so here we are welcome Lilly's got a babysit it is school vacation week so thank you for hosting a little Viva oh my god of course tell me what you were to tell everyone exactly what you sat with me and we were talking about this week you're like I'm so tired oh my freaking gosh okay I love teenagers okay on Monday I have a rehearsal on Tuesday a gig with my mom and then on Wednesday I have writing class usually after school Thursday rehearsal Friday rehearsal Saturday working Sunday working what is it rehearsing what are you rehearsing for I'm in a musical and what does that Musical you're a good man Charlie Brown I'm excited for you good morning Greg hi Greg okay so yeah we're here at knock about until one o'clock we're gonna do family friendly music Bingo and that starts at noon so if you care to join us we've replenished the kids prizes we've got tons of them this week because we do know it is school vacation week so we'll do this this Sunday and next Sunday also yeah we have Rubber Chickens I don't know why I thought it was a really good idea but I figured if you and I disagree with each other that we can just rubber chicken each other oh yeah ladies and gents of the jury incorrect super fun no they smell Savory oh okay like cheese like burgers ew croissant candles okay the croissant I can get down with no no Bakery smells are so good I agree if it's fresh bread I'm down for it but if it's a burger but no no no no your cardi smells like that when you get fast food right I couldn't do that myself but it's not what you want in a candle flavor for sure like usually it's like inspired sounds like sunshine the ocean whatever but no Burger speaking of sunshine good morning Nicole thank you so much for checking in with us always smiling and definitely bring Sunshine wherever she goes she runs the organization kind hearts for kids and you uh actually it's your brother who has been my co-host in that event really and I've met a few other entrepreneurs there Lauren some great dancers singers and it also goes to benefit um children that are in the Foster Care Systems so yeah she does a really good job of making sure they feel welcome they have suitcases because when they have to move a lot and they're so used to throwing all their stuff in a trash bag like it is really really sad so she makes sure that they have things that make them feel a little bit whole like even though when they're not exactly so we love you Nicole we Champion your work good morning Miss Jackie you keep threatening to come visit us and never do so I out the day with a live and let me jump into an activity and uh they've got some new offerings today Blackberry Jammer which is delicious that is my uh my drink Lil's got a full uh boat of root beer on board so she's gonna have the Zoomies very soon I don't do that I drink caffeine all the time you know this she's fine she's also going to be doing double duty and babysitting while we're here so I know right we're getting I'm done the kid is great she's cool so when I was looking at this thing with the Savory candles and getting grossed out then I saw this new thing that is for appetizers pickles in a blanket I don't like pickles right at all I can't I know why would I want them in a blanket you're either pickle person or you're not I understand it is a good way to have pigs in a blanket if you're a vegetarian which Lily is so uh no no not very specific about our cucumbers I am I like my cucumbers peeled and salted not brined that's it yes this is my child so Lil is going to be starting up uh what is what are we calling it Teen Angst time on eliminating yeah honestly yeah that'd be fun hey CJ what's going on you're gonna have to come on down and host one of these one day with us we would love to have you I met CJ when he was uh working on his podcast at k4c's Cape Cod Community College great programs over there Professor Z is fantastic and I'm looking forward to working with more students this semester um yeah so we were talking about crocuses tulips and all that stuff you're going to notice that they're coming up early we had a burst of nice warm weather so hopefully they they're resilient we finally got our paper Wipes we did we got them we got them for Thanksgiving we were waiting I'm like where are they are they ever going to show up on this I think our house is just too cold for them to bloom so all of a sudden very cold yeah yeah they decided to show up oh what's up Ted Murphy hey shout out I know Ted Murphy he was in the hot seat a couple of weeks ago he is uh he's an amazing author he does a lot of great kids books good teacher uh-huh he also has another um writer personality Declan Rush Declan Rush that's how we force them to say it oh he's got a specific Monica no I make him do it Declan rush you have to say it like that or it's not right what does he tell me about Ted's class I don't think we ever talk about the way I'm going to describe it is a little weird okay so like four to six people sit in the in his shed and you just kind of sit there you're making it sound like a horrible okay no that's the point it's a writer it's a writer's Shack and it's just very cool it's cool it's awesome hey Rachel hey continue on and we get like 45 minutes to one hour to write a creative piece or literally whatever you want and you just share with the class and there's so much positive feedback and of course some constructive criticisms but other than that I love that class I've been taking it for like five years yeah you love it it is really good and it's a good space for you especially uh you're right so Lil's a junior at Mashpee high school and she you're halfway through more than halfway through your junior year it's pretty incredible that's scary this is where you are yes and um you met a guy in your life at Ted Murphy's class yeah um somebody's got a boyfriend and this has been happening at every gig that I've brought him to or and she just brings him up whatever you do need a shot in your coffee right now actually you can get cold brew here and a shot of whatever he yeah yeah blonde hair green eyes he's the mostest I guess I don't know I'm finding it very different they are absolutely adorable together and they you know they come to my they hang out with me we do they'll go to trivia night and hang out they'll choose to sit at my table I'm like I don't know if I did something right or they just want us to pay oh yeah so there are a million ways to show your affection and love for one another what did you guys do uh for Valentine's well we actually went to my mom's trivia night wow I know so many of the people that did too they already did we did an early Valentine's Day thing we made homemade cards and just like little gifts um he's a car guy right so I painted a little Mini Cooper with like dumb hearts on it and I made a dumb little car with a dumb little pun like cool dumb little love shut up dumb little teenage things no it's so cute what a bad perspective actually think about it I said Coop you be mine make Mini Cooper yeah oh that's super cute good morning RPV thanks for joining new space station or a pig name Peppo on my TV screen hogging it up did you really see it with your naked eye when they shot that balloon out of the sky well don't ask me cause I think that life's a fluke and guess what when artificial intelligence takes over we can all manufacture the truth there you go well you know it might even be a double deep fake and there's no such thing as the secrets friend Mariana who just arrived so talk about your show for a hot second you said it was gonna be like teen angsty which I liked if I wanted to play like teen angsty music and talk about your problems with you however I don't think her music is teen angsty because a lot of it is is like old school good stuff that I like yeah I I feel like I'm forced to have a very good eclectic music taste because I grew up in a radio station so I don't think that that's forced I feel like it's blessed very different so all right now incorrect she's lime I'm lemon today we both have our chicken Citrus fever um so I'm really looking forward to you being able to take those phone calls by the way our in studio line is eight five five nine lemons and you we have a grievance line so if you care to leave us a
