what saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and was terrible at this book I really Su at book club I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual I just had a visual proud of it good morning hello boys and girls how are you how are you I'm good got my coffee I'm all set and a good one today and a good one the Dunkin Donuts the time forgot which is not really a Time Forgot Place anymore it's the new one now it's the new one now they're the only ones I have really simple coffee medium hazelnut cream too sweet and loss the only place where they apparently can make it right is it this dunks okay I can't tell you how many other dunks I've been to over the last couple of days and I've dumped the coffee G it's bitter that's the worst and and I don't know I mean the bottom of the pot but I I don't even think they make pots anymore I think they just keep it going don't they no I think that they still have the pots of coffee I don't know I haven't been inside the dunan in a while but that's true that's why I don't know but your guess is as good as mine but a plug for the Dunkin Donuts Time Forgot yes hi after after months of me complaining about them um my girls aren't going to that one this year they're going to the other one on sandwich Road oh really yeah oh that used to be good yeah well maybe they'll be great now that my girls are going over there now you go man I know don't do it they they're going to attract a crowd these poor girls they don't even know what the what job what Short Straw they've drawn right although I got to say mashby is currently polling number one for best small town in America how that happened or how we were nominated in that fashion I won't know but that's really cool though very cool I mean we're really nice small town yes I agree and uh I thought that that was pretty impressive as far as when you're coming to another country and you have no idea what's going on to the whereabouts and these J1 students are like well they can at least put that little feather in their cap so everybody vote I think I posted the link on our lemonade o Facebook page so go and uh like that today vote early and often yes thank you since it's super Tuesday and you're looking for something positive to vote for that's right but you gotta vote folks you know it's a it's a privilege that most people in the world don't have and as someone who lost a very big election by 150 votes the other way he's not he's fine he's over it I'm over it it's only was only 40 years ago but I came within 297 votes of being elected the mayor of attelboro when I was 30 years old oh that's 150 votes the other way so close good morning Lynn hey Nate hi Emily and I can name for you people who didn't vote that day we had I had next door neighbors their kids went to college in Boston they called their folks and said meet us at the train station we're coming down to vote for Hank and the folks said you know what he's got this nail don't worry about it your wife said oops I didn't vote for him no she didn't either I should explain I should explain I did not Mari and I had you old enough kiding kidding I think so um Mario and I hadn't connected at that at that point and I had been in a beef with the mayor and a couple of members of The Zone board of appeals including my hysterical including my future father-in-law and none of my current in-laws voted for me oh wow so there's about another five or six votes I could have had maybe so oh yeah I went through the vote I mean I was a glutton for punishment I went through and I looked at the voting list when it was all over and I was like you didn't vote you didn't vote oh are you kidding me you can actually go and look and see who voted for you when you went out and made an accounting of it well I can look and you can look and see who voted and who didn't and I saw all these you know I well did these people vote oh no they didn't vot that's next level oh yeah it was like then I finally had to stop because it was just driving me crazy what's up Pam said good morning good people enjoy super Tuesday say something super that's my my statement of the day in case you just can't wrap your brain around the politics of life you can go and just I don't know may maybe something positive maybe something fun say something super about this Tuesday the weather no that's not no no no suck weather sucks back to the drawing board on that one we're digging deep here I woke up and I'm just like I'm not I'm like cloudy I feel like something is happening I love that but I am seeing the doctor today for my physical yay oh we should have some good good stories from that I'm not ready for all of it I've stacked my day full of appointments so I don't stress and cancel oh okay because I'm one of those people that just makes it way worse before I get there and then I'm in fullon anxiety panic attack oh so this you you you don't have time to worry about anything correct I got you right as long as I'm busy I don't have to worry about anything this is how my brain works okay and it really is your appointment unlike Lily who thought she had an appointment no it really is hers is actually coming up next week everybody's getting physicals you get a physical and you get a physical I hate this time of year I feel like um but by the end of May I should be done with all of my appointments for the year good not gunwood get all your stuff done everybody and then when you get to be a certain age there's this Medicare required physical that you have to have oh and they send you this question is more intrusive than a regular type no actually they they send you all these questions that you have to answer about your mental health and how many times have you fallen over the last year well I mean I feel like that's a good checkin and stuff like that oh yeah it's a it's it's a good check-in and then um our doctor then tax on a regular kind of physical on top of it so I get I get physicalized twice a year now oh I like that my regular one and then the one that I have to do for for Medicare so that's it don't forget to vote yes thank been yeah really yeah wow time flies right I mean I'm sure for them less so when you're traveling I feel like after the third week you're like okay it's time to go home I'm good yeah we were all ready to go home when we reached our third week of vacation that was the first time ever by the way I was even allowed to take a vacation longer than a week in my entire life right of my entire life wow well yeah because you were big time when you still are a big radio personality no well that it was that you could only take vacations when there wasn't a current ratings period right and you could only be away for a certain amount of time before you know you back in the day when you worked you had to work no matter what whether you were sick miserable whatever you sit there and talk for a living so you really had to have a good excuse why you weren't at work which I think was so toxic oh it was nobody ever felt good it was not great I was never feeling good it was not it's not a good space for me and and back then nobody thought to take a disinfectant and spray the microphone just drop in behind the person who was in who in front of you and start using the same microphone I appreciate that saraphina the Dark Ages the Dark Ages it really was just a a Dark Age thank you time for this one to come home I bet yeah I I it gets to that point where you're just like I need my bed I need my people I need a regular night sleep I need something that's just a little bit of normaly M I need my own coffee I need my own whatever she's in better coffee hands over there wherever she is overseas no matter what I feel like ours we're just not handling the coffee drip as well as we should uh so what's new in the world of Hank thank you very much for coming out to Cabin Fever boy did we have a party that was a blast right I had never seen that band before little loud the midnight is that me or you you I guess it is me this time last time it was you um yeah I had never seen the Midnight Society before and because we're not exactly go out to Club people anymore and um but they were fabulous I will I will find them at another time so good yeah and they're just like wonderful people and don't take breaks and just entertain they feed on the crowd play and played and played and and and I said to Mari at one point the lead singer is going to blow her voice out no Jess is incredible um um yeah Liz said Cabin Fever was so much fun you worked your tail off over there 50-50 raffle our 50-50 raffle was almost 800 bucks wow it was pretty incredible for a tiny little three-hour party that we had during the day and the place was fraking mobbed bananas yep it was it it was great my girlfriend who couldn't come to the party had texted me and she's like I heard it was really good and the wine tasting we went to in Boston was crappy let that be a lesson to you you've been to enough wine tastings in your life Miss have just gone how many wine tastings can you go to it depends usually the bigger ones have some nicer wines right so you're able to taste wines that are two 300 bucks a bottle and that's always nice to have a little sip of right but other than that they're all the same yeah yeah you should look at the list of the people and make sure that you know that they're going to bring a specific wine other than that it's just not worth it I don't need to go no have little sips of headaches all day good I've reached that point in my life everyone God when you start turning down the booze right I was on Selzer last night because I was like well you know I need to go in there fresh if she's taking my blood pressure today I just want Baseline here so it's behaved at trivia last night we had a great night over at Dino's another trivia at tonight over at Shipwrecked uh follow our schedule because we're all over the place place Bri is that Wicked and Amina is starting our themed Bingo nights over at tenpin eery and what do we mean by themed this week is totally 80s week okay so it's gonna be all various 80s ' 80s rock 80s pop 80s synth uh totally 80s for music bingo tonight over at 10pin eery so if you're looking for something to do six to eight AM me will have you entertained a former student of mine hosts the syndicated show back to the 80s Joe that's right he's that's a good show yes yes so if you love the 80s this is for you he is so much I and Joe I don't know if he I know he checks out sometimes but what we're doing um Joe was a student of mine so long ago that his son is now a TV newscaster in Providence it's like how old do you feel today how old do I feel today wow I'm watching Joe Cy's kid do the news right oh Mary's bringing back r London coffee London coffee can I please be in the room where we get a little sip of that because I would love to taste it I know that you had limited bags so thank you for squeezing some in please put me in the room for that because I would like to taste that yes and sometimes the thing about the coffee is just to smell it when it's Brewing one of my favorite smells of life is coffee yeah oh yeah it's not necessarily The Taste it's the smell that breaks you up yep especially when my husband makes him self a cup of coffee yesterday selfish he was like Oh I thought you were going to sleep in no I have work to do but he but he did offer he did offer to give me the one and go back downstairs I said no I'll go make it myself then then then who could ask for anything more I know he's all right we'll keep him uh there was a story that I was reading about this this gentleman who was sick of his wife got in the car that's it I'm leaving her I'm out of here yep took her 10 full days to notice he was gone what 10 days 10 days I'm dead serious I saw it in our our stack of stuff today and I was like oh how do you not notice that your person is gone man Le's wife drives across the country takes 10 days for her to even notice a man opened up about his unhappy relationship with his wife obviously don't they don't sleep in the same room I I don't know and they don't have they have meals together this is like a serious situation oh yeah because of his snor ing oh he said he was in an accident then when after the accident he started snoring then something like this is a fullon story apparently you went to social media to share everything of course isn't isn't that what we do that's the only way you get validated that's right I have a personal problem it's embarrassing but here it is listen if you can't share it on social media what's it worth happening for anyway that's right it's not real not on social media it's not real do you have a picture it didn't happen speaking of social media we have an ad out there we're looking for new hosts and um we put an ad in indeed for the first time ever and one of our friends said they had really great success so I I'm you know vetting these people right and I'm checking up on them on social media what's the first thing you do as as uh an employer or anybody that does a little digging there was an s else get about it with Sydney sweee over the weekend where they hired a couple of girls to solve crimes because the girls were like oh LinkedIn Snapchat i f found it on all their social media and had you know 10 crimes solved in five minutes right because that's what women do we dig so we're in there digging on the social media and one I'm like oh my God no it like it was a lot of them were bad looks on social but then I've got one and I'm like where do I know this girl from where do I know I know this girl I've seen this girl she looks a little different she looks a little older must be one of my kids friends MH so I said to my daughter yesterday texted her do you know this name and it took her a full day to get back to me yep and I was like what why she goes why I said well she uh filled out an application and I was just curious did were you friends with her I was not sure she goes oh thank God Mom I thought she died and I didn't want bad news oh gee what she's like an old lady wow my poor daughter is like PTSD she's like an old lady she didn't want to know isn't that an old people thing don't tell me they're dead like that's what my dad calls me for now the death report and how many surgeries he's had oh yeah but you know there's a there's a there's a certain generation where um given things that were going on it still goes on but we're kind of Beyond it um where that would be you know you'd ask your kid hey do you remember so and so and then that that would be the way that would be the way that would be the way no I just wanted to know if they were a good person or not and what did I know them yeah oh yeah that was scary though I it made me pause as a mom and as a person yesterday and I'm like to really reflect on that oh yeah statement on on people going through it out there right now so I apologize if that is your reaction oh yeah we went through a run with with with our daughter Megan where you know there was a lot of hey D so and so and so sit sit down well given this situation around here yes we do have a lot of early deaths we do have a lot of addiction we do have a lot of so alcoholism you like you name it crazy accidents weird happenings I feel like for whatever reason the Cape is drawn to a lot of crazy wild stories right or maybe because we're so close it affects us more I don't know which is the truth there in that space yeah and and and it's weird even as small as we are it's really easy for people to get isolated in their own little world maybe maybe you know you kind of you kind of lose track of them and they lose track of of everybody else it's really strange yeah good morning Crystal good morning Lauren thanks for joining us Dan took till Saturday for us to realize that Mari and L had the same birthday yeah well I put my kids to work everyone was like well those your children of course they're my children they're working right why else would they be in a bar on a Saturday afternoon working because they're your children they're working oh okay not because they're your children listen I was laughing so much because our friend Chris said to my husband oh look at Lily on the dance floor with her mom and Cliff looks over at Chris and goes no Lily demanded she'd be on the dance floor with her oh because she liked all of the songs my kids love all of the tunes and I love that they've got a good musical education I had the most bizarre request this week from a client okay they asked it they they asked me they asked me to take this live track and put it on a cassette and make three copies what a live track of it was a band that was from their colle days oh okay and she wanted to give this as a gift and she said you know in our College days we had cassettes yes we did and I was like okay no we didn't even have cassette y year we had cassette right in college days yeah it was just happening for we had big re to reals as I recall that was my first job in radio I had to do real toore yep and it was a jazz show and I was like oh my God and I still have Cuts permanent scars all over my fingers from cutting tape on real toore and putting it back together and hoping it was going to sound all right it was going to run because there was a block and you take a razor blade and and you'd figure out exactly where you had to cut it and you'd slice it diagonally and you'd cut out the pieces you put them together and then there was this tape that you put on top of it and if you missed uh that was the scariest that was the end I mean that was the end that edit because it was gone that was it and then you'd put it back together again and then you'd cut it again and then be oh God what har you so that I was having this ation when I was teaching somebody Adobe fairly recently and I said see all of those tools used to be actual real tools that's why they're in the shape of the razor blade that's why they're in the shape of these things because those were the physical tools we used to use to edit these things right now it's just a little little icon little button right thank goodness thank culture you cannot marry outside of Thailand oh and so the person that was next in line for succession married an American girl oh and that's it and the king of and the king of Thailand is kind of old isn't he yeah so like this is there's no direct succession line oh that'll be for Thailand so I'm curious to see if they're going to modernize this or not wow if they're going to allow this it's never happened in the history of anything so I'm curious and I love that it was an American girl that did it look GL and singer buddy those American Girls they're can't resist them can you it was awesome so I saw that this morning that was on the news of the day uhuh speaking of news of the day what you got going on over in Sandwich oh my gosh we love our crazy crime here and the sandwi police log is always a great place to farm some stories from oh there is especially since you know that they're locals leave the names out I don't need to know people's actual dirty dirt right well first of all again when you when you read the police logs whether it's sandwich or born or whoever the number of times that they're getting involved in um personal situations Crisis Intervention it's it's up you know and and I don't know if when you decided you wanted to become a poli police officer getting involved in Crisis Intervention was was what you thought you were going to be doing I think a lot of them are though I think a lot of our younger officers are going in knowing full well that they need to make a difference and they need to be kinder and they need to actually listen and assess the whole situation right I feel like they're the younger officers are starting to really address this head on and take a lot more continuing ed classes yeah it's a very D lots of times though can be a very dangerous situation yeah people have lost their ability to deal with anything right you know and then they see a police officers show up and you know they either recognize the authority figure or they totally freak because the cops are there yeah so it's it's it's it's crazy well some of the some of the things that the sandwich Police Department have dealt with recently a homeowner requested police to come and retrieve an item they had found in the snowbank a license plate with a bumper attached oh yeah that could have been a crime I would have called about that the owner is probably going to need that then there is this this poor woman who keeps coming in to explain about or to complain about issues she has with her tenant and they keep telling her it's a civil matter and she keeps coming in it's like week after week this this iteration of the blog twice she came in so I I wish I knew the story behind this unfortunately too we've all been taught that the squeakiest wheel gets greased so you've got the people that keep continuously complaining because they feel like that's the only way something's going to get that's the only way they're going to get what they want right but if she's the land I don't understand if she's the landlord and and she doesn't want her tenant there anymore go to court yeah get a Le lawyer so I think there's some I wish I knew the story there here's another one folks if you get a new phone don't test it by dialing 911 someone dialed 911 I'm just checking to see if this thing's on yeah and and and and when they said hello the president said sorry just learning how to use my new phone don't dial 911 they have to show up exactly you have to show up and then of course there's the oh there's the swan the terrorized rout 6A that's back again oh no stopping traffic and doing all kinds of things so far nobody's been hurt and then there's the man from the Netherlands who's also a resident of Florida and Massachusetts who uh will be summoned to court for unlicensed operation over Mo motor vehicle and speeding because all all of his driver licenses were suspended and he came through the town speeding so that means Netherlands Florida Massachusetts all suspended licenses good job buddy and he was speeding usually if you know that you're driving on a suspended license yeah you're at least a little bit more cautious of your aggressive driving not the sharpest knife from the dra that's awesome rtb what the hell dialing 911 just seeing if it's on I just wanted to see if it worked that's right curious how fast your time is good morning Miss Eva how is pretty woman oh oh here's one more boom work being done in the power lines means lots of calls to the police department about loud noises is the season it's going to start getting worse also when our um Florida population starts infiltrating that'll be soon be next month I think infiltrating I love that word well um Easter is so early this year that at the end of this month and I asked my dad I was talking to him yesterday and I was like you're gonna be home for Easter nah like okay okay miss your dad I'll call you yeah right no well what he said yesterday was the house is nice enough to have you guys come and visit now so what I heard was Florida no I heard was I'd love to take my grandchildren for a week or two is what that's what I heard what you heard well then April vacation buddy you then then I think that your children need to call Grandpa and say hey Grandpa can we to spend some time with you love to see you haven't seen you oh my God my dad will have them clean in toilets and up before the birds they don't want to go they don't want to hang out with them up on the roof fixing some neighbors fixing some neighbors uhuh they'll be fishing for their dinner at 6:00 a.m. they're not down for they do not want to hang out with Grandpa small doses buddy small doses they love you very much but they know where their Bread's going to feel like my 11 to1 yeah right exactly and you're going to be awake anyway I know everybody else is we're doing bunny crafting low stakes arts and crafts we'll just be there doing some fun him and his wife love hiking and I had this great chat with him he said that his wife is one of those people that likes to hike hike uphill both ways she just likes down for Challenge and they they have all these hiking trails that they go to when they're in Ireland uhhuh and we were just talking about the various areas I'll be in Ireland in June um I'm I'm not a city girl when it comes to Ireland though really I've never been it's kind of it's kind of on the list I mean I'm Irish and I should probably get there before definitely do I would go Southern I would I would fly into Shannon and I would fly in in the summer yeah if I were to give you any advice whatsoever that's what I would do all right because we're still trying to figure out what we're gonna do for our 305th the bear oh John when our cat passes away we may leave the country it's got a solid decade left though right oh yeah I hope your cat's not that old Emily I'll leave the mascot with you this show Louise is Saturday Irish Fest over at new seab berry Jim Kylie always puts on a great show Ireland the band is performing and they are insanely good so much entertainment we've got Irish Step dancers we've got um I think it's uh one of the kids teachers Mr rosbach I think is the uh bagpiper he's really good really right so I'm looking forward to that but it is a fundraiser for Dana Farber I saw a fundraiser that kind of went ay and you and I were talking about it off the air it was a high school it was in the midwest yes yes yes where for the high school fundraiser they decided to put peanut butter on people's toes and then have lick the peanut butter off competition this raised $152,000 and then people were upset afterwards oh of course there's a time in a place to be offended I got to be honest when I read about it I was like that is so weird and disgusting I got to read more wait they they raised $152,000 guys get the peanut butter we're we're doing things no I realized that sounded gross sorry that's that's I I and this is just like a regular old high school right like a public high school yes I'll pull up the story right now and no one in the school commity was was offended or or I think you know we all get silly we're all like yeah that sounds like a good idea I think sometimes it takes somebody to step outside of it like the general public right to look at it from an outsider's perspective I mean sometimes when you just roll with it as a group you're like oh that's a great idea that sounds like fun everybody let's do this it sounds disgusting and gross but then absolutely and then uh and then we've just got the one and then there was one and he's so excited he's like Lil I'm moving into your bedroom I'm I don't even know if we're gonna be in this house but I'm gonna take it over I was talking to little Saturday about going to college and everything and where she thinks she's going yeah and and I said um and and you're gonna stay oh of course I'm gonna live there I'm not coming home yeah no she's good oh yeah I think all of us are on the same page too it's really nice when your family decided where to go I think yeah I think so we'll see still there is money out there and we don't know because every parent out there is waiting for their FAFSA determinations which is a horror show anyway the fast just just in principle trying to do it and fill it out as a horor I think it's bad especially now because there's also tax time so I don't know if the government is focused on that or what's going on there but every single high school senior right now is still waiting on the government to determine how much money they're going to get they have a number and you can kind of figure it out but it's still not accurate as far as what you're getting for financial aid I think at the end of this month they said we might know but it's so late this year so it really is jamming up the works of decision making as far as where people are going to be going to school super issue good morning Miss Julie don't forget an extra suitcase for me in Savannah to sneak in a you got to work Miss and the money you get is not official until it's official right even if you figure it out and you think well that's what I'm going to get wait till you get that letter yeah the real fees you no wait till you get the bill that's when McKenzie was at Penn State I was like wait a minute we did not discuss all of this like it was the wait a minute fee and then this fee and you forgot that fee and then oh that doesn't even include housing right right oh you can hear all the time the tuition for example in state schools tuition at State schools yes it is very low but then when you're factoring everything else it's all of a sudden see this really ain't cheap anymore no so definitely dig in I know that a couple of I know something more with Chris Boyd has definitely had a podcast with cozy Whitman she is a College Planning specialist so if you've got kids of a certain age and you're trying to figure out what you're going to do when you're going to do it usually start 8th 9th 10th grade is really when the process begins she is awesome and she's such a great interview and she so many little nuggets that I found super helpful this year and um it was a really good one so look for her name cozy Whitman um she is the leading specialist when it comes to College Planning and if you're just starting out and you're saving for your children's College you can't save enough not possible it's not possible it just isn't I mean it might pay for a semester and a half yeah on you know that unless you unless you make some crazy investment and get really really lucky if you think that you just had a child at 18 years from now you're gonna have enough to pay for college you're not I'm sorry yeah expensive could be a house down payment with what they pay for college you could buy a house with what most people are paying for college especially if you're going for a specific profession well some of the colleges I mean I don't know like Boston College and you and Providence are now Ian but they're 50 60 Grand yeah just just you know and then you've got just all the enil silary is that the word anciliary expenses that's 200 Grand that's a hell of a down payment for a house yep yes it is so that that is what the world is weighing at this point so the college system is definitely a little a little broken at this moment in time they're working on making some fixes and I know fores is doing a really good job at making some really good offers students and I hear there's going to be even more more in the way of tuition assistance coming so you got a plan for it and figure out what exactly you want out of things which is scary can you imagine dumping all of if you wanted to be the person you are at 18 years old it's especially this day and age almost impossible we live too long for that now yeah we do thank God we do I know people aren't grown up in until like at least 30 oh yeah they're not getting married till 27 or 28 you're not having children till not there's anything wrong with any of this trust me no I mean I think too many people get married too early and and then you realize oh that was fun but no not for the long term I I very much enjoyed a text message from my starter husband uh that I had over here and uh not my problem not my monkey not my circus somebody else's now good luck to you still single still has no children no there that Apple did not uh but it was fun for a few years was it oh okay never mind never mind I'm trying to put kind of pig or something thank you for for putting a positive spin on it it's not happening trying to make you feel good about your decision that was not a good decision try trying to we got a great kid out of it that's all yes we'll leave it at that yes and she's a sweetheart i' i' I've I've met her she's very very nice I saw and how is she doing by the way she's doing really well she finally found someone to live with a little bit nervous for her moms and dads of kids that have already gone through college and they're starting their life little bit scary proposition when you're like I think I might have found my new roommate on Craigslist it it gives you a little pause Craigslist and you have to let them live their lives and you have to let them make their mistakes but yes I do get very nervous right and she's in San Diego right yeah okay well you can't go wrong in San Diego well the weather is nice yes snowing like the end of the world in Northern California right not where they are at this moment in time so the weather is nice no the produce is cheap and she could live under a rock if she really wanted to that's right that's right the snow up there through the through the Doner pass and and in trucky when when we haven't gone in a little while but when we would go out to Reno Tahoe um I worked out there and then Mari and I would go out there for vacation um but the but the Doner pass where all those um eight people 18 wheelers are are are snowed in and and trucky that's that's incredible the Doner passes Mari hated to when when we would drive from um Reno uh to Lake Taho sometimes we would go through the Doner pass and it's just up and up and up and up and up and you get to the highest point and it's like I don't know 10,000 feet up or something and and she'd be ready to throw up and then you'd go down imagine being a Pioneer dealing with that oh wait there's a story about that Google it and the weather forecast would be you know if you're if you're heading you know up into the mountains or or or whatever it is uh put the chains on your tires that would be part of the weather forecast put your CH put the chains on your tires well we don't live in that or you're not going to get back um some of the detractions for me ever visiting Alaska and then watching the latest True Detective oh all of that all all of that whole situation just a little bit scary very good show though okay I also started on what can only be described as a train wreck third season of high toown is available what is that I I it's a show that's supposed to be based based on Cap Cod oh really but it's not okay but it is but and it made right but it made me laugh because there's a strip club in there called Xavier and it's very close to Zachary's constantly a theme in the story but it's yeah it's it's a whole lot I fell asleep to that so I felt like I was doing all kinds of craziness in my dreams tavier is my confirmation name but oh this is definitely not a place you were confirmed in I don't I don't think so we had we had we had new neighbors come when when when we lived in in in Canterbury and they had a um a couple young teenage boys and of course when you went by zachar at certain times of the year they had that deal on lobsters and we were chatting one time with them true one time with them and they'd say hey that place where they got the deal on lobsters is a food good dish and we take the boys there and we said to them your boys they're gonna love it I mean what else can you say right and then we had to finally admit to them that it was the what was it the the cape cot entertainment center it's a m B that's what we refer to no no no no no but if but if you use the charge card the story was it came up as Cap Cod Cape Cod Convention Center OH arts and entertainment center or something yeah something you know so that so that you could you could you know or The Telltale sign of a wallet full of $2 bills right on the good old days of Cape Cod yes great fun stories Christopher suterland does a lot of Cap Cod in his books and his podcast and uh he's he's a good friend of ours here on the station but um he he definitely go check out his works if you want to know the underbelly if you want to know the originals if you want to know what the landscape of capod looked like when it first started uh being a vacation destination if you will there's some craziness that definitely occurred on this Sandbar so I I can imagine yeah right can imagine because it wasn't especially developed and you could just get off on your own yep there was a lot of stuff rtb said so bad hash high tide that's a perfect explanation but once again it is a trade wreck that I can't unsee and I keep going back to it and what's it on what's it on Hulu or um I watch it on Amazon Prime oh all right I do have but I think it's like Showtime or something like that it used to be on one of those Showtime cinemax's whatever but it's on pre Amazon Prime I think now okay good to know I know well my girlfriend Mary that I saw last night at trivia she was like oh it's back it's already on episode seven I'm gonna text you so you remember to watch it and I'm like oh all right yes it's back and then I remembered in the first episode and a half this is awful why why am I here again but I was there for it and how do you have time to watch all this stuff I don't I watch it late late at night when I should be sleeping okay all of my sleeping hours are up watching very bad shows but it gives you content for the next day 100 I have to get it in somewhere Hank right it's called research for the show that's it we're always doing it the technical term is show prep that's it yep Oh my God Mark I can't repeat that I'm glad you're still did you see that no so he beat his 4x4 time or whatever it was he did from when he was 25 or something like that good on you buddy right right I don't know what you're out there breaking records for but good on you yeah and did you see and did you see that he has resigned himself to the fact that jezelle probably had a relationship oh she 100% was dating them with her jiujitsu instructor before okay they ever got divorced absolutely so he must be kicking himself in the butt now saying why did I turn myself inside out and backwards for this woman if she was already cheating on me did he was was aggressive uh but when you just break it down to the facts this sounds ridiculous it does you're right she she must have been like aggressive aggressive for a long time and I mean otherwise I is or isn't so sweet right I mean there there's a certain element of watching a train wreck you know that the host mon absolutely you know to see and and but but but they still do the same things it it doesn't matter who the host is they they single up people in the crowd and and they say things I don't know that Will Smith slap really gave for us that one year or so you just never know what's going to happen we had the Ellen breaking the internet will SM smash now what's gonna happen I don't know we'll have to stay tuned maybe something will be conversation worthy for the week who knows I mean Chris Rock I guess has refused to go back to the Oscars I guess he's been asked and he's good and he said he said no he's busy honestly the man's got plenty of money he's living his best single guy life right now he's good he doesn't need to be there for sport of he only needs to be there for statements Bring Back Billy Crystal although I think he's too old now God bless him way too old we the first time Baron Holtz right and and for the first time they invited on the Celebrity Jeopardy champion oh good he won last night they're good he kicked ass there was like two other celebrities that were kind of annoyed they wanted to just go the regular Jeopardy route they didn't want to deal with like the Celebrity Jeopardy they wanted to like let's play right he was really good so he's moving on to like I don't know the quarter or the semi-finals or just never know or something he's a smart son of a a little obnoxious yeah and he's a wicked goofball too yeah if you see none of his roles he's ever played anybody that serious he's always a goof right yeah okay yeah that I I kind of get that yeah I mean he W and he was like standing there going what the hell that's awesome how did I do this I like it because he even said some of his um Ken Jennings asked him you know what was the response to when you won and everything else and he said most of my friends said said to me I thought you were dumb well most of his roles on television and movies don't really Flex his uh right his brain power ik yeah yeah exactly um all right well we're we're gonna go any last parting words for anybody for the day no just uh vote please oh yeah get out and vote do your duty I do a really bad job of the census every year and I always forget to send it in oh so then you go to vote and they
