saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book club I really sto at book CL I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual had a proud of it hold on hello and good morning from Mash PTV hello boys and girls how you doing it's a little chilly today it's not as warm as it was yesterday so nice we're so spoiled oh I know those last two days yesterday was gorgeous I I went out to my actually I went out to the to the green that's behind where I where I live and I took out some golf balls and I was practicing my chipping up on the graen just waiting for someone to come on the staff to tap me on the shoulder that some old lady playing on the golf course s you're not allowed to be here no no but nobody complained so I'll probably do it again the next time yeah right until get y you know what I discovered get it done they didn't close all the holes oh and there's actually an open hole you shouldn't be talking about this no I shouldn't because you should be enjoying your secrets somebody's going to go do it I looked oh should have brought my putter too I know I was going to sign up for something this morning and talk about it today and then I was like no there's only four seats left I'm G to wait until afterwards I just couldn't find my credit card you know when you're like looking for something and you're like oh I need to buy this I got to buy it right now now where is my purse where is my wallet where right well the question last night was have we ordered a yearbook for Mariana I don't know I don't know was I in charge of that are you in charge of that yes oh okay I I don't I don't I don't think I did but I mean they they they they harass you all year long about pictures and then the yearbook and we've had the Fall pictures and they harass you about the Fall pictures getting various packages the Fall pictures and now of course then they take pictures in the spring and the harassment is going to start all over again um I'm gonna see why my microphones are not going we're just like using the regular microphones and not our microphones oh always a problem why is it always a problem can you hear us people is anyone saying we're not there or not no we're here you can hear us it's just not the good microphones oh the good this this one leave it just in case well we off to watches their podcast but it's all the the whatever you call them the YouTubers yeah and and they're just babbling or they're playing some kind of a game and and she she watches someone seems to me she could probably listen to them but no they have to watch them then they sell merch we got to start selling merch we really do well there's Merch online there's merch on amazon.com yeah you can go to Amazon talk about no I know you can go to Amazon and get our merch you know that like the the sweatshirts with the big lemonad face on it and everything you can get that at Amazon you too can have fault because I complained last week I thought I saw her like I was talking in a tin can sorry we don't have a full-time audio a staff member and Rachel said we sound wonderful so I'm gonna go with that thanks Rachel then I'm gonna take my mind off of it right now we're going to get down to Brass tax this morning all right how crazy was the Jean Hackman story this is really Bizarro folks if you haven't if you haven't heard Jee Hackman his wife and his dog were found dead and their Santa Fe home I killed Jean Hackman I did it he's in My Trivia this week I have to rewrite trivia oh jeez there's a um I there's different themes we always have four different themes and one of them is jeans jeans jeans it's all about different jeans spelled differently oh de and Jean Hackman I was like just celebrated his 95th birthday yeah it was the French Connection and then he was found dead this morning awful they don't suspect Foul Play No which is well I didn't suspect Foul Play either I just sort of assumed that well he was older and maybe she was older and maybe they no she was younger were sick and they decided that you know that some people do that it's time to move on right now they're saying it could be carbon monoxide poisoning so check your carbon monoxide detectors check your all of that stuff this is the time of year right I usually I have it on subscribe and save that is the one thing I am happy that I do for changing our filters changing our battery things and making sure that we you know we had a house fire it's scary yes no one needs to go through that multiple times no check your batteries on all of the things so that was change the filter enough furn right y y the little things like that that you get too busy in your life for I'll do that tomorrow right I'll put it on the list for tomorrow please do I've been making lists and not actually doing anything on the lists lately that's I've been crushing that yeah you've been crushing and not doing making all these lists list list lists doing nothing oh my I get sidetracked all day long it's some other thing so you're not procrastinating no no I've been very productive in doing nothing right you just get sidetracked yeah see I'm accused being a procrastinator at home I just get sidetracked I'm doing stuff I'm just not doing the stuff that I'm supposed to be doing apparently right yeah we're doing our best tank that's what we're doing I know sorry I didn't empty the trash I was doing something else you're planning birthday parties yes oh yeah have you heard this folks that people who are hosting birthday parties for their children are asking parents to bring gifts not only for the child who is celebrating the birthday but also for siblings so the siblings won't feel left out we're sick we're not going to that birthday party have a nice day Mari said don't stick up for him Rachel Sarah good morning how are you thanks for joining us it's difficult enough to organize anything like that but to ask somebody else for presentence for the other siblings shouldn't that be the parents job to entertain the other siblings to make sure they don't feel left out right and and that's like that's like adults putting what they think the child is feeling I mean I've never known a child to be upset that her brother or sister was having a birthday party and all the presents were for them I mean I don't I mean well all we had was one child so my right yeah well you didn't have that problem right the dog and the cat didn't get upset that Megan was getting presents and now the cats don't get upset that Mariana gets pres I mean so I guess maybe I don't know it seems kind of dumb no he always do something nice with the other one just so that there it's not all about the other one but yeah it's it's it's gonna be your turn soon don't worry about it will you include them yeah yeah exactly I mean Megan had Mariana has a has a friend who has other siblings and when the other siblings have a birthday party Mariana's friend always invites Mariana to come oh that's nice so that she'll have a friend there and and everything else and Mariana brings a present and all of that but she's but she's there for her friend which is I think a cool idea yeah that's fine but yeah bringing presents for the the other siblings absolutely not this is crazy we're getting crazy right now I was uh recently uh with my girlfriend and we were laughing about her brother's getting remarried and both of them have already been married both of them have children the same age yes and they are throwing they they have a registry they're throwing a regular massive wedding I don't so I laughed the mother the grandmother was just like do we need are you sure about this and the way the wife to be purported it to me was like are you sure about this like do you really want to marry him and then when I talked to my friend she was like no my mom was like uh do you really need to do all of this it was a very different way of explaining this wedding but I thought I was kind of in poor taste to a wedding registry for a second wedding and it's not like they're old people they're younger people the weddings were fairly recent it's not like it's been 20 years and you need new stuff right it's been three or four years and now you're with somebody else oh you know it's not like one of their spouses died it's not like they're older and 50 50 and and five years six years later they find some right right you found the love of your life for the like for real this time it's not like they eloped and never had a real wedding none of those are factors and I don't like to judge people but I don't like when you demand things from other people to be involved in your love and your marriage right come or don't come but a registry for a second wedding that's two years after your failed first marriages I don't I don't know if Mari if Mar scand exactly had had a registry we were we were previously married before we um found each other we've been married going on 36 years so we obviously made the right decision the second time but we tried to lowy it yeah I mean we had a ceremony in the church and you know we had a reception and all of that and and we tried to keep it kind of sort of lowy but Sarah says a lope a lope for round two yeah good morning Cindy well you know the thing that happens is when people get older they they don't get married because it screws up all their benefits yeah oh that's another thing you know the health insurance gets messed up and the Social Security gets messed up apparently and and you know you don't you don't remarry the second time the older you get cliff and I had a nice small beach wedding with just immediate family and then we had a big party afterwards uhu and then we had to go to the church and do the ring thing where I just basically wrote a check on the Altar and my husband was appalled I was like what this is why we have to get remarried because it didn't count right oh I mean we had a very nice very nice church wedding it made my mother very happy a because my mother is a yeah I saw those photos yes my my mother was a a big hair day um a a a tried and true um La Cur and Irish Catholic and the fact that I was getting remarried had to do with Mari fact that I was getting remarried and well it was just we know whatever so we had a very nice church wedding with with um Reverend Bole I love it from from from for you guys from alar who are watching Reverend Bo used to be the pastor of oh I forget the church right and down downtown but he moved to Cumberland he had a cute little white church I mean it was lovely and and we had a very nice church wedding that was appropriate I just think this whole registry in giant wedding for a second wedding a little bit crazy espe who can afford that oh I know no one uh and by the way I just saw that eggs are going up another 40% so if you're out there complaining we're going to be decorating potatoes for Easter That's What's happen potatoes that's not going to help I don't think that the Turkish eggs are going to help us very much turkey has vowed to give us talking about prices thousand bags um the number for today is $44.50 what is $4.50 that's around the average price of a 12 ounce bottle of orange juice which was $2.30 in January 2020 now we got a citrus crisis yep well it's it's you know I know a guy there's supply shortages there's weather and the people who pick the oranges are hiding I had a conversation with that's awful my aunt because they don't want to get never mind we know we all know but but if you've seen it if you've seen it there's a a a PSA or whatever you want to call it being run that features the director of Homeland Security I believe she is who are asking undocumented people to call them and register so they can find them and throw them out sounds good calling right now on my phone hi I'm not supposed to be here Blood street come and this is how you and I started this conversation where we were going to make the things that you should not be saying or actually coach people people on how to give best man Grooms man and bride matron speeches because we've all seen the one that gets up there they even made an SNL skit out of it fairly recently where the girls started doing this dance routine and singing to the song and talking all about her debaucherous bachette party right like the things you don't talk about in front of the entire family how to do it with class yeah we never got around to it did we never did it the worst thing is the the the the best man who gets up and the first thing he says is I don't know what to say you weren't asked to be the best man five minutes earlier and you got to know what to say and then so many times what the best man man best man talks about you just want to crawl under the table yeah yeah well you're certainly married up hey remember so oh God shut up brings up ex-girlfriends when what that's the part of the wedding I love I'm there for it I'm I'm sitting over here clicking my GL bring it yep let's do another no I'm going to the bar to get another drink I'm I'm I'm just I'm just I'm just walking out I cannot that's it she said cliff and I are going to be dejing I'm looking forward to it Kristen I definitely am I saw the prices right 10,000 episodes really just celebrated their 10,000th episode Wow Wow have you watched how JW Cary has changed over the years no doing the prices right I know he got thinner he got thinner at one point he had a big bushy beard yeah and hair and everything that's all gone now and he's looking a little bit more like he used to but he's he's definitely thinner than he was I feel bad for um the Hollywood people that are always in front of a camera because we're so judgmental about their appearance especially when they're like trying on a new look and we're like what are they doing we're so rude yeah um next Tuesday is menu changing day it's what menu changing day did you know that there there is a day for this no Starbucks Duncan all of our fast food people this is like the day that they all roll out their spring stuff oh really and I had no idea that it's like accepted in that fast food realm of things of this is the day that we do this so so do we know what the changes are going to be I don't know I'm sure it's that their seasonal Fair of whatever it is that they roll out everybody does their own thing a certain way yeah but I'm looking forward to a little change that makes me feel like spring is coming on these two St where we get outside and we're like it's not that bad I don't need to wear a whole coat today yeah today you might well today's kind of it's supposed to be 50 today at some point it's just the rain that's like me yeah I'm looking forward to it don't get a false sense of security it's not here to stay no we'll be looking up in the sky tonight if the clouds permit us to see all of the planets alignment supposed to be this even after midnight apparently yep and and you can find on on online um you know maps that show which one is which one is W in yeah it's not going to be that way for I got to be others can't imagine but I thought that that was like a fun little fact also I saw that Millie Bobby Brown wants to play Britney Spears why on Earth why do you why what no well we've already seen her shaved head so maybe she's not afraid of doing that I guess I don't know Milly Bobby Brown is ready to be playing Britney Spears I don't know if Britney Spears's Camp will allow for that where is Britney Spears these days it's been very quiet and I think it's probably good for her yes just enjoy her life girl is she doing a Las Vegas residency or something or anything oh no BR britty have our annual meeting coming up and this is going to be a really good one so if you've not grabbed your tickets there's like a week left for you to get tickets please get your tickets it's going to be at New Seabury we've got a little bit of Comedy uh we've got a photo booth and we're going to be giving away some awards and rolling out some new stuff for restaurant week and Shop local that I'm mean very very tough I've been talking to a lot of restaurant owners out and about and one thing that they do say is January was the worst month that they've ever had ever in on record right all of them yeah collectively we we go we go out to eat more than we should and so many times we'll go to a restaurant and we'll look around and we'll go really you know that's like six of us sitting at the bar yeah or or does I don't know if that's get a table Fe cost of food people doing dry January people changing their habits this season people trying to save a couple of bucks yeah I don't know what is gonna be filling in for Bri over at DJ's in Falmouth and then we've got Katie Brown who is happening at Ryan's in the Cape Cod Mall so head on over there and play with her Robin is firing it up over at Captain Parkers so grab a chowder check out their new room they've expanded Jerry's s a really nice job he's still at the bar hanging out really loving his restaurant that's cool they were expanding like crazy and getting ready I don't know I'm I'm not ready for the expansion of spring construction here on the cape oh God did you see the sign already no where on 151 I don't know what that's going to look like it's not going to be the only place on the cape where they're going to start tearing into our roads no and and in a couple of weeks will be talking about didn't this town tell that town that they were doing work on essentially the same piece of road and everything is all and I do I do understand it's a necessary thing that we have to keep up with our infrastructure however it's always the time of year where we're like Yay not everybody's back we can kind of drive around no snow is on the ground oh wait now let's rip up the roads right delay is all over there was a story on the on the news this morning um on one of the Bost that yesterday the Boston DPW um took advantage of the of the decent weather to try to take care of some of the potholes and in one day they went through two tons of black top oh I'm not surprised it's been a terrible winter for us and it started earlier than usual and I'm not surprised at all that many Pooles oh no it's hard to avoid them sometimes some around here I missed a good one the other day clunk a clunk a clunk driving back from Providence I was like that's like sinkhole yeah and there's no recourse for you if you jam up your car on those things you just got to pay for it no Town won't pay for it City won't pay for it nope don't even try you can only go just just gonna upset yourself really don't even try I'm excited for Friday we've got a Marty gr party that is happening over at dins we got a fun little game that we're going to play and then we're we're just going to have a Marty gr party that's going really well yeah at Dino's our Friday nights are so fun we it's like a little house party it's like being in someone's living room and they're like oh you want to do karaoke we'll turn on karaoke that's cool oh you want to play a game we got a game for you and we've got a a great group of people that come out and just hang out yeah they're like oh can you dance oh and guess who's going back to class what I'm learning line dancing it don't get crazy thank goodness I thought you were going back to school and going oh God what I can't handle that right now you learn how to line dance just because I'm like I need to learn how to do it so that when we have the sudden inspiration to want to do it I can at least lead with authority actually a lot of people do it yeah they love it it's great exercise in some other places in the in the area well I only know two of them so I need to know more of them I don't know and everybody's dancing on Tik Tock you can't beat him join them I might as well learn something I'm not that coordin and I was so inspired by my friend Allison she's like I'm gonna do it you g to do it I'm like yeah I'll do it I'm like I have that day off I probably should do I could do something physical I've been saying to myself I'll do something physical and I haven't and then uh last night she sent me the sign up I'm like okay I'll do it I'm not that coordinated I I can't even do when we when when Mari and I do our workouts with Bri yeah I can't wait a minute I'm going to do knee up and out and wait no what do that again I just can't I just I just can't good morning Kristen yeah I love the palm tree over there I need that in my life Sandy said it was good room for more they've got great regulars good prizes and good music playlists I love it I love it I love it yes there is going to be a restaurant Week Cindy I'm glad that you asked we're going to get all of our town restaurants to offer some prefixed menus and some special restaurant deals so we're looking forward to it uh where the planning has begun we've got a committee on it and uh we want to hear what you've got to say about it so if you've got something to add to it Cindy I definitely want to hear about it well I can tell you that Mari and I and Mariana sometimes as well will'll be very support of don't worry about that you got two sometimes three people be more than happy to go out you know it's a fun little thing that we've never done here in mashby and we talked about it last year we've never rolled it out are you serious yeah wow I know I mean with all the restaurants here you would have I think we just get busy in our daytoday and then all of a sudden when we think of something and then it's time to employ it at summer and we're like maybe next year wow because that's a cool thing to do I mean the everybody does it I mean the the big restaurants in Boston there's restaurant week and oh my God it's a huge deal yeah so we're we're working on yeah exactly so I'm looking forward to that in Mash B and uh maybe you know start I I've got got a local chamber meeting that's coming up and I want to see if anybody else wants to jump on board if not this year then next year but we're doing it this year and it's gonna be right after Easter so stay tuned for uh all the fun things and Creations well yeah exactly by the way by the way the the mar can correct me on the date if I'm if I'm wrong on um the day before Easter which is the 19th we are having a shredding event oh excellent over at the today real estate office on coutou Road in Sandwich we're going to have great R shred and you can bring now that you've done your taxes and everything you can bring all your stuff that you need to shred over the great white shred and they'll take care of it for you no charge that'll be a nice celebration I know all of our CPA's tax people are head down it is game on season for you right now because folks even if you rip it up and put it in recycling it's not good enough there are so many scams out there right now I am terrified to be giving people anything the amount of social media annoyances disturbances inboxes scams click here I'm getting emails from from triple A oh telling me my um cards my my my account my account Megan's account Mar's account um have all expired they have my credit card that's terrifying triple A has my actual credit card right they'll run it if they need to pay these things I I've never gotten a letter from an email from tripa saying we happen to have noticed that your account has expired please I know I got an um a text message yesterday that said you avoided the tolls and it looked pretty official oh that's a that's a big one I'm like yeah okay delete I'm just not they'll come for me don't worry about it I'll find out about it another way if you didn't pay the tolls when you go to renew your license or renew your registration you won't be able to because you haven't paid the TOs I gotta do that this year really but you know what happened when I got my real um your real ID my real ID I didn't have to take an eye test which I thought was weird well don't drive through a store okay no no no no no I won't I mean I mean my eyes are fine and and I don't need glasses to drive and and and that wasn't it but it was like maybe you've had one on file for sooner rather later what I'm what I'm guessing is it wasn't time for my license renewal so I guess that's why they didn't they didn't do it but I'm also kind of like a little older and and I had these on because I needed them to read and stuff does anybody know the he showed up I believe after that medical event I think this story ties in and um Megan's Megan's boyfriend for I'm up years they my de facto son-in-law right he was he was working there he and another guy Dino walked in and they said to him get out of here or we're GNA carry you out yes just go insane RCB not like last year he's like the pope he keeps working even though he's down and out I don't know I don't I don't think that Pope's leaveing the the hospital oh no he's not going anywhere no no no nope definitely not he can he can pop from the hospital he can make decisions and and he can pop from anywhere he can he can hear on TV every now and then and wave and do a hoop ddoo and he's you know I don't think he's going anywhere that's great a hoop ddoo a hoop ddoo a little ho he's got Ireland the band if you've never seen this band play they are incredible and of course Jim found them on one of his fun little trips and now everybody books Ireland the band if you can get them and we're talking years in advance to get these guys there's a fiddle they're just fabulous so he's got that going on we've got the canal School of dancers that will pop on by we've got a bag Piper that rolls right on into the celebration no no he's not ready yet he's not ready yet he still practicing yes of course he is I hear that little kazoo thing going off upstairs but now he's distracted because he's also got a trumpet and he's also got a trumpet oh yeah I found it at a at a where a trumpet come from at a yard sale oh wow yeah he's like my grandfather playing the bugle up there only it does not sound like my grandfather I'll tell you what he's not good wow and a tracksuit and now a tracksuit a man of many talents he's like an 11-year-old that you tell to go clean up your room and then he comes out with all the things that he's found under all the crap that he's been hiding it from this is who I live with it is wild I never see him because he's working all the time yeah yeah he he's a hard hardworking dude he's having an in-house day today and I laughed I was like oh I I'm jealous enjoy that I have so many things to do you know the people that are busy I have so many things to do that walk around with paper don't actually do I'm kidding he does a lot however it doesn't look like it he does he's a hardworking guy he well he makes sure he takes care of his mental health and if that's upstairs playing the kazoo while he's painting then fine we let it happen while he's painting he's got a whole painting have you never been up to the office I haven't been up no I no since you moved it from the downstairs to the upstairs you have to go up to the office I haven't seen it it looks like it is a 16-year-old with every toy known to man but it's also like an office he's painting up there oh yeah he's got his little Bob Ross corner he can actually paint we went to a paint night and somebody bought his painting no I'll never live it I'll never live in town wow no no that's that's some guy was like can I buy that I was like stop it I thought they were mocking him no they bought his painting like one of those Ward Parker nights where we're like we're doing a paint night of course his has to be better than everybody else's including the teachers Mr I watch Bob Ross love to do a paint night to see if I could well hire Cliff actually follow follow along that's something I've always been interested in because there used to be a paint place in mashby Commons yeah over by the bookstore yeah great bookstore I love that book store oh my God but for another day um we need to have her on absolutely really cool I'll take Meeting Street books or what books one of those because independent bookstores are they're different yeah and that they have yeah they have the books that you see in the top 10 or whatever but then they have other things that you go oh really that's that's interesting and they support a lot of our local authors and we have a ton of them here on the cape I got to connect with Ted Murphy actually Mr Murphy reached out yesterday and said hey we got a fundraiser happening and I've got to help and support over there y but also he's working on another book are working with him over work on a book with him and uh yep he's working on a a follow-up to I wish I could remember the name of his book mob trophies no no no no no this is this is the the the young adult book oh the not the Bell Tower series no it's about teenage boy or it's like a boy thing oh I don't know he sees it as a three-part series I'm sorry Ted I really dating a much older woman really like 30 years older but they're still together I feel like I did something I if nothing else we connected two humans and I'm excited about it right a little cougar action a little bit of love goes a long way it's not my opportunity to tell you that they're too old or too young for you I think you meet who you meet where you meet them and enjoy them and that is it well if it was an older guy and a younger woman no one would think twice right this is true but the older woman and the younger guy yeah it sets off some Bells who's pinging I don't think care for a reason he can't do everything he can but do we want him to do that the amount of time it would take away from doing other things I see you know what I mean when you're an entrepreneur business owner you have to factor in the fact of yes can I do this for myself yes yes how long will that take me and how long will that take away from other projects that will make me more money so you have to strategically use your time better right I'm still not good at that it's an emerging skill Hank emerging skill right okay gotcha what's going on in the land of real estate um it's busy it's the spring Market coming right it's the spring it's the spring market and and gagal if you have a house um that would fit in the 450 to 550 you know price range and you're ready to you're ready to make a move boy this is your this is your time and I got to tell you the buyers are out there the phone the phone's ringing Mar's mari's getting calls right and we're you had some larger requests recently apparently there are still Rockefellers out therey life she got a she got a call last night from somebody and and I said how high is that and when she told me I went let's find it let's go so yeah you know it's it's life goes on I mean that's the thing we learned that through Co life goes on yeah and and you know people people have to move and at some point you've got to decide is this okay this house has been too small for the last seven years well what is the number one thing that you think people can do before they get ready to sell their house what if you could give them one piece of advice before they sold their house to do x what would it be and it's something that you see often I think the number one thing that they should do is get rid of the junk yeah declutter declutter and then when you declutter it you'll see what you've got yeah and and then you can kind of take it then then it it's hard to do but then step back and say okay if I was coming into this house to buy it what would I think and if you think you know what the kitchen needs to be painted then paint it yeah don't spend a lot of money painting it don't paint it some stupid color you know paint it off white or or or something but but make sure some of the basic stuff is is taken care of that's that's the number one thing I yeah rtb says totally Purge I've purged twice but I'm married to a man who buys tigers on a gold leash uh I don't understand what is happening every time I'm like I thought we got rid of all of that right anytime we go on a listing appointment and we go to look around at the house that's the first thing that Mari tells people get rid of your junk you know get rid of the knickknacks take down most of the family pictures if they leave holes in the wall well we'll have to figure out what to do what to do there but but clean it up so that people can see their stuff in what could be their space I love it thank you for that because I definitely put you on the spot what's up Miss Jackie how are you doing today this morning Jackie Klein yes yes it is how's Dad I know it is so difficult to care for our parents I've been having this conversation with a lot of friends recently and I don't know whether it's just we're I'm reaching that age in which we now have to have the discussion about our parents and all the things that are happening um but there's been a lot of deaths there's been a lot of Estate Planning and there's been a lot of um just conversations uncomfortable conversations with family members that have been having between my group of of girlfriends right if you're going to if you're going to leave your house to your kids talk to your worry about this but if you're going to leave your house to your kids don't put it in your will put it in a trust and put the kids' name picking a third name on it yeah that is happening right now with one of my girlfriends and she's dealing with all of this and she's only 29 and it's a lot for her to handle at this moment in time and um I you know they did a disservice and it's not that they planned their decline it just happened faster than they were planning for it and I know we all get busy in our lives but also a little bit of planning goes along long way and we've got some great people at the mhby chamber you can give us a call we can give you some references for sure uh but always need a good lawyer always need a good CPA and always need a good tax person because we have to deal with that stuff right now right and and you're right it's a it's a it's a difficult conversation and the weird thing is the older you get the more difficult it becomes yeah because it's it's forcing you to acknowledge something that's maybe a little closer than you'd like to think yeah my dad and I did it together in our 30s for both of us I was like you're going through it I'm going to go through earlier because I just want this uncomfortability out of the way right and we're just going to deal with it now so it's like already a conversation we've had in plane black and white we're done y if things change we'll have another conversation but right now we're I'm thankful that I've already done it um and once it's done it's done you only have to do it once well you know I've got my list of death wishes on my desk at yes I know okay downstairs I those are extra yeah think something happens to me I do it's on a yellow steno pad downstairs I showed Hank where it was I will update that one frequently that's the most updated version of the things that I want of the version I already have I've seen advertising just so we know I've seen advertising actual book where you can do that yes somebody somebody has one probably on Amazon like everything else's you should you absolutely should just in case whatever crazy happens but whenever we go on a trip I just scan it and make sure there's nothing I need to update I put it back because eventually it's going to happen exactly to tell you oh just just got a plan for it right don't don't don't don't leave your kids and and you're you're I feel like it's a good spring conversation right we're always like oh it's fresh let's do our cleanup let's do our Purge let's check all of the the filters and the stuff poor Jean Hackman and then awful awful awful I'm really curious and if and if it turns out to be carbon monoxide how sad is that going to be I know it's really unfortunate I'm supposed to have carbon monoxide detectors that goop whoop you know maybe they don't require them in California I don't know so sad we've got a list of have to see what that's going to look like and what I'm going to have to do to get it here but they're they've Broken Ground they've built it and it's opening soon and I get to tour it before it's even seen so I'm really looking forward to that and um Tuesday is our conference for the Massachusetts farmers markets so it's what all farmers markets get together with a Department of Agriculture and we go over the lay of the land and what's happening with um just pretty much the the farms and all of opportunities that are there so I'm really looking forward to it AG week for me and uh good good well with the price of everything going up we're gonna have to plan for better right right even if it's teaching our kids I'm looking forward to that with the farmers market this year we've got a Master Gardeners coming in to work with our kids get their hands in the dirt and also teach them how to make small plots good Mariana is planning coming coming to work again so ready to go are rolling out our volunteer handbook so if it sounds like something that you want to get into whether you're retired or you need some volunteer hours for something that you're doing or you're a high school student or know a high school student all of you you want to be careful about why people be volunteer I don't care oh okay we're we're equal opportunity I I don't care we'll give you something I will yesterday he was coming for his games and no one left his games outside my husband put out the wrong one oh jeez so Luke's banging on the door my son's like Dad there's someone screaming games at the front door my god oh dear I love you luke I'm so sorry sorry and by the way I'm looking for an endorsement deal from Callaway where the hell did that come from why just thought I throw it out there because my mic says Callaway he is so ready to golf oh his brain is already spr had lunch yesterday with the two guys I play golf with and and we were all just isn't this GNA get better isn't this going to get we got to go out it's just it's as much a social thing as it is a athletic thing well yesterday inspired a lot of golfers they all grabbed their clubs and they came over to the house of hatchets to swing that thing because they have a golf simulator and so it was kids and older adults but there were two gentlemen that were in there that reminded me of the old guys in the balcony of the Muppet Show oh really and they they didn't leave they were like no and then they were razing the the younger kids that were trying to hit underneath that were looked like they were on a golf team of some sort of high school yeah and they were like what you should do is I was like I saw you yours was not even good so be quiet let these kids do what they're doing I think it just people are itching to be outside and yesterday was definitely a factor of that yeah but it was windy though when I when I was out you know messing around in the hole behind our house it was windy he can't just enjoy the day it was windy I walked around on the mash B Comas it was lovely I enjoyed it very much we had lunch at Jade oh okay very nice are they participating rest week I'm going to be reaching out
