top of the morning to you Brianna top of the morning Stephanie very excited to be here it's Friday and we've got to thank our sponsor MBR Cleaning Services offering weekly bi-weekly and deep cleaning services you can give Bruno a call 508-280-0605 online MBR landscaping.com good morning Miss Eva you probably have seen Brianna in your time because we were just talking and she seemingly knows uh Derek's friend group this is Derek's Mom hello so yeah I met Brianna at one of my shows for music Bingo on Wednesday over at tomatillos and we just started chatting your mom one actually like a prize from and you used to listen to me which made me feel old oh no so old so we just got to chatting and um so tell everybody about you and what you're doing now well what am I not doing let's be honest all right so I'm 24. um I currently live out in Providence um visiting my mom I'm do personal training so pretty much in that super awkward stage in life where I'm trying to actually get stuff together but do I I don't know that's why I'm here so let's talk about it no you so are though uh I feel like since pandemic and by the way that is three years today is when we all like went and like locked down today it's like the anniversary of it so I think back to three years and that's our question that I put out today uh if you could go back to any point in time what time would it be it would not be that time no do you think that that helped you or hurt you honestly I took that time as a lot of self-reflection and I really blossomed in that time and all I remember I did was I went out on runs every day I was active that's how I actually started my whole fitness journey and got into personal training so I don't know I had to take it as a blessing I guess I think a lot of people did that as well Jackie good morning thanks for joining us uh yeah you used that time and you found your your people your tribe exactly so Brianna does some Fitness stuff and you started just sharing that uh is that where you started gaining some traction of people following your journey as well yeah for sure I started posting a lot on Instagram and socials about what I'm doing for Fitness my weight loss Journey nutrition and a lot of people kind of started asking me and following me along that Journey which was awesome and really put into my mind that you know maybe this is something that I'm gonna actually do in life and I can help people which is awesome so yeah it says slow start but every day I'm kind of starting to add more and more to it so it's a process well and that's it because your your body is is your work so it's got to be really uncomfortable sometimes in that space to share I don't know how you do that I mean it's not always the best feeling you know getting up at seven o'clock I want to train somebody and you know they're they're there for you to train them and you're not looking the best but but you're there so I just found it so relatable especially for me where you know it's not like I spring up every morning and I'm like Yay let's get this day but I it is a mindset that you have to adopt to be be happy to choose happiness to choose to be positive good morning Marie I've got a video coming for you yeah and it's great too you know Fitness one thing that I really want people to remember and I tell myself too is it's a journey and you're gonna have setbacks and you're gonna have days where you don't want to go out and you don't want to do anything and you just want to relax and those days are fine you have to listen to your body and be really in tuned with what you're going to push yourself to do that day and I mean you know what if you need a rest day take a rest day and then get up tomorrow and try it again it's all about what you're gonna do next so never get down on yourself about that Nikki you've been on this journey I feel like you you have like you're working on whatever it is that you're doing your program is obviously working for you and you're feeling really good right now it was really funny I had this conversation with Greg who you met the other day and uh he said yesterday I always forget that no matter what I do physically it's always your fuel I forget that the stuff that you put in your body kind of matters yeah that's in my four cups cups of coffee before like noon is talking about Pedro Pascal and I'm not sure if you're following along but he just became this viral sensation he's the voice of the Mandalorian he's also um on this I forget what show that it is The Last of Us so he stopped to sign an autograph and somebody saw his Starbucks ordered and commented on how much freaking caffeine is actually in his order I was like people will never stop shaming you no matter what you do no matter where it is if it's out there on the interwebs you're gonna get mocked and challenged for him so the poor guy had like 400 milligrams of caffeine in this one drink and I was like that is a six cup of coffee day kind of so I was like that is an incredible amount of caffeine caffeine but then they were like is he okay see where I'm at now Stephanie I'm really trying to be like all right do I need this or do I just want it so I'm trying to switch to some tea oh there we go but I mean I'm switching out maybe a couple Cups of Tea for some coffee or vice versa and then you know I'm still drinking a lot more tea well maybe that's some of the things that you can talk about maybe making that switch my 14 year old we just put him in training with a with a trainer and that's just because it's off season for him for basketball and football and he tends to sit there and play video games all day so I figured at least if he's learning some positive habits I was never taught good eating habits oh it's so I was never taught any of that and so when I have this opportunity with my kids sometimes today is National pack of lunch day today maybe you could do that save yourself a couple of bucks and eat a little bit better but I feel like small habits over time create the change I'm just not able to do that for myself but if I could do that for my kids I'm trying no for sure you know like you know back in my day I'm talking like I'm liking myself but I'm 24 so yeah but I love the fact that you were out with your mom you were like hanging with your mom I appreciate people like that I was listening now hi Gwen I'm sure she's out there somewhere but yeah you know I always try to bring her out even though it's a fight to get her out when somebody carries having a great time so yeah that's all that matters but it but it is wonderful to see that and I like how you're like back in the day but I like that your age bracket is still you're so much more conscious about what you're putting into your body how you're dealing with your body than we ever were you know you're really right about that and I honestly think social media and Tick Tock and all that stuff you can't get away from it your phone is always blowing up whether it's you're checking your socials your Instagram your Tick Tock your Facebook it's gonna be either about news Fitness anything you know what I mean and it's like you can't get away from it and it's just you're falling into that routine and it's also not just the way you look you're actually caring for your insides which I think is really important juicing is like a huge thing now yeah um so I love that I bought a juicer um paid a little too much money for it but do I use it a lot no do I still go buy like 15 juices every now and then yeah so I gotta work on that a little bit but yeah right but no honestly I feel like this generation too is very health conscious yeah and I think it's great um there's a lot of apps now too that I use that you can scan products um skin care hair care or even food labels and it'll tell you you know out of zero to a hundred it'll rate it it'll basically say like oh like is this good for me is it bad for me and it gives you all the insides of ingredients and chemicals which is really interesting do you think that that increases your anxiety oh for sure I feel like that's when anxiety bubble no matter what I do so it's not a matter of what increases it it's why because it's always going to get increased no matter what I do I like talking to younger Generations just because I'm so curious because I find them so riddled with anxiety you know and that's going back to what I said about you know social media and like it's in your face all the time whether it's Health news you're not getting away from it so regardless of if you're not on socials if you have anxiety you're just being sucked into your phone and being blasted with all these topics 24 7. and that's something that my mom didn't get as a kid no I don't get it as a kid you're being exposed way too much to a lot of things that probably don't need to be exposed to yeah you know and it's anxiety yeah but and you're constantly on there's no off switch so when that happens I feel like that that's why we're having such a mental health crisis why we're having such a breakdown of people and how they're they're coping skills aren't very great no for sure and I think that's also why um my generation is really big into like the health stuff now yeah because they're trying to combat all that stuff and people are really seeing the benefits of you know drinking too like I've done sober months and let me tell you that month I felt like a new woman yeah it's absolutely crazy but that's just one example but really what you do put into your body has a huge impact on how you feel so it's kind of just like everything in moderation it's while the amount of Fitness professionals that I surround myself with and take zero of their advice ever I know I'm just like thank you I love having you all around me but uh unless you're tricking me I'm not doing it exactly yeah and it's so sad too because you know um with all my knowledge in that area you know I still go on Tick Tock and stuff and I see all these new diets or new exercises that are supposed to be these breaks it's a reaction just reach for it yeah and last time those are just really not gonna do anything exactly so it's literally going back to social media it's just all falling into like the Trap and being sucked in so honestly if you have anxiety let's do a social media free month because that's what I'm trying to do see if it hurts on it yeah it's not happening because here I am throwing around social media yeah that's fine you're gonna save space with me though I've really built a really nice Community supportive positive and I think that that's really important when you're out there working for yourself because now you're working for yourself your boss your boss lady right now oh yeah and um when Brianna sat down with me this morning she was like why did you choose to go on your own and I'm like you know what they're once again you want to talk about some some toxic places sometimes you just need to do things for yourself just a to see if you can do it exactly but also B to build the community to do the thing that you've always wanted to do in your space to do it so I'm I'm thankful for everybody that's watching right now and this morning for being able to be here and to do this with me thank you I appreciate you yeah thanks guys but you put yourself out there physically mentally and it's hard not to fall to hard feelings when you're watching people so critically criticize you yeah I mean I get a lot of backlash you know people will doubt me um put me down and you know what yeah I won't lie half the time it will get to me a little bit by the end of the day it's just you just got to keep pushing forward a little bit more yeah I hope we've got our daily visitor Lillian oh thank you oh I got a cute note I'm not gonna read it out to everybody but I appreciate it I like the dragonfly she wants the best daughter award today there you go Miss Mary thank you so much for joining us today oh I have a dragonfly tattoo speaking me too maybe that's why we bonded we didn't we didn't even talk about it no I love that I'm really glad that you came on today to talk about some of these things because I think that that squarely you've hit it already and when you are taking your break right now from social but it is because you were overwhelmed by what people had to say I think it's more so that I am overwhelmed people have to say but at the same time too I am in that little bracket of life right now in my early to mid 20s where I'm kind of starting to really figure out who my real friends are and who my fake friends are and going on these Journeys you know being very self-positive and self-aware um with my life and what I want to do whether it's not drinking not being on socials focusing on myself being considered selfish for doing all those things to really take an account who I want to be and follow my path you really do learn along the way who has your back and who doesn't and sometimes you just gotta cut people out and that's what I'm learning Brian is so much more emotionally mature than I could ever be 100 good morning John thanks for joining us I just I want to like I know I'm supposed to do that but actually employing things and I'm such a I'm such a workaholic I really am that if that is my drug of choices work which is weird but also I have very little time for um my friends and my social life that I've kind of mushed it all into one so I've made work my social life also so it's I it's very unhealthy but I'm working on trying to balance things and I think that that comes along with your fitness journey and your being in the the public eye also because you you had some trolls it is it hurts it still hurts when you say mean things to people even though you're online oh yeah and you know it's like you can't control other people but you can't control your reactions and how you handle things and that's the biggest thing that I can tell anybody is there's always going to be haters there's always going to be people that want to put you down and look down upon you for your success so you know you're you you're your best you I can't cuss on here but you know you can but I appreciate that you're not good morning Dale and yes Eva you do she's like I have to force her to put her phone down it's hard you know and I feel like the general Mission you know below me is worse like you got kids that are four or five years old with an iPad in there and an iPhone and the other one I know you know it's and Toys R Us I remember I was talking to um one of my aunts the other day about Toys R Us I said oh my gosh I remember wanting to go to toy stores and you know arcades and stuff like that I'm like where is that now oh it's all on my phone you can't it's yeah there's no there's no push for social interaction and I think that that we are totally losing how to talk to people it's sad you know and and I think a lot of that too the kids that did go through covid and the isolation kind of got traits from that which is okay it's understandable but now it's kind of time to like break out of that Comfort box you know yeah it's been three years today as a matter of fact just in case you're joining our live right now so that means three years ago today I got myself out of bed and I said all right we're gonna lose some weight and start a fitness journey and that's where I'll be yeah the day covet started well I'm glad that you're here talking to me about this today good morning Joni you can swear all you want John I'm just not gonna join you in your journey there Brenda good morning and also hey to Michael thank you all so much for choosing us this morning we're just talking about personal growth where we are right now and uh Brianna's taking a little cleanse from social media well you know yeah right here she is hard you know a part of me sometimes I've done the SnapChat thing I've gotten rid of that probably for about maybe I think we all cycle through our apps I do I cycle through it I'll delete it maybe for a few days I'll be like hmm I should probably go and you know just see who you know messaged me go on there nobody message me I'm like all right well maybe I should just get rid of it completely then you know way to make me feel good guys good morning Seraphina thank you so much for joining us yeah it is an incredible busy month March is kind of like the big New Beginnings yeah and I feel like I'm always every single Sunday I set out for a new beginning I'm gonna eat right I'm gonna do this reset everything and by Wednesday all the wheels are off and I've become the gremlin that I actually am Gremlin yes and by Friday I'm remorseful and then I started all over again on Sunday it's a vicious cycle it is you're not alone Stephanie so we're here it's spring forward so we're gonna lose all this fabulous daylight that we have in the morning but the days are getting longer so that's positive those are things to look forward to yeah for sure and uh Pi Day is coming up we're celebrating over at knock about on Sunday and it's breakfast pizza I feel like if you're gonna have pizza that is probably the best time of day to have it is like right fine breakfast pizza I think that they're putting like bacon and eggs on Pizza I can do bacon I don't know how I feel about eggs but you know maybe I'll just have to come and try it then I'm very curious as to what they're going to be offering for some brunch things breakfast pizza all right right I'm gonna be there and as a fitness professional if you're going to eat that stuff isn't it better to eat it earlier that I really think that's all a myth so everything in moderation and the whole thing you know don't eat after eight o'clock yeah yeah it's more about you know what you're eating so you know if you have a if you're working late you get home at like 10 11 or even one if you're bartending or whatnot and you eat a big meal good good for you eat you're probably hungry just when you wake up you're probably not going to want a breakfast so you're probably going to want to eat breakfast later that's kind of just how it works you just gotta get on your own cycle with it so if you're gonna eat later you're probably not going to want to eat breakfast till later if you ate late and you got up and you ate breakfast early then that's probably bad yeah but I just don't have I don't have any routine whatsoever and I think that that's bad there's no routine to My Life period I'm like what is that that looks good let's go there I like to say I'm in and I'm in a routine I tell myself I'm in a routine and then every other day it's a new routine so you know I just kind of wake up go with the flow and then I'm like all right this is what I'm feeling like today and this is what we're gonna do so I guess I am always in a routine just not the same one yeah I like that though now when you're putting your stuff on on Tick Tock and you're putting your stuff on YouTube do you feel like you're doing the thing that you think is the best thing to Showcase or you're doing the thing that is going to get the most traction are you doing things for strictly other people or are you doing it for yourself sometimes so I feel like as far as you know Fitness and sharing my knowledge with Fitness and Nutrition my whole goal is to really honestly help people and that's why I'm kind of doing this whole journey solo dolo right now um I'm not really in it for the money kind of just want to share my knowledge and really help people because I feel like a lot of times nowadays with fitness and health being such a huge thing with this generation it's really really easy to fall into scams and get misled and pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars every month for a personal trainer that's gonna promise you results that you're probably not gonna get so so I can't eat ice cream and fruit roll-ups like the new tick tock maybe once a day just kidding no not even on a cheat day so yeah talk to me about the cheat day please so you know I'm a fan of cheat days it really depends how many cheat days you have right when your life is a cheat day that dude that is yeah exactly I mean I'm fully about moderation so let's say you're on like Monday to Friday when you're working you're nine to five or whatever Monday to Friday let's say You're Gonna Eat Well maybe drink a little bit less or not drink at all um be a little bit more conscious of what you're putting into your body exercising and then by Friday and Saturday yeah sure go out have some breakfast pizza you know like have some drinks and then you know start over on Monday but if you're having that balance it's fine you don't have to just go all in and have a big cheat day like once a month if you're doing that cycle of Monday to Friday eating good taking care of yourself for the most part you know you should not feel bad by Friday and Saturday going out and having a few drinks having some pizza or eggs on Pizza I can't tell you what to do whatever you know tickles your fancy I guess um yeah you know it's everything just about moderation and it's not even a cycle really it's just life yeah I accept that that's your life well that's the biggest thing with me too that I tell people is that yes to lose weight and to be healthy and to be you know all these things people always tell you that you need to be into like a huge cycle and be really hard on yourself yes that's true to a point but we're all human I mean it's life you know life happens things happen you get sick you get you get setbacks or whatever you know so you can't always stay in this routine it's just about being mindful of that routine and wanting to get back into it or just trying you know in moderation of doing small little changes every day to just benefit you yeah I really need to to jump onto that bandwagon of just incremental changes over time instead of just the balls to the wall then I get hurt or something happens and then I'm worse than I was when I started this whole stupid thing for whatever what it is I always injure myself I'm I'm a breaker all of my friends know it's like 70s and a cast Stephanie's in a wheelchair what is Stephanie doing now I'm like go hard yeah seriously so yes I am definitely working I think moderation it is something that I really strive for but I never get yeah I don't know why it is a journey everything's a journey you know that's my favorite word today word of the day is Journey even that's my life right and they all like small little changes could even just be hey like I'm gonna drink x amount of water a day you know you're getting your water up you're getting more hydrated it can be little changes like that because anything that you're gonna do differently to benefit you is going to benefit you overall in the long run so you're making small changes and you can add on to those changes over time so and then you're making one small change and then two and then three and then that's the evolution of the fitness journey I need a little more Brianna in my life we need to talk more often I'm right here now that you've been put into my world you're stuck here oh yeah the dragonfly tattoos didn't sell it I mean too funny so if you're just joining us Brianna and I met at one of my shows this week and uh you know it was the I I grew up listening to you but not only you grew up listening to me but you looked at some of my social and some of the people that you went to high school with oh my are now on my Vortex and they're like my friend's children which is it's fine by me I I feel as if I'm I'm very motherly I'm always used to that I've got that mother energy where I'm just like where come let's do this hang out and uh even somebody yesterday on my YouTube live was just like our YouTube mother and son cause I was like no I'm just like I've always been married it's always been like kind of that is where I'm stability it's like we have this life and we've got these kids and we we do you know we're here we haven't moved in 25 years we still do the same things it is a comfortable routine when it comes to that space everything else in the world is total chaos right now oh yeah I like weighting my foot into chaos but then going back to my little cave yeah I don't know about anybody else I think maybe that's what we're struggling with no one has the cave to retreat to for safety and I think some people benefited from kovid and having that cave because you were forced to have it and I lost my damn mind I lost my damn mind if I didn't do what I did with covet I went out I literally would go on walks like every day like down down into it could be no every day I was outside for hours and this was you know now like three years ago yeah and the weather's starting to get somewhat better so it was doable and wow if I did not do that yeah Stephanie I'd be right there with you yeah right I would have probably gotten an Xbox you know thank God I did it I didn't go there I'm still not a gamer I'm not either but you don't get it if I did back then we might have a different conversation right now it might be about gaming instead of better yes John somebody asked if we were mother and son on YouTube I was like I am definitely not Greg Hillary's mother I've met Greg Hillary's mother she's a party so fun so yeah our question of the day is if you could go back in time where would you go and I don't know if I would I would want to go back in time I really don't I don't I don't remember a time in which I was like wow this is the time I mean other than going on a vacation again yeah no you're there are a couple of vacations that I would love to be back there right now and just sit in the Sun and bask and enjoy it but I mean yeah being 24 I don't really think there's a time that I would want to I don't have enough time yet no X I would want to go back and revisit you know you don't have any miles on it no no I'm pretty content yeah right content is the key word you know oh Brianna could be my daughter I have a daughter her age I actually have one older than her so yeah it's a possibility who knows I am adopted oh my gosh talk to me about that whole thing if you characters um so yeah no I was adopted at Birth actually on Colorado it was through an agency and she had me and kind of handed me to my mom my dad and said here you go and that was that was that was a story did you ever meet your birth mother no um I didn't but it was a closed adoption so I had the opportunity to reach out to her when I turned 18 but they could only reach out to her last known address okay agency and they did and they didn't hear anything back so I don't know in my mind she's you know she's my birth mother she's not my mom right mom I know you're listening to this you're my mom yeah absolutely oh yeah um I don't really have a one the only thing that I wish that I knew more of is my family history not necessarily ancestors but more medical 100 so my dad was raised on an island and he his mom passed when he was really young and he has zero medical history like zero it's hard you know and that's also a lot of my anxiety too you know I have a lot of medical anxiety health anxiety um and I know a lot of you listening probably can relate to that I mean I get a bug bite and I'm like all right I gotta go to the ER something something happened I'm gonna die that's my daughter my time it's my time yeah it's my husband and that's my daughter they're a very much medical worry warts and the worst place that you could possibly put yourself is on WebMD oh dude oh my gosh there are symptoms go to a professional nope I have my mom Google things for me whether I'm at home or living out in Providence I will send her a text I'll be like hey Mom can you Google this for me because if I do I will be in my car driving 95 to the hospital because this is how it is you should see me hungover though that's a whole different story of health anxiety I'm like everything's wrong now's my time that that is so stressful though that you don't have that family history and it's not the history that you're thinking of all those stories and whatever everybody can live without those trust me no yes of them I mean hahaha I mean it's cool I I did the 23andMe so I have like some background and a lot of it too is like the broccoli Jean so they was able to test for like breast cancer but I mean you know there there is some stuff there's some gray areas where it's I still haven't done the 23 and me and it's not everyone in our family has opened it up so it really doesn't matter but I was always just so curious about it but I just I haven't done it I think it's really interesting I mean siblings out there I would have freaked out you know I've actually gotten close because it shows you you know like your fourth cousins or however it works and I think the closest I got was a third cousin yeah which is kind of okay I'm just waiting until I get like parent I'll be like okay this is weird well yeah when you become a parent is you'll probably want to know a little bit more about that when that happens for you but I was always just so curious about taking that leap yeah and that like holding your breath almost like so scared but I'm gonna do it because like even you were a little bit nervous to come on with me today and you're like but I'm gonna do it because you seem like that person yeah like I don't like this it's uncomfortable but I'm gonna do it because I know it'll be fun and it'll be good for me I feel like that's pretty much my whole life in a nutshell everything that I do is player no literally like do now think later spend now worry later you know that's everything kind of impulsive false end right well you go enjoy your Chick-fil-A breakfast John good morning Slater thanks for joining us yeah I mean making yourself take things because it's like that fight or flight mentality oh yeah you know it's bad for you like the things you know that are bad for you you're more apt to be like yeah I'll go do that but the things that you know are good for you you're like that anxiety once again creeping up no for sure and it's honestly all about a gut feeling I mean if someone's telling you not to do it I've never had a gut feeling where I've did that thing and then I was like ah like you know probably should have listened to it or I didn't do it and then I'm like all right I was probably right not to you know so just got feelings with me but yeah Eva said you're a natural so you're good besides that thank you Eva I'm trying you know I feel like I'm naturally composed half the time but then you put a microphone in front of my face and just everything comes out you know and thank you so much for sharing I mean you've got a lot in your young life that you're kind of trying to figure out I feel like at 24 I was married I found a home and I just wrapped up my military stint so I was like in a very different place yeah you are and I couldn't be more single and that was like I've set my second husband at the time oh wow okay I mean it is a very different world in which you're growing up and I feel and I think it's good that your age bracket is taking your time to figure out how to be an adult and first off it's just not affordable you just can't live like the way we used to live like I moved out at 16 I was like I got my own house I got my own apartment I've got my own things yeah my life going you cannot do that 30 year olds can't even find their own place to live it's absolutely insane and one reason I also why I moved to Rhode Island is because the cost of living is cheaper but let me tell you like 16.50 a month is not cheaper in my mind no you know going from living in Bridgewater I went to Bridgewater State University living in a little you know college house you know how that goes paying like 550 bucks a month for a room to now paying about a grand more right foreign yeah exactly you know it's fine I feel like it wasn't a mistake for me to move out there no I don't think so is it financially a mistake oh 100 but you know it's it's kind of all about like a journey again Journey you know just just do it when I moved to Providence I pretty much just went online found a place and within a month I was out there yeah I had no plan no job no nothing that's how most people move to Providence I also had a very similar situation Yeah by youth okay I definitely lit I well we lived in like onlyville so um that was terrifying okay and uh my next-door neighbor had like Junkyard Dogs okay and they were like the police would stop us as we were driving in the neighborhood and they're like why are you here and I'm like I live there yeah they're like oh okay I definitely did learn my ins and outs of Providence that I live in yeah I mean I live kind of in between Pawtucket and downtown yeah so it's a decent area yeah and I've for the past like two years I think I've been juggling around the idea of Providence where Boston Boston is just another creature and absolutely terrifying isn't that funny how I felt the same thing like that same way but you know what provenance is literally Boston in a snow globe but that's what I like to say you know I like that yeah it literally looks like it and you can still navigate a building and they can still find a parking spot somewhere yeah no for sure but let me tell you though like my friends are all in bands like they play music so there's a lot of venues out in Providence and when I first moved out there back in August I went to a show at a place called Dusk and I believe this was on the west side of Providence which I did not really know a lot about back then but let me tell you I did after this establishment I've been there so I go to the concert you know have a great time it's kind of in this really Industrial Area yeah no you know I'm going don't really see any red flags even though they're all in front of me you know so go and have a great time come out I had a 2007 Honda CRV at the time and I'm getting to my car you know it's all the way at the end so I'm walking to it I turn it on almost had a heart attack I'm like why doesn't my car sound like a tank right now I got my catalytic converter soldered off oh my gosh let me tell you well let me tell you that was my rent and that cost me my rent but it was absolutely terrifying and being also in the car Community kind of somewhat growing up down here and working on cars and having somewhat of a background from my dad yeah I have mechanics down here that you know won't necessarily do me dirty if I go to bring my car but they'll you know they'll give me a good price but if I brought that car anywhere in Providence yeah no no no no no we were not doing that and I was not driving that oh my God my anxiety driving that car I was like we are not driving this all the way back you poor thing I love that you AAA but you know yeah I love that you know exactly I I think when I first got in the car yeah I literally was like am I on the right car that is getting into a modified like exhaust chopped CRV like is this my car and you know I I popped them I popped the hood and I'm like all right it looks fine because at first I was so thrown off girl I love this girl thrown up I was terrified I'm like is my car gonna blow up yeah you know that's what it sounded like you know and then I just you know look underneath my car and it's just oh yeah they got that sauce all right up underneath there two little clean swipes about two grand later you know you absolutely continue to just surprise me and amaze me as to just I appreciate this most of my girlfriends would just be like and call AAA you at least investigated and knew the situation for what it was and knowing that you were going to be paying a month's rent on the part that was robbed from you yes I mean don't be fooled like yes I was probably bawling my eyes out of course you were probably screaming yes um everything's a lesson yeah and what I learned was we're gonna Uber that's it yes leave your car in the safety zone and definitely Uber to those Sketchbook clubs that are underneath the highway overpasses exactly you know come on and I'm not you know gonna down Providence like that wow honestly downtown anywhere downtown where it's a lot you know people and everything stuff like that is really unlikely to happen I feel like and also my friend's car the same thing happened to them at another concert venue closer to my house and what I started to think was you know they probably Target places like concerts of course they do where they know that people will not be coming in and out these are desperately yeah so Uber just Uber not even gonna just Uber good morning Don thanks so much for checking in with us she's on the west coast Danielle checking in from Florida thank you all so much for being here this morning I am so ready for this Friday I've got my friend's 50th birthday tonight which is happening over at uh our we call it the club it's the Portuguese club and it's it's world's fun it's right around the corner on sandwich road so okay it's just the it's the most wonderful Community it's kids it's people and nobody cares awesome just show up and be you it's a really nice atmosphere which is you know everybody has their clicks and when you start frequenting the same areas and it's always the same people doing the same stuff and nothing ever trying to get out of that little it's good five you know yeah it definitely is so that place is very It Feels Like Home it feels like going to a living room with a bunch of people that's not your family that we've decided to be chosen fam and I love it that's awesome yeah so we've got that going on and then Saturday it's uh Cape Cod Irish Fest with the weather looks terrible for the parade unfortunately so parade goers just prepare yourself I mean there are some Die Hard parade people that are not nothing's gonna stop them oh yeah and this is going on rain or shine I believe in Yarmouth but uh our event is nice and comfy inside of New Seabury we've got Ireland the band which I told the great story about what an awesome band is you being a band friend know the break when the band takes the break it could be five minutes it could be 30 minutes it could be I don't well however we feel like Yep this band takes maybe two minute breaks like everybody runs to the bathroom and they're right on back and I'm like yes that adrenaline a two minute run to the bathroom you know what I mean but it's so nice to see people actually working and enjoying their craft it's fun when you see a band that is like really just in it to for the joy of it yeah you can tell the playing well that's how it should be you know if it's not like that then you know why are you doing it right you know because we sometimes you have to it's a paycheck well yeah exactly you're not wrong there you know once again we've all been through the motions you've had a client I'm sure that you're like [ __ ] this girl she's never gonna do this she's never gonna go anywhere it's always going to be this but you're there because she pays and she needs you well I mean at the end of the day too you know I always tell people I said look like you know out of my scope of practice to give you a diet plan you know I can't do that I can give you guidelines but you know if you're not going to put in the work when I'm not with you it's not you know my fault if you're not going to meet your your goals you know I can't come home with you I can't you know be on your shoulder you know sitting there watching you eat watching you go out with your friends making unconscious like Health decisions you know it's pretty much it's all on you I'm just kind of your guide you know I like your spirit guide on your little journey you know it's just you got to trust me and take my advice and listen to me and if you don't then why are you paying me yeah I mean I'll still take the money but you know good morning John said she's got two doggy jobs this week oh and you got the old man marking excellent Tom good morning oh yeah Eva the dancers are great I love the Canali Irish School dancers the little kids that get all gussied up they do their little Irish step dance I actually used to do that no you did not I did I don't I I could see that okay I was like five six years old and it's super super funny um my mom's mom got me this they're Scottish and they they got this um Irish step dancing dress it was so heavy yeah it's so heavy and I remember I used to do it um actually in that little place in Sandwich actually by Thomas oh yeah yeah that literally I think it's like a gymnast it's still there okay yeah so I did it through them for a while but yeah literally the other day my mom was like oh like talking about you know selling some stuff and they're like oh do you want to keep your iris dress and I was like oh yeah I mean yeah of course I want to hold on to things that I know it's sentimental value and stuff but I mean yeah what are you gonna do with it you know do you get like a baby mannequin and put it for your first apartment yep there it is that's good they're giving some Annabelle creation Vibes so I don't know I don't know or maybe for your child eventually if she ever wanted to do it but I feel like it's like a cult yeah if you look online I only did it for about like I don't want to say half a year did I kill it yeah I was really good of course I wouldn't doubt it right up front I was always right up front he said move out of my way you want attention that's weird Brianna I don't know about this that's awesome oh I would definitely kill for any of that I like it it makes me laugh but honestly the amount of work to just get gussied up to go perform yeah well it wasn't even that too I figure skated my whole life so like you know all the blush all the mascara you know all the lipsticks the hairspray no wonder I'm like kind of receding on my sides of my hair you know it's I'm pull that button yeah exactly I'm getting like little whatever they're called on the sides of my temples and I'm like do I need like medications stop looking at yourself in the mirror don't have to be so hyper critical you do not need any of those things yeah you've done a lot of things you know I really have that's kind of exciting though I feel like I've Dibble dabbled in pretty much a lot of areas a lot and I think it's just more about I'm still trying to find my Niche even though I love Fitness yeah you know I'm graduating with my bachelor's in May so I have exciting thank God it only took like four or five whatever if you're doing it it's almost done my girlfriend was in college for a solid 10 years wow and it made me laugh she had like three Associates degrees like we were just always for that Bachelor to come around because she just she doesn't know she still doesn't know we all still don't know no exactly you know and I you know I went I did the high school obviously I had to do high school and then I went to four C's and I messed around for a few years and they take it seriously and then by the time I got to Bridgewater I was 20. I feel like it's good to go to Four Seas though and kind of spend some really liked it you know it was really that gateway to really figure out kind of an area I guess somewhat sort of I just stuck with the management area just because yeah you know I'm already a boss be you know but you know might as well just do management so so yeah I have that and I mean I don't know I'm a big believer in kind of you know going out there and trying different things you know my mom and my dad have always supported me trying different things you know I did bartending I went to bartending school um that's it because if you're going to be a bartender you got to be a good one it's always good to have a bunch of like experiences and and outposts and like different areas in your life that you try because you never know you're gonna try something that you probably didn't want to try you're gonna end up loving it my girlfriend Julie is she you know forever remember this conversation that she was having with my daughter at one point in time and we were my daughter is a very picky eater she doesn't like a lot of things and she was like I'm not eating that and then my girlfriend Julie said take a no thank you taste and I was like what and she like blew her mind too so she took the taste of it she was like no thank you and so I really ever since then I have said to approach life like take a no thank you taste try it you don't like it you move on yeah exactly I thought it was such a good life lesson so thank you Julie for giving me I like that right teaching my kids that and I was like wait a minute I'm adopting that from that's my new life I like that take the note thank you taste just so you know give it a try exactly if there might be something there Spark you never know right exactly so thank you for taking the no thank you taste with me this morning but I think for people that are like you were a natural Brianna so you're an open door policy here always welcome to come back and host with me thank you all right we're gonna end the live portion of this and then go back to the radio because I've been woesomely neglecting our show over here on lemonadio.com you can leave us a message anytime day or night our number is 8559 lemons also I will see you on Saturday for Irish Fest Cape Cod Irish Fest at New Seabury Sunday at knock about for Sunday Funday Loomis has a leprechaun song that he has been working on oh I've heard about this one you're not going to want to miss that no definitely not the dance that ensues with it he's working really hard on that one so Loomis is going to be entertaining us on Sunday over at knock about and yeah spring forward everybody watch your clocks yes it's being ripped from us once again unless you're in Arizona and then you don't participate in that I did not know that right who just quits where are we all supposed to do it as a country are we supposed to do this together freaking Arizona anyway have a great weekend thanks guys oh where do people find you in case they were like I love her she should be in my life so basically as I said I'm kind of taking a break from socials right now but Instagram it's gonna be at brianalynn25 b-r-e-a-n-n-a-l-y-n-n 25. you can drop a follow DM me I'm I usually frequently check it um I'm not posting right now but you know I'm always on a chat so I love it come on the journey with us and
