good morning good morning everybody cheers it's Tori and Stephanie here's yeah I feel like for those can I introduce myself I don't know okay yeah you're allowed well I feel like you should know me what else is there they're all tick tock yeah um and Tori talks a lot you've been tick-tocking um I've been trying to it's like the new thing although I'm kind of hoping it gets shut down by the government so I don't have to deal with it she'll be on it when you wish for a government shutdown just in a different fashion um anyway I'm part of the lemonadeio team here we also have our podcast I'm sure you've heard about the first shot Morning Show um and I am quickly coming back to um The Morning Show so the reality is I think I'll be here a lot so you better get used to me yeah well okay that's one way to make friends so yeah good morning here we are Monday first day of spring I'm very excited for it the spring makes me think of spring cleanup and I gotta thank Bruno over at MBR landscaping for all your cleanup needs definitely go and check them out whether it's just a simple cleanup maybe it's trees that are down that you need to be taken care of or maybe you're like a clover lawn because I one time we quit it and just did a wood shipped on um so now that just looks like a dirt pit in my front yard quite frankly there's now a tub out there that is water feature that my daughter is going to be making a water feature out of in our front yard okay sounds like a mosquito feature but she's an artist yeah I'm gonna get a letter gotta let her Express Seth your deck yeah but it's the warmer temperatures are telling me that it's coming yeah the yellow film that's gonna I'm gonna see on everything you know you try to get in your car and you like you're covered in dust good luck wearing white sorry this is it you have like two weeks to wear your white your winter white and then yeah before things start blossoming and everybody's sneezing and hacking up along what even is can somebody tell us like what is that stuff that makes it yellow is it a variety it's just pollen yeah but like pollen of what tree pollen which trees though I don't know well that's why I mean I do know probably somewhere in my brain it's I think it's an oak oak Maple somebody tell me it's gross and it is coming at us that's New England we're trying to be positive Dave I know it's the first day of spring so there are a lot of things that come along with the first day of spring born police have announced that there is work on the bridges um from now until Memorial Day one lane yes 24 7. and please note that they will definitely be late so we will go into June yes yeah so there's that I got that uh the vernal equinox is not happening until 5 24. that's what it's actually oh the actual yes until spring stuff 5 24 not the date p P yes okay which makes tomorrow the first full day of spring and it's supposed to be an absolutely gorgeous day so uh definitely get outside everybody know the weather today why don't I know what's happening I'm hosting a show and I don't know because it's been down here since dark okay when I got here there were stars out yeah right so who is participating in March Madness at this point it was really funny because some guy was like can you put it on my channel blah blah basketball well spring break is here so yes let's start there spring break is here there are curfews in Miami because there are shootings in Miami wow that's actually really great to know because I was looking at flights to Miami last night um apparently I'm not going there is it like a good the good part of Miami or the bad part no it's a good part of Miami they're good it's awful and the whole city is shut down right now they just reopened it back up at 6am but basically so that would be why flights were so cheap and I was looking probably yeah good morning ritb thanks for checking in good morning RTV haven't talked to you in a minute yeah brackets are busted um we're watching commercials for the Masters which always makes me happy the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Washington DC so you're going to start seeing some really pretty that is a very fun part of Cape Cod yeah it's happening yeah um we're seeing Masters commercials um it's apparently burrito season so says Chipotle so oh a company that sells burritos is telling us that it's burrito season and encouraging you to buy yeah okay I think it's we're just too busy to cook I guess we're just excited so go get burritos at Chipotle but I'm not advertising that because I don't I don't really like when is it not burrito season exactly do we go from taco season to Burrito season how does this work I don't know it's spring spring is sprung it's finally here I personally prefer the K prefer the quesadilla season like how many different I like that yeah I'm a fan just I'm a fan of guacamole in general so I mean I can't do the clock it's our next thing is Cinco de Mayo right yeah that's it there's oh there's no I just spent the the nonsensical things that we celebrate the best yeah nonsensical things yes the the best thing about Easter is the outfits everybody knows that the hats the Bonnet yeah the dresses yeah it's a perfect little spring dress but it's too cold to wear it still so you're in like light pastel colors but you still have to wear black tights underneath because we're in New England and it's three degrees yeah I do remember wearing shoes that didn't fit and having itchy tights yeah that's my memories of a child and itchy tights running around the frozen ground to find right right probably have chocolate in them so what's the egg alternative this year what are we looking for I know that they were asked the White House was asked to not have regular eggs Pita oh yeah egg shortage but then they said plastic and I was like that's not better that's not better how do we recycle those I'm not gonna use them every year or wood eggs and then you're gonna lose I mean you're the trees and they're not gonna they were like or paint rocks because that's good you'll see a bunch of children collecting rocks on the White House lawn there's nothing bad could happen here look at all those rocks in a basket kids good morning Sue this is it don't don't buy eggs it's also going to be a very expensive Easter if people are dying eggs yeah I think that people are working on some alternative ones I saw some fun ones yesterday where people were like using string that they put in like the paper mache glue and like wrapping them around other like thing egg shaped things waiting for it to dry and then it was like the phone oh I understand that was a long-winded explanation for me to understand I get it I think it's so creative and crafty like I just I would have not just make paper mache eggs exactly why do you gotta do the string part exactly why am I such a jerk you were born that way really celebrate celebratory's 30th birthday yesterday that's that I'm old um we'll just continue to tell everybody how old it is right I'm hoping next week everybody forgets um that we got your cake at the chocolate rose and it was so delicious it was so pretty I gotta follow them on all of the socials now so I can tag them everything it was so good well I've never seen so good husk Cherry used as a decoration on top of a cake before it was really pretty it was beautiful yeah it was clever so I had a very cool little label on it I had a name on it right I ate that because it was delicious and we definitely failed with those sparkler cakes oh yeah so there's no Wick to them I needed like a blowtorch I needed my creme brulee torch they were absolutely beautiful we got one lit and while trying to get the other one lit we couldn't lie the other one blew out and like ended at Sparkle So I had like one completely burnt one that didn't light at all and that was my birthday I know you need to send me that photo because I really like I feel like if that says 30 it's like half burned and then the other one was like I'm fine you guys survived you I'm still gold and sparkly exactly um yeah it was so fun thank you for doing that it was really really fun I have so much fun to knock about every time we got my big craft beer girly so yeah for me I was like love having all their different we have a super fun spring thing happening next Sunday where we're going to the brewery we brewed beer on International women's day so cool I remember oh yeah so I went we brewed it it's finally ready it'll be ready on Sunday the pink boots society which is all female Brewers is going to be there how many days yeah we did a pale ale that's not bad oh okay oh so it actually has not been that long yeah it was a mango pale ale so I'm really excited to taste I got to taste it a little bit last week when Meg was there checking things out one keg um it's it's not just one keg it's a whatever the vat I I don't know oh yeah probably a few I'm not a measurement lady yeah I'm just wondering if you can bottle it it looks like a lot of beer I think you can take crowlers there I think that they will do that for you I'm um we'll be in Maine but can you can I happen absolutely yeah I will have them crawl her up one for you so pink boots decided which is like a group of women Brewers is going to be there celebrating next Sunday that's cool yeah and also my friend Rachel from attican acres and Mashpee which is a beautiful Nursery here in town that has they do window boxes and stuff for businesses oh cool yeah it's been a long long time female run business it's like that I know it's going to be there and she's going to do like um get your put your hands in the dirt basically play in the dirt have the kids out back do I make and take planting thing so yeah Mom will be able to enjoy beer inside kids will be outside and it's not even Mother's Day yet you guys yeah totally so wild well we're thinking spring we're trying to be positive and like just we're ready for it I think we all get a little Stir Crazy Cabin Fever if you will um yes it's called seasonal depression yeah yeah there's that too unless you're like me who like lives for dumping themselves into snow and powder and I'm get I go the opposite yeah you've been a little bit more depressed there was another like weird Avalanche thing in New Hampshire yeah some Mount Washington area yeah which is super sad um I think they're okay yeah yeah it's super risky not like the Colorado ones no thank you no Colorado unfortunately I mean there's a few of them every year like there's just out west they've just had so much snow um and in on the East Coast we haven't had that much snow but it becomes riskier this time of year because the mountain heats up all the land gets one oh is that what more slides yeah makes sense yeah yeah and once again we don't need to go over my skiing prowess of meet me at the bar afterwards let's go for the Fun Spot we could do it we could go on a trip I'll skate and meet you after that's it it'll be fun I'll be reading a book by the fireplace until it's time to drink it is actually that's my favorite part I will wake up in the morning turn the fireplace on yeah get a little bit and then put my ski stuff on and go yeah I'm down for that good morning Elsa thanks for checking in with us so um what else we got on the agenda what else we got to talk about well you can talk about t Swift just a little bit because I got into your t-swift conversation yesterday which I had a very good laugh at because the bartender at talk about happened to be your age bracket and then the two of you talking about the live show well she started so Taylor Swift started her tour um in Arizona Glendale Arizona 70 000 people a night completely sold out show if you've been following any of this Ticketmaster has been a whole debacle it was a whole project trying to get tickets um it it's been I think like record-breaking everything and she so she started her hours tour um she has not been on tour for five years she she has released four albums and two re-releases since then so she's got a ton of music to put out um and the videos are everywhere like if you pick up socials how much are these tickets yeah if you were thinking they're going more now on the secondary Market as people are like hey mate I can get a mortgage payment maybe three yeah let me sell my Taylor Swift ticket completely um if you were thinking about trying to go Friday night in Boston for eight hundred dollars you can sit in the nosebleeds and not see the stage see that's not fun to me if you're spending that kind of money to not even be anywhere close like I would rather use that for better things I didn't even look like to get decent seats how much it would be just because I was like I'm so priced out yeah and even if I wasn't physically priced out like I had the cash wristband the quality of what you're spending that money on I think like one night for a concert for a pop star is like a little bit tricky to justify yeah but I you know everybody's got their own emotional connection to different music so there's that but definitely I couldn't do it yeah I don't know I have trouble spending like more than 300 bucks on a concert ticket that's kind of my cat yeah I I mean I have spent more I just made my final payment for uh another one of our shows but it was totally worth it it was an experience and it was more than one artist so the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame oh yeah well that's different that's like a whole yeah well Chrissy hind one of my favorite singers of all time she's the lead singer The Pretenders came out yesterday or over the weekend at some point was like it's all bollocks I think the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is BS and I don't want anything to do with it I mean she's already in it yeah so it doesn't matter yeah but I thought I was like oh she is not happy with something with the situation with that you can justify it's the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame you're a rock star you're gonna a whole event you're in this yeah there's an arena yeah yeah like cool I'm talking about like good morning Liz thanks for checking in uh so everybody saw the Lobster Pot flags of flying all over the cape somebody online it's always some person every year what's with the flags on the cars every single year the Lobster Pot is a tournament it's a Youth Tournament of hockey players and they're all over the cape yes okay you see all the flags on everybody's car it's without a doubt on every single Town page what's with the flags on the cars it's the Lobster Pot tournament and signifies spring it's always Paddy's Day weekend it's always sold out and it's just fun to see all the flags and the excitement of all the different tournaments whether it's a win or lose situation you know how well it's just a sign of spring the other sign of spring when you are sitting at the beach and all of the people are shelf wow Tori shell fishing yeah we're sitting on the beach yesterday where was I Crow's pasture and was low tide and there were like full on trucks down in the middle of the water with guys on either side and everything all the things and pokers and Nets and all the stuff they're pulling all kinds of stuff up and it's so cool because that's like 10 minutes from our house yeah we're just watching people yeah walk down the beach in their little glosses and getting their oysters and getting ready that's super scary stuff I'm assuming in done I said it's oysters yeah probably but I don't know what I don't know can somebody tell us I don't know what else it's probably quahogs clams this is like the prime I wouldn't call our harvesting season is that right ah I mean it depends it goes all summer long I mean we have a concert you don't see that many though like if you're sitting on the beach on a what was yesterday Sunday at two o'clock yeah you don't see well and that's just like the tide situation that's not always the situation you know what I mean they probably do it earlier on in the day maybe you know don't people sit on the beach at these places I don't know you said if it was that commercial they obviously do that often no I don't know if it was commercial or private but there was like more than I mean we could obviously see the whole Beach but there was probably 20 or so like different groups out there again stuff rtb said Courtney Love just wrote an op-ed about how the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame doesn't have enough women I agree okay we love that yep exactly although I mean is anybody shocked is it going to be just noise if it's coming out of court he loves mouth at this point so that's just I'm like thanks but you're not helping of all the people to say something no can somebody else take this thank you yep um I just saw that that huge seaweed blob is reaching the shores in Florida so Florida's got the shootings it's got the blob of seaweed that is three three times the size of Florida well that's it now that you're back in the fold of the morning show you'll know more things that are happening in the day it's pretty standard though that like we're I'm sitting here talking about news and pop culture and I have no idea what's going on like that tracks um how about TV wise are you watching anything I was sad Lance Reddick passed away he had the most amazing voice as a voice professional he always had this mysterious book it sounded like this he was in Bosch his name is Lance rat his name was Lance Reddick oh yes I know he was in bar she was in Fringe he was in The Wire yeah voice it's just really good one more time I just need clarification on how that sounded no no I'm not doing okay I can't I can't obviously do Lance Radix voice but he was really really good um and he will be missed I am saving our what show I'm watching for Content Fridays on the first shot Morning Show but I do um so you'll have to tune in there but I do want to ask the Pedro Pascal thing can anybody explain to me why we are calling him daddy uh I don't like it I just there's such an undertone to it and I feel completely out of the loop it's probably because I don't watch that show well it's the Mandalorian or The Last of Us The Last of Us which just wrapped up so I started this show and I got 20 minutes in discovered it was about zombies and turned it right off but I kind of liked it because well it was based on a video game also I heard that too yeah it um it was good I watched the season finale aired last weekend people love it I had a friend who was trying to convince me was like no it's not really about the zombies it's about like the relationships and the people and I was like but it's on me but but it is but it's not just zombies they give a scientific explanation on how it happened so that is we turned something that was originally a myth and we made it real life similar to the pandemic you just lived through yes um so you now have like a sensitivity to it and then we're gonna make the show about it right and now you're all sucked in nailed it brilliant you got it Case Closed James Earl Jones and Barry White perfect voices yeah he had a similar voice to them his was much more newsy though Lance Reddick passing away and it was young too um so we were talking about shows and the Idaho College murders premiered on ID Discovery highest rated show in more than two years wow we are still obsessed with True Crime shows yeah I don't think that that's going away anytime soon nope I think it's really just a fascination with human behavior maybe and the out of bounds human behavior and why people do it and how it works the deviants yeah well not away from it yeah yeah Divergence of your behavior I I don't know why we're so sucked into it I think part of it's I'm afraid let me watch that and then part of it's kind of like they got away with it or they I don't I don't know or what drove them maybe it's just the or it's a little compulsion and also a little bit of puzzle solving like what happened how did it happen how did you have the motivation how did you hide it how did you not hide it how did you get caught there's like all these different facets I think I can probably find it I can get down with that puzzle solving our question of the day you can find it on Stephanie in the morning is um what would you cook if you were having company I just was curious because every time either I clean a certain area or we pull a certain dinner our kids are like who's coming over and it made me laugh yesterday I was like no one why like we don't we don't do this on Sunday unless somebody's coming over your kids are like we know your past right exactly I was like well hi you're wrong so we like to throw a little wrench at you it's not always that same way so I was just curious and and we had a lot of laughs this morning about people that said I'm just gonna yeah the one I would take them to my sisters was great I know I love that thank you Dee I appreciated that you made me laugh out loud or I'll take them somewhere she was not the only one some of them were like reservations for two that is what I mean is it mostly men that are saying that no it's actually a lot of women but most of the guys are just being you know they're dumb guy selves like David swordman who put out who David swargman put in meth and then there was another guy that put Oodles of Noodles like this this is your dumb guy self yeah that's like where's the noodles is like classic yeah exactly what's the little the pitchforky thing and the spatula and like give me some barbecue like you got to be good at that at least good morning Serafina what is it what is that called you can tell that I don't grow oh out here just out here looking no no no no no that is separate I'm talking about the long skew or double skewer thing yeah what is that called Kebab Sticks no no the poker the like never mind fire poker forget it no it sounds like I I don't know this is the worst game of Charades ever in my house my husband is not allowed near the grill because he kills everything everything turns into jerky it's not he is not the Grill Master in this house it is Mama I am a Baker um cooking is marginal but I I love barbecue and I love stuff on the grill rtb is asking if you're talking about a rotisserie maybe we're gonna have a lot of guesses what the fire poker is for the grill that Tori is referring to the fork thing I don't know it also believe you're grilling at your house this is how we do it in Dennis yeah I also could have made it up like it could be a completely made-up thing in my brain oh my God Tori likes cheese and cheese trays that is so true so yeah it's fine Italian food Serafina you're a vegetarian so it's not like you you're like clamoring for the grill probably although grilled budgies are fantastic good morning Nicole there's actually now I'm gonna get into this because this is stuff you should get on Amazon before it gets priced out in the summertime they have incredible Grill mats if you put them over your grill and they still give you like the lines but you don't have to curl your clean your grill oh time that goes over top so somebody sells that locally because I'm down for that uh probably or like um bottom for my brother they're like um a disposable or cleanable um like baskets and you can put your veggies in it and then they like roast almost as opposed to oh I've seen those those metal baskets they just kind of like flop them yeah so that kind of stuff losing half your food between the grates trying to like put your potatoes or your asparagus or whatever in tin foil and then welcome to grill talk with Rory and Stephanie it's actually um when I when I rank like things I'm looking for and a partner grilling ability to grill is like probably top four uh yeah do you like things burned happily grow for you get so excited I'm like do you want charcoal in your teeth and you're talking to people that's that's what you get over here it's all good you can't be good at everything he's good at a lot of things right we'll take the bat with the good exactly he was a super grumpy Barista this morning he was not having it but we got our coffee so don't complain right that's right so um let's see I'm going to be out tonight first time I've ever been at dinos which I'm really excited for six until eight so come do some trivia I was gonna say it's trivia and it's music and it's whatever kind of yeah and and bingo stuff that is not normally the stuff that you see around ours is just a little bit different and uh we're definitely branching the entertainment division uh unbeknownst to myself I'm like well there there we go we've got a whole new game that we made up for outside videos which I'm really excited for I am so bad at music trivia so bad I can like I will know every song and I can sing all the lyrics but I will not be able to tell you who's did it every time well that's kind of the fun in it and it Sparks the conversation at your table so it's not always just like except when you're always wrong there's like only one or two genres and I'm like I got it no no just one country slam country and then other than that that's it and I only have one country game good morning Dan thank you so missing anything else on this Monday morning um well it is the first day of spring so I'm kind of like anxious I say that one more time because we've mentioned it like probably a billion times well that's our three shows we've done today we'll talk about the first shot Morning Show which is bad today for season three which was one of our pods yeah I'm really excited it's gonna be um completely different well not completely different but like way more in-depth content I think we talk a lot of Pop Culture we talk a lot of coffee we talk about horoscopes and relationships conversational things and we have trolls it's my favorite part we did we didn't address it well I didn't tell you that I knew that they were there and you had said Kurt was that like I we stopped season two and I like checked out I was like I need a break I'm going to do a bunch of stuff I didn't look at a single thing I didn't look at any of our metrics I didn't look at who's listening I didn't look at her YouTube page I didn't do anything and then last week I was like okay let me like catch up and see what's going on so I went on short YouTube page and saw this short of our my very strong opinion on mistletoe and which I stand by I love it and wow people are really unhappy with me well you and us and then it of course then it devolved into like well no what do they know about anything about relationships no one wants to kiss either of them it's like YouTube I forget it's like the wildlife thank you for reminding me that I'm thinking thank you I've been married 20 years you stuck with me so there's that also um so I can kiss you anytime I want that's it Sweet Home Alabama we're stuck um anyway I appreciate you all I really saw through all of that hate was like you I said something to implore you to make a comment yeah that's what I'm out here trying to do that's it that's it you spent the moment to hate me so much you decided to write about it and you know what I win made such an impact on your day as this random girl sitting in a studio on Cape Cod I love about the need to tell me how terrible I am and we thank you for that so please tune in more often the first shot Morning Show that platform is just psycho yeah people are just terrible on that platform I think if it was coming through on like Spotify if somebody like gave us a review there I'd be like don't I'm sorry what else can I do to make your day better I'm like YouTube I'm like when did it become that I just never realized how bad it was out there it really is I think people are bored in their homes and I do morning Carol congratulations Carol a big winner in Nashville she won the 50 and over female new country Entertainer that is so cool yeah I love country music I got to listen in and so congratulations Carol look at you putting herself out there looking cute going to Nashville winning competitions love Nashville yeah I do fun city it's expensive yeah it is expensive well it's so popular now it's super expensive Broadway is just like take all my money right but it really is but nowhere in the world can you go and have live entertainment 24 hours a day every single place and the funny thing about that too is that like all of the music is so good yeah like you could walk into those bars at two o'clock at on at 2 p.m yeah and the music is like the best live music I know the people that are like playing for you over breakfast yeah are award-winning Grim material and you ask the bartenders and they're like this guy's okay yeah right who the hell plays on Saturday night at eight yeah it was your Prime spot I'm sure they're flipping amazing yeah that's that is true story right I love Fox music um so yeah we're just we're hanging and banging we're ready for this this week and uh we're of new podcasts that are um in the Horizon um a couple of our our people well one's called what's choking and they are debuting on uh 420 and they are very funny I definitely suggest this is watching material I'm basically making them a TV show like they have no idea how much time I'm spending watching clips of them it is a very intimate situation where you've got over hundreds of hours of footage of two human beings that are Were Strangers to me yeah now I completely know them yeah like I know every facial expression I don't spend time with them I finally realized what it's like to have a relationship with somebody that doesn't know who you are yeah like celebrity wise you mean well that's it there's a news yeah there's a new uh uh I forget what it is like a relationship that you have with people that you watch every single day or for me it's always fictional characters I have like full relationships with people that I read about and you have to be like they don't even exist right and it's like seriously you don't those people don't know you and you have this weird form of a bond with people you don't actually know it'll be so good though I'm excited thrilled for them to actually just get an episode out there into the world that'll be fun because they're very funny and we are like I said we're branching our games division we've got a really fun outdoor game so if you've got an outdoor venue that you're looking for some activity on this is going to be the game that is going to be the big deal this summer I'm also going to shout out too they're not actually within our Network um but it's one of my favorite podcasts in their local yeah um it's these two guys I went to high school with um who have a show called Beyond average that's part of the Kirk minahan Network which is like not very cool thing whatever for me um but one of them Mick just put out a podcast called the deserted truth I think it's going to take off like crazy it's about the Las Vegas shooting he's only got one episode left and I keep texting him like when are you coming out with another episode I gotta listen it is so good so if you want to hear it I love that if you want to hear another local podcast I definitely recommend that it's like totally homegrown he's like recording it and producing it himself from his house on Cape Cod it's super cool I love it we're gonna have to get a conversation with them going maybe have them in the studio oh they would probably he would probably love that um yeah so I just want to shout out a little bit his way if you are interested in something that's kind of true true crimey but localized um and I think he did he did research for like a year and a half on this so I think it's gonna be really good yeah what's up with the weed well it's a it's a podcast about wellness and women which I'm really excited for in the wheat industry right now is definitely male driven so it's really nice to work with two females who are is we industry the right term or is it cannabis industry it's the Cannabis industry but I mean she just asked what's up with the weed so I think she was doing her illiteration well I just mean like I think weed is a is it a Porsche I mean I don't know because it's not an industry is it the whole thing or is it a portion is it a reference because I feel like cannabis is the essence of weed no okay no it is that maybe I don't know you can tell me that I am not and that's totally fine but they're just talking about all of the things so what is you're confused about you know what I mean all right apparently I need to listen yeah and there's CBDs and all like the big stuff in between and what is actually medicine and what is wellness and it is definitely a giant molehill that they're tackling but they're also doing it as women which I feel like we've been Outsiders in that industry for a while so it's really nice to see some fabulous women doing really cool things with it yeah absolutely um so that's what's going on there and Carol's so proud to bring home trophies female country vocalist of the Year female country Entertainer of the Year hell yeah very excited for you proud of you I know and that's you know women of us certain age sometimes don't get out there and put themselves out there and I love that you're doing this in the over 50 category amazing to you A friend of mine and I yesterday we're just talking about apparently there's a study out maybe I should get the study before I talk about it but about how we roll no we just apparently up use physically and like your cells start dying when you stop taking risks and stop putting yourselves out there and that's how you start aging oh all right so people that like do more things actually physically stay younger and they keep their body Alive by continuing to do things so this is a great example of that like there was a study this week that was released from a Harvard Professor on how he took 10 age years 10 10 years off of himself by doing these three things so I always get sucked in I'm like all right what are the three Harvard yes a Harvard Professor that feels like wow it was um run he runs three times a week so I was like okay well there's also obviously physical activity and yeah not great any sort of physical activity I would think any sort of physical activity is great running and that was it it was um that they he's continuing to use his brain for um that's it and then social settings going into social science Oh you mean being a human stay active talk to other humans yep and think that's it that's all you got to do everyone Trucking these are your marching orders for a Monday yeah it seems like a lot if you don't if you don't get up from the couch you might die what Netflix is not helping us yeah right seriously Carol's 72 years old you are fabulous you are amazing honestly so great Lauren thank you so much Lauren's going through the E for all program right now we love you for
