what saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book I really Su at book club I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual I just had a visual proud of it happy Friday everybody good morning look who I've got in the studio with me who is this guy finally F Well you know it was a deviation alert you are probably one of the busiest humans that I've had in the studio with me in a while so me yeah you I'm a I'm a whirling dervish I'm totally different derish I like that is that your name the raising Horse by really derish just a crazy Tasmanian devil sort of lady you have to keep it professional you've got the the president and CEO he said up straight was the morning right when you have a CEO at your desk you must stand up straight no it's Friday Marty is really super fun I can hunch down it's all if you've ever been to a chamber event you've seen Marty supporting all of the chambers we try there's a lot of them 15 of us um so maybe talk a little bit roles are with the chamber because I know I had a um eforall yesterday great group and and it was one of their breakout sessions of this current cohort and we were just talking about marketing and getting your information out there to the various outlets and all of them and how do you contact radio how do you contact uh news how do you and I I said utilize your local chamber I said it's really start there in your neighborhood so Chambers of Commerce basically build your book of business they you're linked to uh the community also but in the same sense you have a lot of folks that are business that are just starting off as you are or just we can always learn from each other and that's what we have our business networking events and it really is a great experience to just get out there and just share your stories so to speak War Stories like we call them a lot of times right well it is the everyday people that are doing business in the town and and yeah it's it's your woes it's your trials it's your people oh my God yes I want to join them also good morning good morning Cindy thank you uh yeah so you guys do a lot more than just promote other people's events absolutely our goal our goal our mission also is to promote the town and tourism um of course our bread and butter and now of course we have those concerns of the bridges we're working we're at you know feverishly working the kpot chambers actively you know involved in that too Paul Wiki's on a committee and he's really helping you know get the word out that this is our Lifeline we need to have these Bridges and it's not even just the bridges at this point we've got traffic issues traffic the cape this is a Cape Cod traffic alert oh my God you drove all the way from one side of the cape to the other to get studio today so how was it out there Marty I needed blue lights rocket Jets it's like oh my God get out of the way they came fully equipped and caffeinated and shout out to our friends over how they do multiple coffees backup water which could be vodka but we're not talking about he's like can I go to the car and get my backup coffee I'm like yeah well you know and we have some you know some car carbonated a carbo carbo stuff I requested a chocolate chip muffin because it's not often that I get to leave and go venture out during mornings to go and procure a little breakfast items and this is like honestly one of my favorite things and for a Friday I'm so appreciative of having it cupcake break in 10 seconds yeah exactly I'll shove my face full of it later right now it'll just be a ornament on my Des struggling looking at it like moving over talk Marty just talk just talk Marty yes not a problem if you've ever run into Marty how did you get yourself into this because I know you're an old radio guy radio years ago maybe 30 years ago I started this actually 1978 Brockton High School but my voice was changing it was one of those type things that's awesome I had a cassette of that all a up in a neighboring town by the way adoro and I'm like okay this is okay I'm spinning records it's all good I meet where to meet people meet girls so doing record Hops and record hops remember those those things so fun so from there I got into some voiceover stuff and uh then I got into uh retail and I started my own Valley parking service for 32 years worked in that in Boston and uh actually we had Manchester Boston Plymouth 2006 I moved to the cape so you were an entrepreneur from the yeah from um age 22 Yeah age 21 I started yeah I took over a business that was failing and from there it um it progressed on to a large company until 2013 when my knees decided it's not working anymore and damn body that's right now you would think the 12 budlight a day regimen was working for it did for a while but how we're alive I'll never know honestly when I see how like my children are practicing their mindfulness and they're stretching they drink water like I don't think I drank water until I was 30 it's just one of those things well now you're seeing things on the menu pickled so you were pickled before that we were right so it's it's adapting to some food a different time it is it was it is now too I think it's important that you've come from that entrepreneurial background so you know what your businesses are struggling with intim when you're coming from the chamber and saying you know let me connect you with other people it was amazing experience getting into this job um with the background I have but I literally started this job and then two weeks later covid hit yeah so I went from a job where I'm inter you know meeting people interacting with business members and the community leaders and all of a sudden we're all of a sudden we're doing a zoom meetings and that interaction became more impersonal as we're we're feeling almost like third parties it's like Hollywood Square monitor all the time so that's actually funny uh that was for two years up and down we had some openings here and there then spikes and we go back to masks and The Masks thing was great and for the longest time even now I still find myself stepping away from people every so often because we had that six foot MAA yeah I like that so the MAA the mara you have to throw that Boston a in Rivia well the last time that you were supposed to be here all of a sudden I see pictures of Marty and Salem I'm like I better I better check on the witch has caught me up there witches with a W yes I think my daughter is uh going to be going to Salem State it's an amazing uh Town um we had a chamber event a chamber of rela Chambers of Commerce event the uh there for the convention I got to speak I got to talk more coffee is needed slow down I think your coffee will slow you it will maybe not so we what up Jeff we met uh for a weekend convention and uh some amazing stuff we all share our war stories of Chambers of Commerce and AI has been a predominant stuff ation it's a a growing and building conversation and topics that are out there as my pen falls apart but it's okay it is give me the pen give me the pen here you can have that pen pen number two I'm on two now already we're 10 minutes into the show it'll be darts next sometimes people are pen clickers and you can hear it on the microphone so sometimes they'll have to like reach over and take Hank's pen away click click right or we can have the the paper stuff oh yep there's always that one so we've got our our old radio guy friend in here Marty so he knows the inner workings of things which I so appreciated because he walked in with show prep and this is you know inside baseball radio where when you're getting ready to go uh and do your broadcast do your conversation with people you come prepared with some things some topics some items to jog your stories and this one comes in with with a crazy crime and a nude cruise and I'm like we are this is going to be the best show so let's clarify we're not going on the nude cruise let's clarify that first and foremost well you know nobody wants to see me on a n Cruise I'll tell you that right now I did see the headline trouble uh parad uh was it Cruise in Paradise that's right Paradise it's always the people that you don't want to see nude that want to go on the nude cruises oh my God I was in St Martin years ago we that's another conversation let it out air it out I want to hear about it well they did oh yeah because that's a topless beach area I have a couple of friends of mine that go there routinely because they like that it was okay in that regard until two gentlemen decided to to play volleyball in the beach without any that is you know the co-ed naked version of things remember pretty bad that was big varet or whatever it was that launched that or I don't even know but that's where the glasses come off everything's fine it's all good yeah right read now nobody wants to see that it's all good so tomorrow is world naked gardening day and I just you know are you planning something no I mean it's Brewster and Bloom it gives a whole another meaning to things so gardening and blooming okay we'll let that go there I guess just everybody keep it PG-13 I told Marty it's a PG-13 show that's why there're shrubs around the house it's all good all your Hedges don't be looking over other people's Hedges and we won't mention that that good morning Dave hagner you can always just let it go do not restrain yourself from this table this it's just you me and a small camera it's fine and a Killer attack dog on the way in here yeah right oh my gosh and Cat poor Bella she's just she's so old she's got that like one Milky eye and every time she like stamps over to great people and then she goes back to her little cave but I got a little dance yep there you go you got a little wag she still got a lot of life left in her little dogs like that live to be forever like my daughter's going to college I'm like are you taking your pets with you or no no okay well I guess I'll keep these for you too mhm you have a super busy month I feel like May June July like this is your bread and butter time right now all the chambers we have our guide books or magazines coming out now so all the executive directors kudos to all you folks out there getting this together uh it's a lot of pressure selling ads then of course we have the tourism buildup now too so is a lot of stuff going on a lot of moving pieces then you still have your own life to live right or try to what's that what's that right every Cape Cotter is gearing up for the season this is always our time to shine you know what I mean it's like all right time to get up off the couch and make that money because this is what keeps us sustained through the very long it seems winter around here and this year there's a much more rental inventory too with they being beas and such so you're going to find a lot of people making last minute trips here so the Chamber of Commerce in a lot of respects will get more calls and emails and you know we're coming down this weekend what's going on you really got to be receptive and up to date on what's going on so we ask all our members to give us as much information as available that we could have for events to help you you know businesses too of course morning Chris good morning Carrie thanks for joining us Emily oh Bella yeah right so what is the most common question that you get asked as being a chamber person one of the most interesting things I I was asked how long do it take from hyanis to Cape Cod oh oh yeah okay so I've got some interesting questions how how how did we get well last week was where is Cap where was well we had an email um I'm coming from New York how do I get here um again we have a lot of seniors that are don't have computers and we get a lot of phone calls and we have a lot of conversations with folks over here 40 50 years ago the good old days and this store is this still here this hotel is still here but that fun though to like have the Nostalgia conversations because that's just kind of like a departure of your regular day absolutely you don't want to rush the people along even though you got 15 other things going on in front or people come into the visitor center and just talk and you know they they really they bring up some great stories too history you don't even know about so so you've got a visitor center not every chamber has one run the Village Green in hyanis um we meet we probably get last year we had 11,200 people in three and a half months visit which isn't as busy believe it or not there are other visitor centers like in Yarmouth East Ham is very busy that I know of too yeah cuz there's this pretty and like right on the side of like we're in traffic let's go here right right exact they have a bathroom I don't know yeah and that's been the perception Chambers of Commerce uh visitor centers are bathrooms it's just like oh my God it's it's not the case folks all the time see so like let's disavow them of what exactly it is that you are doing your purpose I know sandwich has a really cute one right next to where you get your water nice nice place you know disguising the dump we have our purpose is that a new chamber motto visit with a purpose I like it you know what your purpose is please besides you know well I feel like you guys do a really good job of going out and finding what is the pulse of current society and trying to make it viable so that you know here we're current we know what's going on yes we do live in an aged population place but it is such a highly visited tourist space right so you've got to you've got to bridge the gap and absolutely with social media it makes it easier to because we get we can actually search for information that you may may not be able to get to us but by the same token there's so much going on so much information it's impossible for everybody to update everybody at the same time if you're having a problem connecting Kristen you can always go to YouTube and subscribe to our Channel there if it's coming in and out for you um I just find that it's easier to watch the show on YouTube like And subscribe and in Stereo too yeah right they still still use that word stereo digital stereo we play Just Beef It Up HD oh that just gave me PTSD working with a former radio client beef up my voice I'm like what yuck if you want the David Allen Buche voice I can bring that up too go back to hagner says henis to Cape Cod take the tunnel take the tunnel yeah Chris jablon or a slingshot the drones H drone on each arm just carry across the canal the it's people are rude downright rude as we're coming into Beach season as Father's Day car show Father's Day car show is gonna be crazy busy this year we uh opened up registration in February two months early and probably four days out we were already 100 cars we have 350 we can we can have on on display so we're almost still sold out with that and we're expecting about 50,000 people this year and last year just by cell phone pings we had a we were averaging 28,000 people on Main Street at one time on average wow for the car show so that's just cell phones so uh and then hopefully the weather we only had a couple cloudy days and we lost two years because of Co but it's come up car shows are big now too it's really a great family eventy the pre- car show yes uh event and that was just super fun to see the cars the car people it's such a camaraderie it's just such a nice wholesome space to be in I can't explain it to you if you've not experienced it yourself it's just the pride these folks taking their cars it's absolutely amazing and they're so sportsmanlike about it they're very complimentary and very nice but don't touch their cars no fingerprints oh my God don't touch the cars maintain your distance like Co oh my God keep your coffee away from the driver's seat that's all I have to say well Marty and I were laughing in here he's worried about bringing all of his Beverages and he's like I'm still like a little nervous because I'm used to a board being there that's right there's nothing for you to touch my board my board is over here on the wall yes look at that it's on the wall that's an iPad board now I know I'm used to this big magic organ type thing here you know well there were a few of them left over from the college and Lisa was like H do you have any use for these I'm like no no it's big it's clunky I'd have to move it putting it all together I mean it's very cool we had nine radio dials and and now it's digital of course too it's a different world I love Nostalgia don't get me wrong I've got um real toore machines in the other room eight track machines I've got a case of eight tracks but the museum is full like I don't I don't I'm never going to reuse these again other than to show people that like and radio I'm not a collector and in the radio world it wasn't eight tracks it was carts which looked like eight track tapes yeah right but that was another thing Al together too what's up Diane hey Danny Walsh how are you doing today you're are like almost Prime into wedding season we're in we're don't even talk to me don't even look at me Danny's got a rest season he's a great he's a great DJ he's fabulous absolutely if you're looking for like the perfect wedding DJ go find yourself a Danny Walsh if you can get in there it's like five years booked in advance well right yeah does a great job absolutely big Celtics fan uh yeah he is like on the court with with the boys Celtics fan he's there's no there's no seats in the rafters for Danny wall she's like I'm either on the floor or I'm not going it's all good he works hard he deserves to have some fun you know absolutely um so if you're a baby business and you're in the high in this area what do you suggest people do um are are the benefits that you have a chamber of membership so uh because you're B2B and then you're you're B Toc it's it's wild something like that yes whatever the other one was I don't know I'm B it all works it all works so but you got the customer facing think what is your staff in there there it's got to be small very small staff now I have someone starting next week parttime with me um starting probably miday which is coming up mid may already so um I have three ladies in the our Visitor Center the average uh they have probably 20 years experience so they have a lot of background in highas and business and restaurants and history I would love to just be a fly in the wall I wish you had like a dash cam in there of the dumb things people ask oh my God just be like oh my god get a load of this one look with this one right it's asking about the tunnel the the biggest question we have is where's the bathroom yep where's the bathroom even though we've ass signed right when you come in this is where the bathroom is should I put a QR code on I better not don't you feel so important I'm president and CEO of this bathroom exactly I'm Marty bremel yes one ply or two ply it was his your support our local Chambers here we're a member of Falmouth and mash B hyanis uh and sandwich and I I love all of the directors you all do such fabulous jobs I'm on the board of the mashby chamber and I I know how much work goes into putting on these events these business after hours these places for people to find each other and connect and support each other and collaborate that's a big word right yeah we do actually every two weeks all of our chamber of Executives get together we have this group called the lower Cape Chambers collaborative that's a lot of things to say I know right but anyway um we talk about best practices and we I call it a sheers Anonymous meeting too so we go go just let it out everybody it's the [ __ ] and moan session for 35 minutes let's have it kids right one of those type things soise it works well hi Marty and Stephanie have some fun today we will try Denise too late yeah right and Adam uh Marty is the best guy look at that right you're like tell me the payoff worked it's all good so yeah we've got our our bare naked Cruise um should we bring this to the cape since people won't be able to drive over the bridge could we Cruise them in in the nude that would be quite the fairy run can you imagine welcome to hyanis Highline I've got a great idea for you steamship Hi how are you yeah so we've got this group of people trying to get over the islands um I think that that was a a conversation that I get asked often when people visit can I just take my car over uh in the summertime you need a reservation with your vehicle bottom line we had one question from someone this past winter asking can I drive to Nantucket um possibly rollerbladed over all I can think of like Steve Carell where you're following the GPS into the water can we borrow a duckboat for that yeah can you imagine no put a coup couple bike tires on just float over no big deal I'm honestly never surprised by what our summer news brings us ever that's another story all together too um some of the stories we have uh some of the police calls we get on some things just very bizarre um not to pick on the town of Sandwich but you do a really good job of highlighting what's going on in the town and our visitors with your police log so it's it's always it's creative it's fun we enjoy it thank you and it's radio content or TV content now we call this TV or we call we're just going to cross it off put a line down you want a margarita or a mint julip and we're gonna wear fun hats let's talk about Kentucky Derby those hats yeah I love the hat I I swear I saw a couple ladies last year look like a piece of insulation they just put on their head it looks just terrible to some some stuff I have a fascination with Hats I have a closet crazy some of these things these huge I think it's because they spent too much time down south and now I'm just fascinated by it how do they get to airport security with those things I also they have hat boxes I I have like all these little hat boxes does it fit in carry I'm like Mo Ros I name all of my little hats like they're not wigs they're hats don't touch them don't look at them and I was so angry because my daughter was rifling through the closet is the season moms and dads out there oh boy for your teenagers rifling through the closet because they're graduating from high school and they're looking for something for some activity that they're doing I think the cost of the hats are probably more than average men's suits for cr% I'm like don't be messing with my babies in there be careful in my closets good headphones I guess you could say this is this is also why I don't wear earrings all of the time because I've always got headphones on my head that could hurt so I lay off of the earrings and I'm I'm Kristen Marshall they do amazing she's awesome group and so supportive if you're interested in your own baby business and you're thinking about an idea I know that there's another accelerator that is coming up we're wrapping up this one they graduate in uh June and then the new one starts in September I think applications are being submitted currently so you can throw your application in now so many friends have taken this program and I've recommended a friend recently to do this and I see your certificate there too it's a really um it's an amazing program it's it's such a a coaching opportunity too to learn best practice is again you can never get enough knowledge operating a small business yeah and Chambers help in that regard too as far as some you know the the government regulations and issues that you have to open the business anyway and stay in business that's another thing that's a whole another ball game right there the Tito's nip is right behind theone you put that at the don't even get me started once you pop you can't stop I'm not well you know I need to lay it off until at least I can get through my day okay I've got so many activities today our question of the day scrambled eggs in ketchup or no there's a lot of yes on there and I'm disturbed can we deviate on that you can deviate with whatever you want I had a friend you put steak sauce A1 steak sauce on their scrambled eggs that wasn't bad actually it depends on how bad the scrambled eggs are if they're too watery becomes a mushy mess right I'm a you know prior service I can pretty much eat whatever it is that you put in front of me with some extra added whatever you need to put on there ex with bacon sounds good anything with bacon fixes everything I was at 10 pin last night doing trivia and all of a sudden like all it smelled bacon and it shut my brain off I was like oh my God it smell bacon I can't continue good trivia crew over there on Thursdays a super good time if you're looking for trivia we we put on a good one good venue and the food the food is really good it's good I was chatting with a couple of our Yacht Club friends who come um to our every other trivia and they they showed up at this one because they love our trivia so much so they were at tenpin with us and they were like I can't believe how good the food is yeah because you know they thought it just was a kids place it's not just a Kids Place bar yeah it's a beautiful bar Sheila does a really good job of organizing the bar and all the activities they've got paint nights they've got comedy nights so definitely check out their schedule and what's going on in the hyenes location okay so you came in with a nude cruise and then you came in with a crazy crime I did not get to yesterday please share with us share with you a 20-year-old man is behind bars charged with launching a fried chicken attack on his sister during a domestic clash in Florida so if you throw chicken at someone Fried Chicken what piece of chicken would you use first the leg it's got bones it's a fling factor it's got the perfect trajectory no questions asked it's going it's the not the whole bucket just just fling it one piece at a time is that what's going on projectile Pro that's a bad word it's it's got the weight of of a knife I see no drum hats just chicken wings like a boomerang maybe across the room give me the leg the cat flying to the air trying to catch it at the same time it's so Florida that you would call the police on a food fight basically also I love can you show the mug shot a little they can zoom in if they want to later because the hair matches the jumpsuit I don't know if that was a plan or if that was your intention like I know I'm going to jail I'm getting this hair right we are going to be coordinating is that hair or I don't know you know I don't know could be some of the no I definitely spice church is chicken so um oh I do like Church's Chicken though if there's going to be a chain that would be the one that I would go with so the motive for this chicken winging crime yes wasn't my to decide that one so stated he did this because he had not eaten and did not want the piece of chicken the victim offered him so it he became upset oh so he was hangry yes hry food arrested for domestic batter battery a Mis meter and booked in County Jail that's disappointing yeah don't throw the a prior history which even more more violent which we won't talk about once again because um he had it looks like he has coordinating with his jumpsuit so so I guess the moral of the story is was an original recipe is just extra crispy with more the wrong kind of damn chicken get it right you know that'll teach her she ate my sides godamn one of your favorite things to do is to make observations about people Marty definitely people watches he's taken it all in whether you think he's watching or not he's so watching see in another life also I was a loss prevention security person oh seriously yeah so I would be um observing shoplifters sometimes and this could be happening for customers also for employees Sur fun it was interesting I would find that a little bit fascinating to just sit there and what does this one thing how people will steal things is amazing look at this one what is she doing my first person that I caught shoplifting was we were at a grocery store and uh the guy was going to the register and all of a sudden I seeing red liquid going down his face he put a piece of steak under his hat shut up and it started leaking so gross and weird and I like sir are you okay and he's like what do you mean I bleed blood then I see the Rudy Giuliani thing a couple years ago the make the the dye the hair dye shoe Dy going down his face it reminded me of the steak incident you're like oh that jogs my brain memories oh my God memories of working loss prevention oh my God so many things you'll see over the years yeah so many like wedgie pickings and nose pickings and just gross people I I don't know if I would want to even be in a room being in a fishbowl like that watching it all it's you know it becomes after a while it's you know you you're watching not only customers but staff too unfortunately this this but uh latest my thing is watching people grocery shop yep produce department they always got to touch everything and and looking at this I'm like you're cooking this thing in about 20 minutes you're going to tear the potato apart this woman was talking this rusted potato it's like you know it's a potato right what's the difference most of us by by the bag were not there gent gently and gingerly selecting I swear I went I swear I was looking while she was picking this potato went through a couple emails for granite L let's go know I appreciate that you just sat there and let her fondle the potatoes so I'm coming out with this project of having carriages with air horns what do you think did that work there we go steer clear me and a self checkout is a negative I would rather just bring it up and be like Hi how are you how are you have a great day some people don't even talk to people anymore period I've noticed that in Cashiers actually the interaction is gone that that that whole uh you know how are you today what you know just customer service has gone in a lot of respects too I've always wanted to hijack one of those Stop and Shop uh checkout machines myself and just say scan this what are you stupid wait minut it's a bark I just say something will you hurry up the store closes in 5 hours hurry up please you can't have that fatty go put that back another ice cream do you really need that can you imagine God we be fired no one would let us do this but it would actually be fun I feel like a reality show has in fact done something like this but I think we would just be much more fun can hijack one of those machines oh well especially if you were on one machine and I was on another can argue that I wanted that that was the last one you bought it what's with that or if somebody was like oh my God this machine's broken I'm not falling for this joke it goes to the next one and then it's me doing the exact know is there a bleep button on this are we on delay there is no delay oh my God no dump button no is wa to clarify what dump button means this is a lot so back in the day back in the day the dump button is a different different there was like a small slight delay even though no station I ever worked for had the dump button that worked properly I think X xtk did I think there was like three to five seconds in which you could swear or something bad would happen and then you could just hit it to like give yourself a little bit of time but someone has to be there for that button oh 100% if you're luckily have a producer or someone to help right otherwise uh especially if you do it yeah days of radio be gone I'm like no I'm I'm just going to leave that or you could be like some people that I used to work with on 963 The Rose That Just blatantly let words out and I was like it was in the record it was the background was a rap version Oh I had to be really careful of that because I did the night show at one point and it was a smash it or trash it so we would have submissions from local artists as well as new records that were being trying people trying to break into the industry so we would play Smash It Or trash it and you know if they'd make smash then you know we' we'd keep it going for the week but I remember one time where this was just like Effy bomb bomb and I was like thank God it was at night thank God there was just one that was released and I I think I was a hero for it I think at the time all the children that were listening were like yes I did it in this modern world Smash It ATT track could be a Tinder comment now so just too funny well see I told you get us in trouble I get myself in trouble we have uh have been doing some speed dating events very successfully so listen our first speed dating event that we did it was awkward because there were so many females that showed up and very few men so men if you're out there and you're single and you're alone there's no reason for it there is so many women looking for you I did that and so we did this speed dating event well I ran into someone this past weekend that said you know my son hooked up and I'm like what God he's like no they're actually dating right now and I was like no way like their age difference was kind of big and I never thought but apparently that's what he was cruising for and they've been dating since Valentine's Day so I feel like we made a match Marty I I feel like that success right there if there was one actual relationship that was sparred from our Val Valentine's Day speed dating event thank you we've got another one coming up at 10 pin uh tickets are on sale right now we've got ladies tickets gentleman's tickets just so we can figure out not to have so many stacked ladies on one side stacked ladies on one side well over the weekend we had all guys show up for one of our events I'm like we got to get it together people we need to figure out the schedule so what happens if this one lady has five or well you said the ratio is opposite right so what if this lady's more you know one fighting over this one gentleman how's that work is there mediator for this yeah well when we do the speed dating everybody gets their time with them and do they fight no no one ever fought they well there were kind of a couple of women that were grumpy about not getting their time but the grumpy ones left that's why that's where they're single yeah and then the ones that didn't want to be considered because it really wasn't that these people weren't for them they were like no we're good I had women walk in look down the line and then thank you next Buffet there's grumpy men too 100% there was a movie by that actually those Grumpy Old Men well you married they're kids now just wonderful and amazing folks you you meet also and plus their lifestyle and characters and what goes on their culture you learn about too it's always just fascinating stuff yeah we're getting very serious in conversation well I'm just excited for some some fresh people in the house these ones have expired I'm over them oh God that's what the truck's out front for axe no big deal I've seen I've seen tequila and bowling don't work when you have the ball in the next three aisles over three lanes over it didn't work out too well my husband is the commissioner of his bowling league the the treasurer rather and he had he had the big payout he had the like the big end of season party and that he seemed so sad I feel like bowling season was nine nine months out of the year and uh's he's a little lonely now that I'm filling up his Wednesdays with work no more bullying for you now you're working Fred Flintstone bowling there at the mall too so it's okaying there so much activity there now Ryan has taken over as far as so so many things going on Yarmouth now too Inflatable Wonderland that they've got going on Amazing well that's a lot of stuff to keep kids busy too that's the thing kids are always bored and you're trying to get them off their devices I feel like there is so much screen time right now uh shout out to our Mash B Boosters club here working on a fun activity for post prom it's from season and um I just have that conversation with your teens and tween about just safety and general check-in and what exactly they are doing it happens every year and it's horrible it's just not the story that we like to tell from here so you know one dialogue with them about what are you doing where you going what activities are you doing might help yeah you just never know but we had to I had to fill out the waiver like there's there might be bounce houses and there might be this I'm G to be there we're actually doing like a little bit of karaoke for them after the prom and my and my daughter's allowing this so I was like never would I be caught dead near my mother or supportive of my mother in high school I feel like we're doing something good it's good it's good right like we said when we started the show I feel like these kids are much more mindful of just taking care of themselves we can watch them too tracker apps we know where you are you can't escape us so you might as well Embrace us yes Emily I feel like that would be such a good workout at the inflatable bouncing playground I'd be dead are you kidding me I do baby cardio I'm like okay I walked upstairs I did it good job Stephanie I jump with the damn thing deflated you Kidd me listen Jillian I'll be over that might be the lucky sound you hear I'll be just looked over and I was like okay I I I I because I didn't want to be rude and I didn't know if I I had no idea what other people's situation is so you just look away the dexterity in the little
