece of Cape Cod yeah and you want to start a business and maybe you thought let's let's try ice cream this one is for sale for you this is the season let's go I know it's a turnkey opportunity I'm finding that a lot with a lot of businesses that have been in families for Generations that the kids are deciding that they don't they don't want to do that well that's the same with you know parents wanting their kids to foll in their footsteps and doing what take over the family business yes they don't want the a doctor you know what I mean now people like no I want to do what makes me happy and it's it's exciting for them is a little scary too and sad for the families but trust your gut go with what you're passionate about because that's where the sustainability is at yeah you would think that they would want something like that but it's not for everybody not for everybody entrepreneurialship is not for everybody and uh mix main scoop right down on Buzz Bay that one is for rent now too oh Mick so if you're looking to open up I feel like this is the time of the year where people are like I don't have another season in me oh and I love her too she is such a sweetheart all like Benny's good morning G how can't have ice cream anymore it's so sad right a lot of other people have the lactose problems we don't we don't need that in our life we're grown adults I don't even think it's a lactose at this point I think it's all the other that they put in the stuff like let me have my ice cream like I know and honestly it's one of the things that we're known for right fried clams ice ice cream and what's the other one beaches Taffy iced coffee in December salt water taffy oh my teeth hurt thinking about it hey Jean yeah it would grow my waistband for sure exactly stay away from the ice cream I'll tell you though I worked at Sand and Surf in wayam cbury Highway for like six seasons and oh my gosh that family they're awesome they're still there same family I still get my employee discount I left there like 20 years ago guys but I'm still I'm still part of the family right it was ice cream and I tell after while no um I got tired of ice cream I couldn't eat it anymore so I think you do kind of get sick and tired of it well yeah when it's your when it's faced with what you've got every day yeah you're over it real fast yeah anything else going on in your life before we shove off for the day and get ready to go there's a ton going on in my life but we're just G to leave it like that I'm going back uh to the studio to clean up and we have cap light compact is coming today to do a whole energy awesome they're replacing all the lights uh I definitely suggest ifge not gotten yourself an energy audit I would definitely go and get that done they're amazing they replace all the bulbs and make sure everything's functioning properly and let them do it they're doing it so I'm excited check that out and um yeah we're going to be opening up again this weekend and back to full
