2026 HOME BUILDERS BLITZ BUILD September 21st - 25th ONE HOME FOR ONE FAMILY IN ONE WEEK The 2026 Blitz home, a three-bedroom Cape, will be one of four affordable homes constructed behind the Falmouth ReStore on Gifford Street Extension in Falmouth. Every two years, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and hundreds of its members and associates donate materials and supplies and volunteer countless hours of skilled labor to build a Habitat Cape Cod home that will be purchased by a local family with an affordable mortgage. A Blitz Build is a home constructed from frame to finish in just one week, donated to Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod.
