foreign hello welcome to Sunday Funday here at knockabout Lily and Stephanie and we are back for another fun Sunday only this is Memorial Day weekend so all bets are off yeah yeah well it's been busy here already how's it the entire weekend's been slim they had a petting zoo here yesterday lace wants alpacas things are happening turtle and baby goats so I definitely suggest that you follow knock about on Instagram Facebook and uh online and see what is going on for the summer because it's ever changing good morning Denise thank you so much for joining us here morning the the cameras Frozen I know great oh my God and it's also Frozen on your face make it right it's it's a frozen a really bad face ah why why did you give me an expressive face I don't know but so we'll just have to roll with this angle until the camera is fixed I'm not exactly sure what's going on over there with that one but whatever um so here we are honey the camera already froze again so it's frozen it's all good we're rolling with the punches here on a Sunday it's Memorial Day weekend I do want to take a minute um to honor the Fallen Soldiers ones who have gone before us we appreciate your ultimate sacrifice and uh yeah it is we're gearing up for a very very busy day here at knock about good morning Tracy we do have the winners of our host competition and I was hoping that uh the zyg was gonna join us this morning but he has a few other ceremonial things that he must attend to so um yeah I'm still scratchy I'm still covered in pollen it's still gross but I'm making the most of it so what are you gonna do so easy but still here right hey Chris how are you hope you're not working too hard um so yeah our winners of the competition everyone's getting their own shell which I'm pretty pumped for zyg has got a show coming to eliminate you um Cape Vibes also happens honey you've got a show coming to lemonade which I'm really excited for and uh rtb is going to be doing a countdown show on Friday evenings right after our uh elastic Glam with Seth so we're really rounding out our weekends which is pretty exciting I gotta thank Professor Hank for uh broadcasting before us this morning sounding less like in in a warehouse but we're still working on the sound of that show for sure use great music taste though he does have great music taste so I want to talk about some of the things that are going on here at knock about the food first off we've got brand new bites oh I really want to try them I write they've got mac and cheese they've got chowder they've got chili pork sandwiches I also sell lobster rolls it's about some flatbreads some brats so if you're looking to up your intake or just join us for lunch you can do so Nico one drop is going to be here at one o'clock spending some tunes so that's going to be pretty exciting Nico always makes my heart Happy it's just that vibe that reggae Vibe that's really really good so you definitely want to check that out and uh some new things to drink Meg has rebrewed the knock out Brew which is the pink boots Brew it's delicious it's one of my favorites um not just because I helped her Brew it the first time but I know what's in it it's really really good human be partial yep right and they now have canned seltzers so all the stuff that you've been enjoying on draft whether it was the mixed berry pineapple uh Cape Cabana strawberry daiquiri that's now all um and canned variety so that's kind of cool um what else do they have here Lenny Clark is coming so he'll be here tomorrow on your Memorial Day so if you want to grab tickets I'm not sure if it's sold out it might be but um now that it's summer there's going to be so many more things that are coming to knock about for our summer including the summer market so that's going to start next week I know that Arielle is back behind the bar right now but she is a crafter and this is definitely her side Hustle but we've got makers we've got um some craft evenings some trivia nights and some movies uh endless fun here at knock about so we definitely want you to swing through this summer and uh see us do you think you have that working over there or no we're good was it a setting we're good we'll see if this freezes again I don't know I don't know if it's gonna happen um talk about your tea for two Miss okay so I recently started a business called lady lures tea for two and um it's for children and their parents to come in um parents can have their tea little kids if they want to they can have tea but mostly they might get lemonade or fruit punch I haven't really decided yet okay but I dress up as a character a.m and a big fluffy fluffy dress I tell some stories I play some games with them um our first event here is that knock about and you guys can grab a drink obviously even on your kiddos but I'll be here to entertain them I'm really excited for your uh your one hour show here so you can grab tickets lemonadeio.com for that event and uh stuff yeah right Lily's like uh what big cupcakes tell me there tell me there how was your weekend been good morning Marie hey Don I do want to make mention of one of our sponsors and thank them maybe you just want to do one and you're a grown-up and raise the money for Tommy's place and what they do is they give kids with cancer completely fee-free vacation they stock the fridges they make sure that they have activities and this is for their entire family so um both Tommy's places sleep over 20 people so it's really just um a nice way for everybody to hang out and not worry about treatment rides and everything that's going on in a child with Cancer's life Tommy's Place does this completely free um with your donations so yeah all summer long this is going to be running by Rockland Trust grab yourself a lemonade can kit stand and just start doing your own money making Endeavor for Tommy's Place drop it off at the end of the summer Rockland Trust is doing a little contest with fundraising so definitely check that out at a branch near you we thank them very much knock them out where we have been here all winter long and we're going to be doing some summer markets and fun stuff with them not the same exact things Cliff will be here this afternoon uh if you want to play putt-putt or we've got some music Bingo some fun other things yeah so right before
