the things that you've got here today A little bit of tarot a little bit of Reiki yep uh intuitive readings tarot like she said Reiki energy healing I have the drum today I saw a drum what are we doing with the drum so the drum is nice and grounding it helps move out any tension and heavy energy you're feeling this kind of helps refresh you I love this lady anytime I'm around her she'll get out the stage I don't know if it's her or me we have stage two it's all good so I I just want to say I love Stephanie she's awesome tell all your friends about her I'm her biggest fan oh I appreciate you Kelly's amazing and she's always raising money for her charity and talk about your non-profit just for a quick second sure so my non-profit is healing through Wellness um we want to help educate the vulnerable and those everybody honestly is vulnerable because we all need wellness and mindfulness so we do yoga we do education on herbal therapies we do intuitive Reiki and all sorts of energy healings including vibration with the drum I like that and just overall Wellness therapies we like to teach and and help people with we've got a great crowd here today at knock about 13 Lake Ave our makers markets are a lot of fun uh we've got a few new vendors here today Cloud9 is here so if you're coming and you're like what are the kids going to do we've got ice cream for you we've got ice cream we've got spots for them to play we've got different um activities for them to do and the weather is perfect for us so come on by maybe get a little energy healing uh I want Loomis to come over and showcase his new frames Robert when you get an opportunity come over and show the new frames actually he left them over here so these are very family friendly too I absolutely love these uh Kelly Royal Joanna says hello uh yeah here's Loomis let me get out of the out of the way because this is loomis's spot well I just wanted to show off these frames because I love them as a mom spots over there next to the thing that says holistic healing so talk about your your artwork right here these gorgeous works of art okay the idea came from um recycling um frames that have been weathered excuse me wood old wooden frames okay recycling fences to make weathered friends yep that came out right and then uh I decided that instead of making something all complex with screws and a door in the back yeah I'm just gonna do this you know I love this also as a mom that has kids artwork I think this is so cool where you can show off your kids artwork of the week you know what I mean slide it in and then change it out it comes with a wonderful piece of plexiglass with two pieces of protective blue so cool right it comes off and then you get the artwork in there and put your um plexiglass and then put this back on top and oh my goodness doesn't that look like a weathered frame worth about a hundred bucks very cool site online once again as a mom very cool to just let out your kids artwork change the artwork or change the aesthetic they grow too right so so you know you have a two-year-old in there and the kids walking by in high school going Ma change my picture yeah yes exactly so very cool frames and I love that you're recycled recycling fence and there's a bit of art too oh there's some with uh the Sharks some with the already made art in there and the uh the these are classic illustrations from the 1800s very cool royalty free and I went in and rendered them on a big tablet on a big um really cool art tablet I love your your seascapes over there he's got whales and lobsters and octopi and all kinds of fun stuff and a great invitation from you to come down and show it for sure this is my first one ever I love it so get over there and get selling I love that you spelled out frames with the uh the giant Jenga it's perfect we've got Midnight Hour here they've got scallops I did see some mussels now they always bring some extra whatever the sea Bounty offered to them and uh it's first come first serve if you didn't book it then you're out we've got Ted Murphy here signing books from his Macabre trophies his wife Jen is also here running around and making sure he's got t-shirts also the angry fisherman t-shirt which I have I should have wore that today uh it's a warm day you know what it started off not a nice one but we're here Cape Cod rocks is here Heather has got some beautiful offerings Aaron threads is here take a look at some of her handmade bags made me a little lemon she was like uh I didn't make it for you to buy but I also did need a new makeup bag so that worked out for me oh Kelly um Amy Amy she floats around I can get you her card definitely find Kelly because she has got such a great presence and a nice clearing energy we've got some homemade gnomes wind chimes Nina is here with some new charcuterie and uh she UPS her game every single week some beautiful beautiful stuff we've also got swimwear and the drunken Bee Farm is here with their pickles and if you've had their pickles then you know and if you haven't you need to get down here they've also got beautiful succulents and some hand-cut flowers so sip shop Splash is back on I know they've got a raspberry Hefeweizen and some brand new beers here for the offerings coming into the fall flavors already which I'm pretty pumped about I saw them playing with a whole bunch of pumpkin and I'm like oh boy we'll see what that's going to take us for in October we have got our Christmas markets coming up so if you're a maker and you've been thinking about showcasing some of your crafts we're going to be doing those in the Mashpee Commons and that is the day after um the Sunday after Thanksgiving and every single weekend up until Christmas so if you're interested the other beer garden that knock about has in the Mashpee Commons and it's right across from the church we will not be bumping music during church time but we will be available Santa is going to be there every single week there is going to be entertainment so why not have a good time while you shop I'm one of those people that has a tough time shopping so if I can have a little bit of fun while I'm doing it I will definitely be more inclined to shop a little bit more if I'm in a better mood a new trick me into shopping get it all done with one fail swoop and be done with your Christmas shopping early and also you don't have to deal with stores you don't have to deal with parking and you can support local businesses these are everybody here uh just showcasing all the fun stuff that they do on their side their little side hustles which you know that we need them here on the cape so we're going to be here until two o'clock today so make sure you get your booty on down 13 Lake Ave
