saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book club I really St je I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual proud of it hold first show of the new year hello everybody we're here we made it we know what day it is I don't think we do I had a lot of dust to shake off yesterday yeah yeah these last two the previous two weeks would some of the stranger two weeks I think I've ever been through oh yeah well no just not knowing what day it is what time it is where am I supposed to be which holiday is this where are we going what are we supposed to be doing it's the midweek holiday throws you all off does it does next week it'll be better next year next year next week I don't know what the hell's goingon to happen next year it'll be better oh no no no it won't be next year it'll be the end of this year right it will be better correct because Christmas will be on a Bo day yeah we can handle that yes that makes sense to us right work a half a day on Wednesday Thursday's Christmas you take Friday off and I just don't know what parents with with young kids did two weeks I know I know lost their mind is what they did I think so I saw a lot of parents just losing it right I mean how much vacation time can you take at the end of the year and then at the front end of the year right I mean that was like two weeks vacation time for somebody unless you had family and friends and and whatever to to take care of the uh you know to take care of the kiddos the most important conversation we need to have right now is what is your thermostat set at because it is freaking cold outside I let the cat out and the cat was like I maybe don't want to go out yeah and I was like decide because this door is closing the window is closing right and and and I noticed when I came in the cat was in oh yeah he was not well now he's just irritating us because he wants to be outside uh because that's what he does he goes out playing you see him like jumping through bushes and attacking things outside all day sitting in the yard and then he comes inside but this time of year it is freaking cold make sure you do not leave your animals out for long stretches just a an FYI yesterday as I was on with Jen Christian from eforall we're talking about make sure you check out for this and watch out for fires there's been a lot of fires lately within an hour yes my child's school is on fire yes I saw that I thought of you and your child and all the children just insane good morning Miss Jackie I because my daughter told me I look bald without eyebrows and eyelashes because they're vond so if I don't have them on there something looks wrong I look like I'm ready to go in for some sort of facial plastic makeup now now I don't understand these things are those permanent or do you take them on no no no no they fall off eventually okay then you have to have more put on yes so so like only part of it can fall off so you can have like the left part of your eye with an eyelash and the right part of your eye without correct and then what do you do and then you just look like a bald mole rat stay tuned for that fol you you make you make an appointment back in the pandemic and not this is a place I don't often visit yes um I was hosting my little um bleep show cooking and uh during that it was the count the eyelash count how many had left because we weren't going back we weren't going back for refills that was the last time I even had my lashes done was back prior to like when Co first started and so as the count I'm like I have four eyelashes left and this glass of wine is getting larger every day day I feel like that was what brought the brought the viewers they wanted to know the eyelash count and how much you were consuming and they wanted to see how much more I was drinking that day it was not a safe space it was not what's up Destiny hello from grumpies hey Dave I'm on my way to her her child is a senior at Mash P yeah the school's on fire I'm like what what hold please right pull over on 151 and I'm like did I read this right am I blind am I lose it it today and I'm like what do you mean the school's on fire and she's like check and I've got a text message there's a fire so I call my husband um you've not paid your T-Mobile bill what wh what oh no this is not the time for your phone not to work okay so we're figuring out why I can't make phone calls I'm texting Cliff texting Cliff I'm texting Cliff probably 10 minutes later all of a sudden he calls me I was like what first off what's up with the phone bill like let's and he's like the B the bill has been being sent to Cody and he hasn't been doing anything with it I don't know how they screwed it up but they just decided to start sending a 16-year-old they're like well we've been sending it he's like to what phone number he's like you're sending a 16-year-old boy the bill it's never being paid oh my Lord oh that's class this was my Monday I had a full on Monday right it's just and he probably thought you were getting the bill you thought he was getting the bill he's just like I'm just gonna ignore it I sometimes get these things because apparently he's the executive on the account that happen I don't know we're gonna fix that right right obviously it's already fixed yeah but this was just this is the way my day was yesterday then I see all the buses leaving mashby high school and I'm like are you kidding me right now where are they going so my text messages were going through thank God and I text Cody where are you going what is happening yeah and where did they go they they bust them over to quashnet yep and then they realized there are too many children at the school well of course um but it was a smart thing to get them out get them safe get them accounted for right um and so I've got to commend mashby High School I've got to commend the school system for doing a really good job in an emergency situation uh they they really did they did a really Stellar job so nice job everyone but everybody went back to school today they're going back to school today the gym and the locker room are closed indefinitely I don't exactly know how that that is going to work inde definitely could mean like for for for the rest of the year yeah that there is a giant hole in in the wall there so yeah that's not something you fix in 20 minutes no you know you don't you don't ask the custodians to take care of that not that they couldn't but that's a bigger job than yeah right because it needs permits and bids and oh my God and all of our our fire and and emergency staff thank you very much for keeping us all safe and making this look just routine I appreciate you good morning Cindy Virginia you got to get to House of hatchets on Thursdays and do some standup I'm working on my first standup routine okay I've been I've been workshopping in a little bit my husband goes I bought master class I said which one all all of them we just have access to all these master classes yeah I have master class and he said Steve Martin has a kind of a walkth through of of they're gonna be um the town is shut down I remembered when I lived in South Carolina it did snow in fact one time in the whole place shut down it's like two full days it was an inch of snow I was dying laughing I was like this is right this is a joke well the interesting thing is half the people who live there from the Northeast yeah so I don't know I don't know how everybody Wass their pants Arctic tundra this is you're coming to Stephanie's house yep I saw some mom put like a little checklist next to the thermostat do you have a sweater do you have a sweatshirt do you have the socks do you have this do you have that if so and all of these things and you are still cold call Dad right oh they still you know Mariana again you just wearing a sweatshirt yeah I'll be fine okay we didn't touch the thermostat growing up though we oh no we did not touch that you are not allowed to touch that no that is a place where you do not belong as a child touching the family thermostat if you do all hell is breaking loose right right no that was that was not happening it is going to be stinking cold out there today it was painful so I feel bad for the kids that were outside yesterday on a real cold day yeah yeah once again thank you very much to all of our professional well it's it's it's uh quote unquote feels like weather now you know it's 27 but it feels like no thank you 11 it feels like no thank you how long is this Gonna Last I'm not built for Alaskan Antarctic temperatures yeah no it's gonna last for a couple of days now we were talking about Nicki Glazer just a little bit Golden Globes I thought she did a great job I did too I watched her and then I didn't watch the rest of it because there's too many awards and I don't know this I don't know all of the people and and it was je but she was funny yeah it was you knew there was one more joke you knew she she wanted to take it like but she couldn't she did her Monday Morning Quarterback sort of conversation and she said 10 jokes that didn't make the cut or ones that she felt like she gaffed or things that could have been 2% funnier I love people that are overachievers and you know watching the tape going through the things that you know you really messed up or you really wanted to be delivered another way but honestly as a whole I think she did a really good job yeah it it wasn't a Tom Brady roast no no it wasn't no but but yeah she could have she could have gone there and it was interesting they showed and this person's here that person's here and then she said Denzel Washington is here and they never showed Denzel was he there I don't know either that or Denzel made it clear you're not putting me on camera he's he's not he doesn't love that stuff no no doesn't like the Limelight which is weird you're an actor yeah and Harrison Ford didn't seem to be pleased when she called him out I feel like that that's just what your face looks like after 75 and being married to kalista flart yeah I he he just looks like that he's just a grumpy old man I'm I am enjoying shrinking MH on Apple TV it's a pretty good show right okay he's he's good in it I'll put it on the list of things I should but least maybe we older folks do I'm like I don't even know what that means all of my bills seemingly stay the same and get higher every year so I never feel as if I'm getting any sort of a break whatsoever even though I may in fact be getting a break from the inflation that is happening right right either way it's not that bad we'll survive I don't think much changes I don't think I'll have to take a look at that that's not my department Hank no it's not you want me far away from that department because I get stressed out that is a source of anxiety for me so if I can take that out if I can send that to billing I will send that to Bill Bill send it off that goes to billing that's not that's not for me that's what we call them now yeah right we all have our strengths he can handle the divorce day basically the first working Mond day really in the year huh is called divorce day it is statistically the highest rate in which relationships fail or we decide to quit them or move on with our day is that because people have made resolutions or people have made fools of themselves over New Years I think it's a combination of surviving the holidays with that person and you're like going through all of these things that semi stressful in other situations being on vacation changing organiz you know what I mean you're not in your day-to-day routine so you really take a deep look at yourself but I want you to know I still love you I still love you if you're leaving your spouse I'm sorry we're taken this we're busy fully busy yes um so that was yesterday I was like what I mean what is the divorce day but I think it's just the combination of that November to January new year new me I'm not going to do this anymore yeah yeah it does bring out the worst in people the holidays you put the cap on it you made me see that I need to change things in 2025 going back to work today and oh yeah by the way you're served right please have everything up by the time I come back thank you uh there was the divorce of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez that is now it's finalized that was the fastest gotta be marriage and divorce I think well not the fastest I think that Kim Kardashian had a 36-hour wedding in there Bry Spears also was in there but to have it start and finish and ended with a period on the end of it you know you've got Brad Pitt and Angelina joliee still dealing with their divorce after how many yearses 10 years what are they doing he's just being a a nudge apparently oh okay and I'm being kind okay okay because this is a family show well yeah and also you know there's there's families there's kids involved they have a lot of entanglements where Ben and Jen are very separate yeah oh yeah here's my money this is your money I'm sure they had 47 prenups they each have all of that stuff isn't it nice when money is not a problem yeah must be like that's not even a conversation that they have to deal with but don't they feel do either one of them feel stupid for for doing it again I think she's genuinely sad and I think she's genuinely surprised that he pulled this stunt so it's him not her yeah Nikki Glazer also said uh it's a new year and another chance for Ben afflac to ruin another Jennifer which I really appreciated because I mean you you have said you've seen her interviewed and and you've read things that you know she's genuinely a good person I think she loves love I think she was in love with the idea of being in that relationship and I think that she prioritized her career and he saw something he didn't like and he decided that's it for me yeah he's a quitter he's a quitter of all things you know those people that just give up right he's one of those people that walks away and then he was married to um Jennifer Garner Jennifer Garner you've been married to Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lopez and you're and and you find yourself single again what is wrong with you I think he is Al I think he needs to be single I think he's just one of those people he seems miserable you know what I mean there's his most famous meme is him smoking a bud outside looking just absolutely distraught and it's used all the time it's just the Ben Affleck face I mean Jennifer gner certainly seems to be a very decent person oh and also maybe he thought it was because of the Diddy scandal she's got a lot of dirt that's going to be dredged up oh yeah the DD Scandal is going to be awful but please don't don't you know don't start throwing in people who who you don't even know you know one of the things that happened when people were were complaining about Beyonce in the halftime show was well she's gonna be caught up in the D no you don't you don't know that well she was married to somebody that was very very close to the offender right oh no I know but just don't you know save it well they're just still stacking up the bodies right now so they're they're are going to be real busy with that one for a long time because that is a mess of mass proportion because a lot of people just turned a blind eye and I think that that is something that we don't do anymore which is good yeah we don't turn a blind no 2025 is that we are not though it was a really good joke okay so today is National tempora day in National she'll she'll use it in her standup in Las Vegas absolutely National tempora day and National Bobblehead Day um I have chicken prepped and ready to go because that is my children's favorite thing is tempor chicken really love it easiest dinner ever I was try I've been trying to meal prep for the last couple of weeks it's been really good I even ate curry last night really when and and and what do we think about Curry I don't like it my boys love it no I don't either I I don't like Curry at all my boys love it you know they my husband sat there with my son last night as he was you know had some free time his hand since he was sent home from school yesterday right um you know working on the aromatics and making dinner he's been now inspired by the new Gordon ramsy TV show in which he cooks with his kids okay so now all of a sudden my husband's cooking with the kids and I'm like great I'm I am the benefactor of this I am not complaining whatsoever except does every single pot and pan and thing need to be left behind and I even said it nicely last night I was as I was exiting the kitchen um I we're going to we just had the cleaning lady here and I know that sounds ridiculous however she just literally just left the house and then these two are like Yay let me go play with this and I'm like like the floor was still wet and they're all in there dropping stuff on the ground and making pots and pans messes and I'm like she doesn't come back for two weeks they're just slobs and I don't like Curry but but I suffered through it a little bit it was delicious actually yeah it's just not it's not my flavor profile no not not not me either no and let's be frank I'm Irish I'm I spicy kills me yes yeah garlic is about as far as I'm gonna go lots of garlic I'm good but after that no I saw the peppers flying and the uh Vitamix going and I'm like I die tonight let's go should I text Hank now and tell him I'm be alive tomorrow I did Curry Y no show don't worry about getting up okay it was good I was super happy for it sy's excited to be at Bailey's tonight um excuse me sir he's new on the job sorry green curry is amazing yeah Cliff loves the green curry I miss golden sales I just had a dream about it everybody had a dream about Golden sales they were backed up beyond belief that was a new year food item that we just did not participate in this year oh yeah that was big that's big time everybody does the Chinese food I we didn't do it this year no we get enough Asian food my that's my daughter's go-to Absolut first thing can we go can we go can we go every single day she goes back to college on Saturday oh she still here still here oh I didn't know that yeah still here do we yes he was he was good we just lost Terry gar over the Christmas break didn't we I think so I think that there were somebody else too there was like a rapid fire going on at the end of the year I'm like it always happens in December where we start losing them I remember at one point Mari said okay that's three it right right but then there were more I think rtb and I have this thing going back and forth where we're always doing our own sort of celebrity death pool between the two of us and we're like which one who's going to be next who do you think it's this it's that we don't text each other hi good morning we text each other obituaries it's not I don't know when this happened but it happened I used to be years ago when when I worked at um company called these Eastern utilities one of the one of the guys in the office we had we had a Deadpool we had a submit 100 Names the first of the year that's kind of fun and and he put out a newsletter once a month I feel that's that's kind of fun he even wrote a book called what a way to go and and was a collection of some of the more bizarre ways that people left this Earth this is the one thing I do miss about entrepreneurialship is that office camaraderie that you have yeah and the shenanigans that would take place behind the scenes of the Ridiculousness there there's a lot that I can leave forever and be happy for Life yeah um but there are some stuffs like March Madness or you know the small gambling pools that you did or you know the the back and forth of stuff but I love the Deadpool I think that that's great that was great yep and I love the newsletter that accompanied at deol yeah it was great it was it was great and then his book and and and he he's gone on to be a very accomplished um um author in the environmental field particularly um he's written a book about narwhals that's been translated into I don't know how many different languages all right well that was not something think that was on my 2025 big go list and I feel like we've talked about this human before now that you mentioned the Narwhal cuz that's kind of a very specific book to write yes yes yeah he he lives in Todd lives up in um Washington State now or Oregon so he's exploring all new things up there yeah so I'm I'm I'm sure he's got a new book coming out of things from from the Northwest yeah but his his narell book like in that world you know sold like hot fire and he would he would go on he go he goes on these cruises yeah you know like like you're going to go on run to be the social media person right he goes on one to the like Alaska and all these places and and he gives like three lectures and he and his wife stay for free for the whole week we need to do life a little bit better than we're doing it right now apparently yeah yeah Todd's Todd's Todd's living the dream and I tell him that every time he posts a picture from somewhere he's figured out the secret of life good for him yep Rick it's really nice to see your face again Victoria thank you for joining us on the show it's Hank it's Stephanie it's Tuesday this is the day I feel like we're finally getting the engine running yesterday we're dusting off a lot of just cobwebs yep I feel like I I had to relearn everything I had to relook up passwords I was like where does that live where did we leave that project why has this never been done I'm who's holding this I'm having a terrible time with my passwords right now yeah I I change it and then it's just it just because I go from I go from my laptop to my phone to the laptop we have at home and I try to put the password in that I have on my own laptop in the laptop at home and well that's not it because it's like driving mezy there are several services that you can use to have all of your passwords in one space yeah I I definitely think it's time uh I definitely have adopted that situation and it has help my life too as well exponentially yeah because I got too many places and too many things going on and and I just can't I write them down in a book but yeah and I put them in my notes on my on my phone and they still don't no they still don't match up well then when you change them it doesn't save anywhere so it's just it's let's do things better there are apps for these things now right we got this right and then if you do save them in one spot depending upon what it is it can screw everything up in five other different places that's fair you know that's real you know so technology and then this and then this this this you know we're g to send you a code to your phone and then we're going to send you something to your backup email address please stop it's just me I'm just I just want to go on my personal email I kind of like the two-part authentification it makes me feel safe I'm like yes it is me I will send you that thank you if somebody wants to bust into my personal email there's nothing there yeah that's true go ahead right you're not gonna find anything you're not gonna steal anything you know you're just going to see all kinds of mass emails that I have no idea where they came from to I have 300 emails I respond to yesterday 300 wow 300 and did you I did I did wow I like crossed that off I was sitting there like I was you know whacking through a field of corn delete delete delete delete delete yep yep one one out of every 20 I actually needed to really respond to the other ones are just I'm stuck in this group right and if it's important they'll email you again and you'll say oh I'm so sorry I don't think I saw it over the holiday lost in the shuffle of the holiday that's going to work for what the next six weeks anyway it's got to because that's the only way I'm G to get things done Hank 300 it was absolutely obnoxious we all want Todd's life right yes we do EXA I want Todd's life I really do seriously and well you've got a lot more lease on your life because apparently 70 is the new 60 so that means I'm younger than my wife now I like I see what you did there I like that a lot y a recent study from Robert M Butler Columbia aging Center they just made that up that that's not even real noted improvements in overall health of older adults compared to previous generations instead focusing slowly on the absence of disease natural aging and I guess the improvements are large Drive-In factors education nutrition sanitation over the 20th century I just wish my eyes would stop watering Han's like that's great but if I'm gonna live longer my eyes gonna stop pleas although I do magically have an have have an eye appointment on Wednesday that I didn't know I had I got an email text yesterday confirming my appointment for Wednesday I'm like oh that's nice I'm like what appointment what I know my doctor started doing that too they just started making appointments for me and I'm like okay thank you yeah but like wait a minute wasn't that there six months ago I don't need to think about it anymore just tell me where I need to be but I'm like fine my eyes are watering it one stop I'll go I'm not angry at this new technology it's a good reminder of the things that I need to do for myself that I definitely put to the Wayside right so I'm appreciative of you scheduling appointments for me I will take them yep um birthdays Kenny loggin 77 years old today and he's not dead yet no he's entered the danger zone though oh oh see you next week folks um well you know Kenny he's he's one of those people that is a constant subject of tabloid rumors of being dead yeah yeah no He's Alive yeah I mean I'm sure his doctor is scheduling appointments for and last time I saw him on something he looked pretty good yeah had a foot loose though but how long were you thinking of this listen I'm working on my standup right now and I trying wow that was good I wish I could do a drug roll thing hey chapter one watering eyes see we're writing your book as we speak Hank thank you as long as it's not my obituary we'll take the book not the dead the dead oh God Almighty it's also Nicholas Cage's birthday he was at the Golden Globes yes he was God how old does his does his wife does he just get a new younger wife every year or what happens I don't I don't I don't know I was like is she is she do she have a passport SC like stamped to be here and also did she have a report card because I probably need to sign it she looks 12 isn't he a bit of a weird dude he's Nicholas Cage I think we've accepted his weirdness a long long time ago yeah I'm not worried about that but I mean good for you dude I don't know how much plastic surgery you've gotten done but you look like you've not aged at all no and maybe it's because I've assigned him all sorts of weird and funkiness going on with his face and and because of just different roles roles right that he's played wasn't he hanging around with one of the Kardashians at one point I don't know I don't know maybe who knows I wouldn't be surprised no he's not honestly feel bad for Gerard Mayo because I believed that the crafts knew he wasn't ready but they whatever happened between between Mr they need a lamb and and belich they needed to get belich out of there here's the interesting thing people talked about why was was belich um let go after 24 years why didn't they you know hang on through the 25th and and all the you know hoopla and merch they could have sold and and everything else that was part of apparently now that was part of Bob Craft's plan that that belich was going to coach for 25 years and then he was going to move him along and then something happened and he put Gerard Mayo in and the other thing that apparently happened was Bill didn't know about Gerard Mayo getting in his contract you're the next coach because Bob CRA didn't tell him and once Bill bich found out um jard Mayo didn't get close to anything so Bill totally shut him out so that when he became head coach he was like he was at the end of the line in terms of you know the information and how things went and everything so you know nice guy apparently is a real nice guy but wasn't ready for it no wasn't ready for it when I was at the game um and I watched that horrible Chargers game and everyone in the stadium was shouting we want rainel the entire time yeah and I was like all right I guess the uh fans have spoken right this is what they want well can you can you imagine being somebody like Gerard Mayo who's not wired like a bill bellich right bill bellich in his mind is turning around flipping the crowd the bird because he doesn't care but you somebody like Gerard Mayo you you're in over your head anyway you're trying real hard and to hear people saying that what what does that have to you have to know when you were taking any position here in New England that you better come armed with some emotional armor true because we are terrible people um we are not very nice we will absolutely help you change a tire and then tell you to bleep off afterwards because that is the kind of people that we are you he had to have you played in New England yeah you know you know we are just mean we are mean and we say whatever it is that we feel like we need to say we cut you to the Bone and then we will repair it afterwards and then send you on your way well when you come here you say oh I can't wait I love the the New England fans they're so passionate they understand everything that goes on and then when someone leaves they go oh my God they're a bunch of bye don't let the door hit you on the way out we never liked you anyway ter I never like you anyway I know get rich Rogers to coach the bats free beer day every day Rich Rogers is very busy with his new lease on life he is over at MV and he's loving every honest minute of it and uh we I love Rich he's such a good human and uh him and his wife are just absolutely fabulous she's an e forall girl she was one of my mentees and uh Deb is kicking it and I'm really excited Cap Cod booty they are out there and uh she is she's she's crushing it I love her jewelry and it's that Nautilus necklace that I wear sometimes she's she's amazing they're good good eggs right there what's up weham with a box of Girl Scout cookies you know what a problem that is for me she's like she goes I'm gonna go home first and have a smoothie just so I have to deal with this feeling of riding around in the car with Girl Scout cookies so I she took one for the team I really appreciated you by the way we've got a um a new look at some of our trivia venues for 2025 yeah cuz some cool stuff going on I'm really excited to start working with DJ's DJ's Wings and we're going to start in Falmouth and then we're going to move over to hyen excellent and we're going to start sooner rather than later so I'm excited for that and uh tonight we're going to be over at Bailey's for some music Bingo and then Shipwrecked were coming for you they were closed yesterday because they were doing some kitchen work so we are going to be open and we are pumped to have trivia tonight from 7: to 8:30 it's a quick little hitter and uh Wednesday we'll be over at land 2 and two Thursday 10 pin and uh we got a Friday night party that's coming to Dos it's not this week next week we're going to be kicking off Friday night socials yep so it's from 8 to 11:00 it's a nice early Friday evening and we're going to just have some dance tunes mixed in with some of our games that's great and it's definitely going to be some of our test games we're working on a Last Man Standing a smartest man in the room um and some Cape Cod Feud karaoke sing offs some fun little things that we're going to work in with some tunes y we're kicking it off with a mowtown party that's great we love mtown and who doesn't love mtown exactly it's the base for most of the best music I think ever I think so too yeah I I agree with you there I spent a little time adding some more blues and jazz to your weekend lineups thank you if you've not listened to our weekend lineup here on Lemon Ado Hank does a really good job of connecting some really good programming with us and I I just really appreciate the work that you've been doing uh I'm loving your shows thank you I'm hearing some tunes that I have not heard ever sometimes sometimes I was like what even is that and I'll sit there I'm like this is good all right I'm digging it I'm loving it yeah the blue show especially I'm I'm I'm really finding some you know it's a shame that Blues isn't as popular across the board as it as it should be there is so much stuff out there and and so many really talented artists that it's easy here you go step here's five more here's five more here's five more so um this past Saturday we counted down the top five uh Blue songs of the Year according to Spotify this Saturday we're GNA have numbers 5 through 10 okay and on the Jazz show we did uh cuts from uh one through five top albums and this coming Sunday we're going to do five through 10 and we've shifted the programming so it's um starting a little bit later 8 in the morning yes I can sleep a little later and you can sleep a little later and and it works out yeah it really does I'm very much enjoying it we also added a lot of new fresh alternative tracks during the week I had like 50 to 100 new songs and I was so excited to have them because I was like why is this not in the programming why is this not in the program who is this program director oh yeah it's me you yeah she needs to be fired she hasn't done a job six months sometimes things Fall by the wayside so you're thank you for invigorating me to do some of the work there because I was like I'd like to listen to this and I will just listen to Lemon Ado driving around sometimes now usually I drive around in silence but I've been listening to books on tapes yep good and I've I'm I'm working on myself okay what is everybody reading right now this is my goal this year is to start reading more I think the next book I'm going to read is um James James is um I think it's the number one book of the year it's a um it's a take on Huckleberry Finn okay but it's told from the view of um a slave okay and everybody loves it like I said it's it's the number one book of the year that's next on my list once I once I clear out everything that I've three quarters read you're just as bad as me this is my goal to actually finish them I'm not allowed to pick up another one until I finish this one this is these are the things that I've told myself right talk to me next month and we'll see good and I listen to a couple of her podcasts my husband comes in and he's like oh hey you're in the tub that he's like this sounds terrible I'm leaving well nice that you're in the tub but nope you're the immediate the immediate face change of getting excited to she's in the oh she's in the tub she's listening to some heal self-help crap I can't listen to that I'm out of here yeah yep yep I'm going back to paying the bills all bye I'm going back to the billing department I'll see you later seriously oh my goodness Ricky says Odie makes me laugh I haven't looked at a cartoon and I can't tell you how long well I I miss the cartoons in the Sunday paper especially listen I was watching the Golden Globes for like the pieces that I needed to pick up and I'm like what show is that what movie is that what have I been watching was my algorithm is broken well oh this there's just too much there's way too much or it's too artsy and I'm just not that refined I I don't know which it is is it the Divergent path of my brain that I'm like I cannot watch this I prefer sophomoric garbage or not that there's anything wrong with that right I need a departure from some serious things every once in a while we do play games for a living yes you do it is one of our businesses so I do have to stay on the up and up with things and I'm like boy I've been in a Land of so out of touch or I maybe these things are just new and I've not paid attention to yeah right I was excited for to meet more who's never won anything I was talking about it yesterday that was cool right how is that possible I don't know I was surprised that she has never won anything because I thought she was good like or was it because she was with Bruce that elevated the the position of which I thought she was an actress but I thought private Jane or whatever it was that was really good yep she'd been in a bunch of things that one but she's been in a lot of things over the decades yeah yeah and she looks great well she's got to take care of herself because she's got to take care of everybody else there's a lot going on there yeah and I love the fact that she's still so kind and supportive of Bruce and his Decline and all of the things that are going on like their family is really just model humans as to what you do and a space of which your your end of life space right there it's just it's a trag it stinks it is telepromter there's seven words on that page that's a lot of scroll he sits there like this all day I'm like what are you doing dud you reading again wow he looks like a maestro what's happening oh he's just reading over there oh 13 words to the page perfect uhuh that must that must be what he looks like when he's through reading a book yeah we got a skeleton over SK over there he's holding up his Cabin Fever which we are definitely going to be doing again I was just in talks with Jeff over at seog gonna have another huge party and Habitat for Humanity is going to be the beneficiary again this year with um Midnight Society I would love the Midnight Society the midnight Society um they're very busy now right so we've got to uh either hopefully mark them off as yes or uh find another upand cominging band so if you know a kickass band that's a lot of fun that plays through a crowd that's 30 to 60 let us know and we will book you I'm happy to facilitate that sure and and and we're and he's starting another kids class shortly on Thursday nights um she's GNA go back in the summer because she has she has theater again um this this spring she she's on the tech crew again we assum love that for um for theater so well she was inspired in part by by Lily and um so she's going to go back to Ted in the um in the um in the summer and I think because of of weather and holidays and everything else I think I have two classes left with Ted and um it's really it's really amazing the class is really cool this is the just write it class for adults and uh you're you're learning uh some new ways of thinking yes I like that I've discovered that I do have an imagination I appreciate that cuz I you know you were firmly against having one of those and you really wanted one of those I and and I asked and I was told the same thing what happens in the writer Shack stays in the writer Shack parents be on the lookout for the next class if you're looking to um just spark that love of writing and reading with your kids Ted is definitely the space to do so and if they've got a vivid imagination put a pen in their hands and send them on over to teds and and and the people who have taken that class who have gone on to do some pretty huge things real screenwriters real screen writers for Hollywood yeah real people like real real book writers who you may have heard of yeah I know that's got to feel good Ted and you're not old enough to be able to have that space no he's not so I love I love that yeah he looks younger than when he's we're in his ball cap did you hear that he working on she's just doing I'm gonna read three books and put out the uh Mastery Chamber of Commerce calendar for the next four years and the newsletter we're we're busy I've made all of these dates for us let's go oh my goodness yes it happens another day another SWAT team in hyenes what the hell is going on in in the Barnstable area it's the big city kind of but it's not like marson's Mills there was a SWAT team with the guy like we're losing it I think we're just losing it could be I don't know but yeah there's a lot of weird stuff going on there's this that happened in Sandwich the uh sandwich fire department was called um after a woman was run over by her own vehicle how how how that happen she had been backing out of her driveway when she realized her camera was obstructed she got out of the vehicle to clear the camera and the car continued to roll she tried to get back into the vehicle but fell to the ground and was run over you know it's that classic run run before you've caught the ball situation yes like you're I've already caught this ball and I'm running I'm in another dimension this was getting out of the car to CH to fix the camera when your car is still running right don't worry about the camera just back out use use you know does that mirror up review mirror and there the side mirrors you don't need the camera do you think that that's what it is we're just so distracted I don't I don't know I mean I don't know we're just so over stimulated we don't know what to do with it so we're just all over the place and and by the way speaking of Sandwich former Chief wordy passed away um rest in peace a a great guy a great guy guy a great chief for a for a very very very long time so our our condolences to him and his not to him our condolences to his family family yeah he's gone he's fine not condolences to him he's fine he's over there now he's he's good exactly uh hello Miss Denise I want to talk to you for a hot minute about all of the wonderful people that we've got here in the town of mashpi and if you want to nominate them we're going to be putting out nominations today for our annual meeting which is some of our awards that we give out unsung heroes new businesses that you love people that have done an outstanding job over the past year like really just showing up doing their job and doing it with style uh so there are several categories in which you can vote for some of our Town's people that are doing really amazing things because we want to honor them I think that we have a just a tremendous Community here in mash and we're super thankful for it uh so be on the lookout for that please nominate people please nominate them often and there's like just a little blurb about what they've done and how how they've changed our town just a little bit so those yeah the unsung heroes will come out today and uh we're working on the annual meeting as I'm planning on my my Mash P chamber hat and you and I will both be over at Mash P TV on Thursday yes we will which uh we're going to be doing a lot more over there I've got a meeting with Chris ball right after our uh our broadcast but all the fun stuff that we're going to be working on and something that has not been done on television what's that it will be it will be on the way oh I can't just throw it out there oh okay not that somebody's even capable of doing it I think it's just a lot of work and that's probably why it's never been done but we're going to do it because we're not afraid of hard work like we have nothing else to do rolling up our sleeves Hank refrigerator yeah and I know Cliff is a cheffy yeah and and you kind of cook as well I have 19 things 19 count them that professional chefs do not refrigerate and you will be surprised really honestly surprised at at least one of them that I know that if I leave it out on the counter any more than 10 minutes I have to put it back in the fridge because it's going to go bad oh my yeah see my husband thinks everything is going to go bad and throws it away prematurely all the time and he makes me crazy yeah he also buys celery every single time he goes grocery shopping and I don't really understand what he's doing with all of the celery but we have a lot of it just in case you ever need celery we have all of it call Steph all of it if you're making a dur you know what are you doing with this
