what saraphina and I were at a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book I really suck at book club I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual I just had a visual I had a proud of it hold on together at last hey hey boys and girls hey pal how are you oh surviving that's good that's good we worry about you barely oh no I've just had the crud I feel like just one thing after the next after the next I'm fine I'm I'm healthy right now today that's okay that's good it's nothing like deathly or anything like that I feel like I just keep poisoning my myself that's the dumpster outside how you get it gone throw it out I'm having a purge yes she is I pulled up this morning and there was no room to park there's a dumpster out there and when I say I'm having a purge my husband's having a purge oh okay there weren't any children in the dumpster though no no no they're still around yeah there's only two of them left so it's fine it's fine everything's fine there's enough room for them oh God they're driving me crazy but it's all good stuff it's spring that was a very cute photo you put up of the two of them getting along right not that they don't get along folks I don't want you to think that they squabble a lot because I don't think they do but when you catch your children getting along in the act when they're not noticing that you're watching them yeah and they're actually liking each other as people it's a very nice moment especially in their teenage years when usually they're at each other's throats or not talking to each other but I love that they really do love each other and they really do get along for the most part it was a really cute a really cute little thing yeah and Lily's face when she realized I was filming and then I caught the moment on camera then it immediately went back to sour face right mother as teenagers do um oh good morning rtb get out the Crayons I'm fine everything's fine hey rtb how are you buddy oh God we've got a lot to catch up on even though it's only been a week since we've seen each other I know it's been a long week I don't know why yeah I don't I feel like everybody else is in that space like Facebook went down the world went down then the conspiracy theorists started coming out I saw in my friends group especially with um my medium friends yep I've been predicting this for a long time March has been this this this this it's the enlightenment apparently the technology just fits up that's all it's gonna happen we've got our solar eclipse coming up in April I know that's going to be cool I'm very excited to see it we're supposed to be able to see it yes although I feel like something always happens when we're supposed to have these great events it's usually cloudy or rain with Mother Nature yeah yeah it's usually we and all of a sudden decides we're New England and you're not going to see anything right because you would think oh cloud coverage K Cod is cool we're gonna go down to the beach and we're gonna have Cape Cloud you know Y no so where is it just like fireworks in the Fourth of July where where light them off anyway right light them off into the clouds that's right you paid for them for crying out loud surprised people in family on complaining about that oh let's not even rile up that storm today shall we occasionally I peek at the fil of toy Pages the solar eclipse is April 8th you okay rtb says he knows people taking work off for it really I mean it's kind of cool and if I did like a regular 9 to5 I might take the afternoon off right like why the heck not I'm sure you've got time there won't be another one until like I don't know 2,700 something around so not when in our lifetime so right now our lifetime yes roll the dice wait a minute I'm planning listen Methuselah how long do you plan on living as long as I can we lost a a a great a musical great yesterday Eric Carman past I know it 74 yep CU throw on when you need a bathroom break s bathroom I can have a sandwich smoke break get get back in I can call home and check on the kids and oh you can do an awful lot in seven minutes you learn the old Radio Days what what can you do in the seven minute song period That's a ton of time really it is it is and I my husband calls me an idiot savant he goes just give Stephanie anything exactly time out a minute she's like so perfect knows a minute to the back of her hand a minute actually is a long amount of time it is if you don't panic right yeah if you think oh my god I've got to fill up a minute it's it's over you can't think like that no you can get a lot of stuff done where are my working moms at shout out to all of my working moms it's working mom's day I had a perfect working mom's day day yesterday you did yeah our office fabulous uh Emily working mom you know she comes in here and it's like 14 trips in here because I do not miss having a baby to Lug around it's the baby and Savannah is fabulous she came in her cute little lemons outfit yesterday oh that's she was absolutely adorable like even the toes had cute little lemon Springs on them um but you know it's the pack and play It's the this it's a this you're a sherpa for a solid year of your life and she had had to stop at urgy care before she got here and the the poor thing is a hot I was like you did not have to come in today right it's okay we'll be here tomorrow I know but she she wanted to come in a so that I could see Savannah's cute outfit okay you are the lemon lady and and be to get some hours in because she needed to work and uh just be around humans that were not just the baby right which also does happen in life where you just need to so salute you working moms in whatever fashion in which you're working in thank you very much for what you do some sometimes moms do get stuck with just children and they need adult not human they need adult conversation yes 100% yeah I lost my mind I brought McKenzie into work with me luckily I was at a radio station that was like oh yeah we'll give you stuff to do so I just take her up I took her up in helicopters when I was traffic reporting in Myrtle Beach really all of a sudden she belted out a scream and all your listeners are thinking oh my God she's going down what is she doing to that baby in a helicopter helicopter's going down the child is screaming Stephanie the true professional still doing the report I'll clear on 501 back to you Wally B thanks Stephanie literally and that's just when radio was live live there was nothing you could do about it it just was those were the good old days yeah well a lot of other stuff happened and uh I I just I enjoyed it really it was the good old days as we are right uh speaking of good old days let's just talk about the Oscars let's just rewind to Sunday night if you didn't watch it I don't think you really missed much no I don't either as far as Pop Culture moments I did in fact enjoy the show I thought it ran pretty well Jimmy Kimmel's regular Jimmy Kimmel self he didn't really irritate me he's not a Ricky Jes no he's not Johnny Carson he's not he's not funny I think he tries to be funny and he's he's not I got a couple of Chuckles when he actually did read what the former president was tweeting right and then he immediately answered it while it was happening that's kind of funny you had a moment um but uh there was a moment where Emma Stone called him a a not nice word with a p MH um there were moments where people just kind of looked at him like what I I don't get it right it was fine he kept the flow of the show he didn't really irritate me one way or another John Cena had his nude moment thank you for sharing that John Cena and he was partially dressed you knew there was something under there you wasn't flaunting around with nothing from what Mari tells me from the pictures she she saw there is there was something very tiny endies something uh no oh strings should go find the picture I understand it's impressive something holding the chicken nugget together I don't know what's happening down there either way uh that moment was quite funny it did give me a good chuckle Billy ish being the youngest her and her brother the youngest people to have two Awards which is pretty amazing that was like the only Barbie win that was such a snub right the academy really gave the middle finger to Barbie Well Academy is a little more serious I'm shocked that Oppenheimer actually won because usually not a big box office hit wins right it's usually the artistic flare yeah yeah it was hard to ignore Oppenheimer though because of it you know because of everything you know I saw poor things I really enjoyed it it's a lot by the way just warning you it's definitely not a family movie oh okay did you see any of the premise of the movie kind of I'm kind of familiar with it so it's kind of like a um a Frankenstein situation where she kills herself but the the guy re reignites puts her back to life using her brain of the baby that she was gestating right so she's like a toddler in a grown-up's body yeah and then growing up learning all the stuff she knows with this mechanical body I really did very much enjoy it Mark Ruffalo is fantastic in it I thought it was really really put together and they won a lot and they definitely should have won for costume design because it was really good but uh the The Talk of the Town was Pacino and did he screw up no he didn't I don't I think that was very calculated oh it was it was they they meant for that to happen but the it's almost like that Swifty mentality good morning we recorded it so we're going to watch it later but definitely heard about a few moments oh you still haven't even watched it yet oh sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I don't want to ruin it for you it is Tuesday you know Lynn says x-rated it yeah it is there's a lot to be seen in that one and the babysitter comment was funny um so I don't I feel like there is so many levels or layers that people are trying to give this moment I personally my take I appreciated it just tell us the winner so we can all go home here right right and and I think that was the the idea behind it what the what the producers are saying is you know who the nominees are we've talked about them all through the show right no one has to come out and go and here are the nominees for you know who they are did anybody catch dairo and the audience giving him a little dirty look no he like they panned to dairo and he looked almost painfully oh it was a weird face really and he did throw the Kimmel did throw out a funny oh he got a babysitter tonight I appreciate it because both him and dairo both have newborn babies yes they do we've discussed yes um and so they panted dairo though and he looked dairo looked annoyed like annoyed that this human is going to be the one taking the show out of here right how dare you even be in the room so they did this whole Godfather thing which was kind of thrown some shade in the Barbie movie yep which is why I think that they chose him specifically it was everyone's big the academy is giving a big middle finger to Barbie right and then everybody moves on and they moved on was it a senior moment I don't think it was a senior moment I think he was just like I don't care this is the winner let's go show over bye get out of here I've had enough I want to get to the Afterparty actually I want to go home and go to bed yeah right so yeah definitely rewatch it and look at it because I think it was great the music in it was great and it was all the Barbie songs which made me laugh I texted RTV afterwards I was like funny Barbie wins like barely anything and then all of a sudden all of the music is being played throughout the whole thing right it's Barbie music no thank you for all that great music you're acting though even though Ryan Gosling was fabulous he really was and performed the Barbie I'm just Ken which was fabulous that was good I that was good so all in all an okay show I loved that it was earlier yes I had a moment where I met with uh the Falmouth chamber and I was talking to Mora and she was she she termed it as the olds she goes the olds don't know how to use the internet and I laughed and I said I really enjoy that I'm going to refer to everything as the olds the olds so the olds over here really enjoyed going to bed an hour earlier so that I could make out for that lack of sleep that I missed right right I've definitely been feeling that hour loss oh yeah I'm a mess well and especially since we're plunged Back to Darkness in the morning if fellow morning people out there not loving being having that morning hour ripped away from us I like waking up with the birds it was a moment where you felt like you're supposed to be up right yeah it's a little it's a little rough when you first get up when you get up like early like we do right it's dark it's dark stinks yep y we'll get it back soon and it's going to be later later longer and I apologize also to those working moms who cannot explain to a baby why we have an hour change right yes or little kids that don't care it's still light out I'm not going to beds right on um uh what do I Channel 4 in Boston one of the um um news people on in the morning um just had a just had a baby and always having babies the baby got one hour sleep and she she came in and she was on and and she was like don't talk to me I love them I love that they're sharing that though oh yeah oh yeah I think it's important to see that you know it's I'm I'm functioning yeah and functioning don't R it in and Jason Michael who's who's the worldly guy he he came on they were all standing there chatting and he said I came in and I said good morning Brianna and he said she just and he made this look he said that's all she said to me and he said I just me absolutely yep that is your best bet gentlemen Partners people out there if you see your partner your spouse that person that living one that stayed up all night just walk away right right or ask yourself why didn't I get up help where were you were where were you see see that's what I was thinking about Banna pittz she's got to get up at 2 because they've got to start they started like four I know she has a husband it was a work day for her where was her husband and maybe he's also got a high-profile job too that they take I'm not sure I'm not sure who her husband is let do a little research on I know well cliff and I used to take turns it was like oh it's your turn it's your turn to have your life up turn today right your day who's got more stuff going on that day is usually how it ended up being like I got this stuff this stuff this stuff right and then it started being the comparing mhm we had a moment like that yesterday and we don't even have any babies anymore I was absolutely a bitter bee because he got to sleep in and I had to be up and he had a leisurely morning came downstairs around 9:30 hi why are you in a bad mood and I'm the troll in the basement over here that just gave him the meanest nastiest look I'm like seriously and that really continued throughout the day so thank you to everybody that came out for trivia last night we had a packed house because there was another trivia in town shut down oh well g goala ain't that too I know I saw the three teams and I'm like what's up defectors I know you are right I know where you go hi Miss Megan and good morning Diana oh my God Diana got one over on cliff last night real good really my husband gets sidetracked it's easy to do but he's gets deep deeply riddled with ADHD and he cannot he has trouble finishing tasks so I'm like here babe go get the pens MH and then he's off he's distracted he's talking to someone leaves a bag on somebody else's table so Diana puts her leftovers inside the bag really and then just watches him take it back and she walks back over and she's like Cliff why'd you take my leftovers and he's like I don't take your leftovers she's like hm goes over to the bag takes it out and then I see all what's going on I'm like what is wrong with you why are you stealing people's food yeah and you even slept late this morning what's your excuse oh I was it was just it fed right into our day so thank you for that laugh Diana definitely made I thought it was real until I was leaving and Wendy told me it wasn't real oh and they ruined it for you and they did oh my God Megan I never got any sleep anyways I always let my husband sleep in and then I was hateful about it yeah I don't know why we get like that but we we get hateful about it real easily I don't mean to be right just happened it just is and yes thank you very much for a good laugh I really appreciated that so you uh you brought up uh speaking of olds yes what the hell is happening with the Patriots I'm glad they're making changes and and and and bringing back people from they've they've signed jacobe brassette who the Patriots drafted you've heard him before yeah you've heard of him before he backed up Tom backed up Tom Brady for a couple years and then he moved on he's been a very serviceable quarterback for a number of teams is that what we need no and what's interesting is people are talking about okay you don't like the way bich did things you don't like the way belich handled players why are you resigning everyone belich signed I don't get it I mean jacobe Brett I mean the the the talk is oh you know he's a veteran and you can bring in a young guy and he can mentor him or he can play everybody on your when you made that comment that's what they had to say about it he's a good Mentor he's going to help get whoever it is ready for it he knows the system he's a good reputation he's a nice guy he's well he's well thought of does that win games no oh and if we're trying to make a clean break then why are we I I'm G find a new sport it doesn't make any sense it it just the whole thing doesn't make any sense I still believe that when B decided to leave particularly looking at how that press conference played out he had a quiet understanding with some team and craft knew it and belich knew it because they were talking like he had a place to go and then it didn't happen and I don't know what team it was I'm thinking it might be the Dallas Cowboys because they were on the verge of firing their coach I don't know who it was but there had to have been an understanding there well he wouldn't have left Jackie says who cares we care I used to love the Patriots now I can barely watch them all right but now it's apparently Kumbaya time in Foxboro whatever we're all going to sit around and cooperate and all get along until somebody has to make the tough decision and they'll go where's belich bill would have decided this not giving a damn yeah it's a it's a different speed I'll take a little Kumbaya every once in a while we need a time of Peace I'll take it I'll take I need some relaxing as long as it wins us some flipping games right apparently that's the new that's what in and out out is the CrossFit and in is the low impact right so maybe this is what we're just going to low impact our Patriots they're all gonna die in there folks folks it's G to be a long summer and it's G to be a long fall I'm sorry I'm okay I'll take a long summer I'm over this cold I feel like it looked beautiful and then you walk outside yesterday and you're like why is it still very much winter yeah but the Sun was shining but the Sun's shining so I'll take it right I'm happy I fine everything's fine um this is why people move to warmer climates don't even get me started I had speaking to the olds had a conversation with my dad and it kept getting really tinny yesterday oh really and I was like what's going on with the phone oh it's my Heron a like when did that happen when did that happen the poor guy I love you Dad but you did make me laugh threw me off guard he's reached that point in life where um it is all about my doctor's appointments my next doctor's appointment my new doctor my other doctor retired and um the Florida house right so it happens and it kep it crept up on me real quickly yep yep and all of a sudden you realize you're doing it and you go oh God no it it has happened but his wife is still very much Young good she's still in the workforce she's still up here so she's up here he's down there yeah that's a good arrangement well I mean gu she's not retired so getting I know right she she went down and visited okay it works for them right I could do separate houses although he's got the new CPAP thing and I'm actually sleeping full night nights now oh really nice and quiet no snoring in my ear get the the mess thing yeah it's real nice good quiet sleeps and then once the mask is on I know he's going to leave me alone it's great good night up he's got the mask on off the hook tonight good night get out of here I don't have to Elbow you away listen it's just the small little things Joy No save it no never mind nope nope not gonna make that segue not gonna make that segue yes good stuff we saw some new bills trying to be introduced I think are ridiculous yes well well one is they are attempting in Massachusetts um to give servers minimum wage I'm okay with that and they can still be tipped I think that that's okay but of course the um restaurant people people are saying well it's got to made you know higher prices and yada yada y the prices are already exorbitant well the minimum wage is 16 something servers the minimum wage for server is six something I mean that's a little out of whack I mean maybe has been for a long time maybe if you want to say okay if you're going to get tipped it can be three qus of the minimum wage or or whatever but six when I first started waitressing it was less than $2 yes I'm sure it was oh yeah me it's ridiculous and I'm not that old okay it's not great you know and this and this assumption that we've made for years and years and years that servers can live on their tips you know it doesn't always work that way if you're not working in a good place if you don't have you know a good chef and an efficient kitchen and and and all of that the server is the one that takes to hit you know what I I kind of like the way they do it where my brother is um he's in Manhattan I know it's expensive right you're going to pay 20 bucks to go out for one drink regardless but I think it was 2250 at the Starbucks the Starbucks Roastery makes the best espresso Martini really 2250 which makes you not have as many makes you linger with the 2250 but there's no tipping that includes the tip right and so your bartender is wonderful they spend a lot of time with you they Bop and and they're helpful to each other you watch them oh you got this I got that it's a Cooperative nature because you're not fighting for tips right or attention of people it's more Cooperative back there so I I what I saw from my personal experience was it was good for them and in Europe you don't you no that's a whole different thing I think everybody here knows I saw a situation unfold before me at one of my gigs last week where a server was very upset it was a bill that was like 280 bucks and they got tipped $12 on this tip and it was they were very visibly upset $12 so you have to compensate for those situations where you get 12 from I mean I'm trying to think what's the formula there that makes you say 12 that's probably what they had left in their bank account or what they felt like that emed for their service and I know this server is good 10% would be like 20 bucks yeah so not even like we're only going to tip 10% but you have to make up for the people that are bad tippers my mother is a notorious bad Tipper to the point where I won't even dine with her anymore I hide money under the plate even my kids know they're like Mom and then I'll see Lily put money underneath a thing because she knows like it's embarrassing right but there are people that just will not tip yeah because they feel like it's unwarranted or it doesn't matter and I'm just going to leave here and never see this person again and you w want to know why folks when things ramped up after covid so many people didn't go back to the restaurant businesses service and that's why they were like I'm gonna put up with this crap anymore right it was the Starbucks Roastery in Chelsea is what it was 2250 for an espresso martini and it's a a small one it's not even a deep one you don't even get the ice it's a small one it's delicious though it's like chef's kiss deliciousness uh Diana minimum wage has gone up but as people who have salaries are almost making the minimum wage needs to increase the cost of living and Diana disagrees just because the food on the menu is expensive doesn't mean that the waitress did extra work that's that's fair oh yeah but they still but but I guess the point is you can't take it out on the server if the food isn't you know isn't right or what you expected or or or or anything they're my husband tips the same on takeout and I get irritated with him I'm like you don't they they packed it up it's fine I'll let him cuz that's what makes him feel good right I'm not telling him no and plus anyone who has ever worked in service I feel like it's a prerequisite you know how in Israel they make you serve in the military I feel like you should do an amount of service of any sort work in a job that is just thankless and no one cares about you and people just make demands and Chop Chop I had I I visibly saw some snap at a waitress last week and I was like oh my God it made me so upset I had to look away wow but I feel like you need to do some time in service to really appreciate what happens in a restaurant to make your experience as good as it is yeah I mean it's work it really it really takes time there's a there's a story on the and of course I've lost it now the um sandwich Police Department depart that fits right in with this they they got a call because they there was a customer who kept getting up and going into the kitchen and and saying things to the kitchen and they and the restaurant called and they said you know this person is you know we think they're a little drunk they're coming into the kitchen or or whatever oh here it is a call was received from an intoxicated meil making employees and patrons of the business uncomfortable he repeatedly entered the kitchen of the restaurant and making comments that made employees feel easy it's so weird the guy was not intoxicated no he's just a jerk yeah that's even worse like sir do not come here ever again like when your photos on the window of the restaurant and which you're at yeah he was told not to come back don't come here we had a we had a my father I had a customer at his at his restaurant they were very good customers um I'll tell you off the air because you know the business that they had in downtown edoro and every time she'd come in the restaurant she'd go back into the kitchen to find out what was being made why and that's so weird I know is that a days of your thing where you're like what's happening in the kitchen what's cooking in the kitchen right were you friends with someone back there at one time where you felt the need to no this was an older you know I mean someone who owned a business buiness in downtown adbor and and so weird and just you know probably at the time in their 50s I guess I don't know I mean you can judge how it looks back there as to if you want to dine there or not but it's not like I'm gonna go back pushing my way back in there looking but here's the thing though they were regulars it wasn't like her first time there so maybe she felt so comfortable that she felt like she could just walk right in we'll go with that listen it's not your katchen oh I love that Leslie I actually measure purchases in tail drink prices I'd pay one martini for that I love that I'd pay one martini for that I like that very very much Mar said I tip 25 to 30% servers have to deal with the public and the chefs it's so true yes oh Chef chefs are no prize either well also they're a little bit bitter back there because they're not getting tips and that is the reason why they're changing the system Y in certain places to see if it works to make sure that everybody is getting paid the same amount it does increase your ability to work together as a team I guess yeah but but but chefs have a salary that they can count on and and they most do most do and they've know they know they've got a steady paycheck from week to week the serers that you know if you don't have a good week how am I going to pay you know the grocery build yeah and usually most good restaurant owners will help them oh yeah alleviate that that swing right especially on an off week but we've been having a lot of off weeks apparently yeah and you can tell the good restaurants when you go in and the servers have been the servers there like as far back as you can remember you know okay this is a good place right yep yeah well I mean keeping staff is just really difficult I know yesterday I had blocked off my entire morning to do interviews uhhuh does that disaster oh yeah absolute disaster what happened um three people canceled within 10 minutes of their appointment and two just didn't show up how can you do that I don't know I think that that is the way of the world right now I think everyone is either I felt like people are looking just to keep their unemployment like oh I went on this job interview oh I went on this I checked a box I did this I tried MH or it's I I don't know I I feel like it's just a different space in the hiring landscape just curious if anybody else out there is struggling we do have a great staff here I would love to grow it right that's bottom line we do like our staff members are fabulous I love this all female besides Hank situation the token old guy hey HKS been grandfather in yes grandfather in good word no we have workings for you as we just got our nonprofit which I'm very very excited about and it's called lemonade and uh we're going to be doing some amazing things within our community and I'm really excited for it I have a conference in framing him on Thursday Hank with the other Farmers Market people I'm going to Market I'm going to Market class you're wearing your jeans and your kickers I'm really really excited for this new level sustainability that we're jumping into this is going to be good step I I'm pretty pumped about it uh well you did not know that Mash p is a food desert that's what it's been dubbed a food desert we have one very small farm and that's it Sprout Farm is fabulous don't get me wrong they're wonderful I offered them representation at our Market please remind people that you're here because you're in a cute little corner of mash P but we really don't have any Farms we've got aquaculture not agriculture so we're really really excited to bring some new foods and um some sustainability to our our little town right now still number one for the best small towns in America wow that's exciting wow I know our little mashby guys go go right and if you've not voted get in there and vote Yes I know that the uh Cape Cod Times has got their best ofs out there right now MH and uh right now is the nomination thank you for the nomination the nominations absolutely Mar sener plus today real estate so 40 we say yes I'm going later today they make it not so bad like I can walk in once I'm there I'm fine it's just getting there has been the process for me but once I'm there fine and uh of course you morning Lauren thank you so much yep oh my God don't even get me started on the pool tipping Gloria I can't even stand it no no what oh Mrs Kravitz pool tipping pool tipping when you're working in a restaurant and all of the tips go into the bucket oh because inevitably there's going to be the waitress that is all tore up from the floor up and does not do her job and coasts and gets the same amount of money that the people that hustle right that's why I learned and teaching to never do group projects you know lots of times you know at the end of the semester you know it's going to be a group project and we going to put all it's there's always a problem because of that kind of thing I see and I'm the opposite I liked pushing the group projects because because I like to see how they were going to handle it and how they were going to you could always tell the person that coasted on that or the person that lifted the other ones I'm always hoping for someone to be lifted in that group to step up and show their their better selves doesn't always happen but sometimes it does and you are amazed yeah it just it it just became a headache yeah it just wasn't it just wasn't worth it it's kind of the team mentality I know my son always has that does a really good job over at mashby high to get them to all all for one like we're in this together if you didn't do your homework and you didn't show up for something we're all running so they all check in with each other for accountability which I think is really important that's great and you just have to be on them to remind them of that and oh Lauren saying hello to tap tastings I've got your stickers and surprise prize machine oh say a surprise prize machine I want a surprise prize machine okay so yeah there it there are two schools of thought either one if it works in your place then it works in your place who the hell are we to tell you I just don't like laws on the books telling me I can't do something like what they're doing in Denver right now apparently they're trying to pass a law that children may only have milk or water with their meals and it bothers me that you there's a law on the or you're trying to get aw law on the books for that see this is why if we're out for a special treat my kids want an apple juice you're GNA have it right if my kid wants to have a soda because this is a special day then okay is it the everyday thing I mean I guess it's you got to do it to the lower level not everybody knows to say no to that all of the time I guess but it's Al it's nobody's business there were certain things that are just nobody's business and really bothers me and that's and that and that's got to be one same thing with Tik Tok boys and girls all this stuff you're gonna ban Tik Tok and everything else I love Tik Tok and and and all these I'm sorry all these politicians Grand standing on they're gonna they're gonna stand up to China we're gonna ban t no you're not I like watching it because I feel like it's the new YouTube it cuts through all the crap like YouTube you find the video that you want to learn something at right where YouTube it's like just get it show it to me in a minute let me see if I can do it right right and the and the I mean I learned much and the number of small businesses that that use you know Tik Tok and and and YouTube as their as their source of advertising you just can't you just can't yeah but I I don't need the other make your Instagram better with a this I'm like why am I on these marketing things leave me alone oh I just wanted to learn how to clean my pans better what happened to those videos right I needed that kitchen tip where is that one those are the ones I like the other thing that we get being in the in the real estate businesses is everybody thinks they're a coach now they had a good year last year so they're going to share their five tips if you pay no go away I do get swayed by a good list it is a great marketing tool to give you four things or seven things or 11 things and I'm like oh my God I could fix my life in 10 steps why am I not doing that I know it's not real but I'm a sucker for a good list right I don't know why oh okay does anybody else help does that help them I really do I I did for National Women's Day have this list of stuff that I really do read often for a courageous woman and I have to remind myself because you always have that self-doubting talk you always have that impostor syndrome thing that you have in your head and you have to have a nice good list right to tell yourself why you're not those things I'm good enough I'm smart enough listen I'm not steuart smelling in the mirror or anything like that but I am definitely reminding myself listen this is a bad moment not a bad idea so just take that moment and a deep breath and take another step forward right it's not a bad it's just you didn't have a good day that's all go to sleep love me some lists Hank I do again oh I got you know you know I'm the king of list if you listen to lunch break from 12:00 to 2 on Monday through Friday here on Lemon Ado I always have have lists of things it's good it's a good thing to follow now if I could only find my list that would be good right my my list yesterday was how to get yourself motivated in the morning how to wake up yeah you know do things and some of them were kind of some of them were kind of obvious some of them kind of weren't um but you know one of the things that I thought was interesting on the list was was essentially caffeine is your friend just use it appropriately yeah you know four five six cups of coffee a day is okay as long as you kind of space it out and and one of those things this is oh wait for a sudden wait no wait five minutes cuz now it's bad yeah and no it's good it's bad it's good how the hell are we still living I don't even know because all these great tips that we've got for life oh I know I know it's just we somehow all managed to survive even though we do all these things well look at poor Kate Middleton who had a stomach thing it's just they're being very the British shocking royal family is being KY about the situation at at just tell us what's wrong with you and we'll leave alone it's like a dog with a small bit of a snack that wants more and knows that you're eating a full prime rib up there I know you got the whole thing up there give me a little more than this little nibble right so so those of you who understand these things better than I what what possible procedure could she have had done as a woman that would knock her out of the box this this long I don't know I mean hysterctomy you know I mean what what does it even matter you've had three children you're good those things were well used get them gone if that's what the thing is maybe they just don't want to worry the public right but then the poor thing puts out a photo that she photoshopped that did a poor job at it and everyone's like now they're photoshopping photos they must be something really wrong with her you know can't she just get in the car and drive somewhere she can't and honestly I feel really bad for that situation think about if you lived your life under a complete microscope and any little Wrong Turn You made was Amplified to an 11th degree how would you be okay I don't think I'd be okay no no go to church some Sunday morning and and let people see you walking to church and leaving church and and wave I mean they do they do that every Sunday yeah but otherwise they feel the need to like live in in their little bubble because it's safer there right because of stupid stuff like this right the poor girl releases a nice mother moment and you're everyone's worried about the Photoshop what's really happening with and they just had Mother's Day in in Britain right doesn't doesn't line up hours yeah yeah that's why I was like why is she getting her Mother's Day photo already oh UK Mother's because she lefted a husband in Arizona yeah who apparently was at the house this weekend listen I but I thought she divorced him yeah she did okay I'm sure she needed things to do and somehow he just comes and does those things for her I don't know what magical things she's got going on but it's not it's not it's not for me wow either way my daughter was like um so this is my bedroom right now it's only her clothes folded up Nana's been moving all of my stuff out of my room she said I could keep the bed though I'm just excited she found her own place I was very worried about her having a living situation like everyone here who doesn't go on Facebook this day and age and look and see people I've got this I've got this I'm looking for a place to rent I'm looking for this to rent I'm looking for the this it's just not happening here we do not have the places for people to live no there's there's a story floating around today that people are younger people are moving out of the Boston area because they just can't they just can't afford it well one of the girls that used to work for us actually C and was legitimately looking at our camper as a possible situation because she's in a winter rental right now and she's freaked out that's tough and this is the second year that she's had to do this and she's looking she's been looking for a year round rental for two years um cuz it's just her and she's like I'm too old for a roommate I need my own place and unfortunately it's just really difficult to find that right space for her right um I was like well is your credit good maybe you could buy something right I know realtor I know right rtb said supposed to be 53 in Boston today oh warm yeah she's moving Don apparently shorts and t-shirts rtb I know senior's rent is up three k for a one bedroom where she is it's crazy on the west coast that's wild yep absolutely insane yeah she's moving out of her place and she's moving back to the east coast oh Mom oh where on the east coast is she coming to I I think Rhode Island oh okay close enough but not really it's too close Okay we we're in I need my 3,000 mile buffer zone does she have a connection in I'm going to have to go yeah all of my aunts oh that's right that's right sorry all of them oh I missed a birthday party over the weekend and one of uh my cousins was like I really wanted you to see and I was like oh you know what she sent out a Facebook invite listen if you're sending out everything on Facebook is an invite definitely also text that person or check in on them to make sure they see it well I didn't see it so I missed the family party right and horribly I'm going back and forth with her oh I'll send the big girl a gift I'm really sorry I didn't actually see it and she's like I told Brock like fighting strap and other things going on in my life didn't you have a doctor's appointment last week I have a teleah health appointment this week I had a physical on Tuesday that's right the big the big physical yeah so I was like you know I haven't been feeling really good swabbed my throat yeah okay well it was they were out of Rapid strep out of Rapid strep oops yep nobody apparently has the the tests it's something that we have a shortage of at this moment in time so it took them four days to tell me I had strap throat thanks and I'm not blaming the doctor's office by any means it's just life but then it's over right after four days I'm like I'm fine now right guys I'm fine right and my body fought it I'm okay so yeah that has been uh what I've been dealing with so I got my tella Health follow back up but I got the okay from the doctor like you're doing good things are happening you're losing weight moving your body blood pressure looks good excellent I know right which much to the anger of my husband who's on blood pressure medication oops so when I get bitter at him for having a Laz Fair lowkey morning he gets bitter at me for my blood pressure that I have no control of right listen I'm doing the things that I'm supposed to do I'm watching what I eat I'm dieting I'm exercising I'm doing the thing I'm making the lifestyle changes right right that I've been neglecting for the last three years about building this small Little Empire no big deal right oh thank you so much Lauren yeah we're working on it you know it's a work in progress with your health just trying to live a little longer it always is y it always is yep exactly so I saw Yes forget the honey forget the tea thank you Lauren for delivering it to me in my bed um apparently drink pickle juice they're saying that pickle juice has everything that you need electrolytes um they even say for cramping all drink pickle juice is supposedly like the elixir of life okay and and and why are we just discovering this now I don't know I don't like it though I don't know what to do about that it's not anything apple cider vinegar that I would desire pickle juice but apparently it's what Lauren it's true thank you Lauren so pickle juice it is everybody whoever is out there I know our friends the uh Cap Cod pickle they are going to be doing a trivia event we've also got picklefest that is in the works this summer oh that's cool I love those guys yeah oh they're fabulous and Amina is now uh one of our hosts uh filling in until uh we can fill up the roster but I'm I'm super excited to have her on board they are pickled people and they are fabulous I love their pickled beats too yes oh God we got some of those last year either like them or you hate them don't give me grief for it I like pickle beads on my salad I it's one of my favorite things yep y I've grown I've grown to like them I didn't like them at first but but I've grown oh oh oh speaking about grown to like you know what I had for for dinner Saturday night what did you have I had salmon and it was wonderful see it's got to be prepared all right right it was salmon from the old Yara in so it was I finally said you know what I'm just going to do it it was wonderful it was so good oh my goodness see it's not the days of the old poached y salmon that we used to have that we have this mental know from the salmon and the can mixed up with mayonnaise with with with canned peas and potatoes on on Friday night because it was lent those were bad choices this is what we had but that's what we did back back then yep you know it was great so so I'm a salmon guy now and I also when we were away I actually had something that was black in it I never had that before oh look at this one trying new things Cally in in my old age I'm getting experimental hell I got nothing to lose right What's it gonna do kill me let's not taunt things today I don't want to be on the other side of that your wife looking at me going what did he say I didn't do it right was it me this time right I saw happiness can be learned I thought it was two kinds of ice cream happy no happiness can be learned pizza with sausage but you have to work at it and I thought why are we not doing this Workshop since everybody's a coach Hank right that's true everybody's a coach I think that you and I should do a happiness Workshop of course wouldn't that be great that be cool who wants to take our happiness class okay raise your hands and what are we going to teach these people I don't know okay I'm gonna work on a curriculum right but we're going to call ourselves coach right and you're G to pay money and you're going to listen to us I feel like we've got a lot to offer right Lauren it's also true I love you you are just so fabulous Lauren you are so supportive this morning I know Leslie says salm is good on salad it is a go-to for any restaurant right absolutely and Mari says she'll take our class oh good we have one person in our class thank you all for joining us thank you oh my God you know I really I TR believe it though it is a muscle and you do have to work it but it's harder to not be joyful and to just be consumed with the misery in the world and the things in your life and if you let your if you allow that in I feel like it it definitely is a muscle just like working out just like eating right just like doing those things you have to push that away from you I'm amazed at how miserable people are you can see these there was there was a post that I was reading yesterday some cute little story of about a child discovering something whatever and within a couple of responses it turned political yeah it was this very innocent cute little cute little story and eventually the person who was the original poster popped back on again and said all I wanted to do was tell this cute little story it became political unfortunately that's Bo know this is where we are now we've we've become a society of oh you're happy not anymore yeah are you happy B are you happy Trump oh no we had a situation last night at trivia me that's okay we had a situation at trivia last night where our team the happy campers yeah actually I looked over and they had separated and then one husband was with the other wife and one and she's like oh no we're talking politics we had to leave them and their table split and I burst out laughing I'm like all right at least you know that's the years of marriage you know just we're going to leave that alone and we're going to talk about this right now but honestly it is a choice to be happy yes it is yes it is and it is something that you have to choose for yourself and it is increasingly upsetting to see how many D human beings there are just Milling about and it's your choice to be not so damn political too yes thank you appreciate that Co so I am looking forward to the spring and I got really excited when here on the cape we've got Taylor Bray Farms which is in Yarmouth where you just had your salmon and loved it yes uh they they've got a new baby yay I know I love a good Scottish hairy coup and it's not what it sounds it's a cow it's a cow they call them a coup okay um so they have one they've got a couple of them now and one of them's names is is spaghetti and and spaghetti had a little baby Bray and it's just so cute the baby is called Bray or or the baby the baby is called Bray who white it's Taylor Bray Farms so I get that they would call it Bray but why didn't spaghetti have like a meatball right right so many better choices it could have been yeah yeah maybe they just decided they were they were tired we're farmers were tired I get it right I definitely do but I love that' be a marketing thing come see spaghetti and meatball spaghetti and meatball right maybe they had another meatball and we just don't know the story of the other meatball oh maybe they lost their poor meatball we don't know I lost my poor meatball when somebody best waterfront dining that you're ever going to see it looks beautiful from a nice warm setting and the cool thing is guys you can like walk right across the street there's not a lot of traffic there's not a lot of people this time of year is my favorite time of year when it's going to be the middle of July and you can't turn left or right um it is so cool over there yeah that brings me joy
