foreign looks good now our microphones can be on oh yeah you can hear us well I had us off so that people didn't have to hear us off the air with our because JT and my conversations squirrel oh squirrel all day we're all caught up we caught up we we touched so many different subjects in like three minutes and 40 seconds we're like you me yeah oh uh we're good so high five you ain't making it happen I uh can't think of a busier human being other than myself than you thank you uh the two of us are like if you got it I don't got it you got it I got it I'll see you there oh Stephanie will get a text at one in the morning and she's like and I'll get this fruit yes all right details to follow I just need to know if there's a yes or no yeah exactly yep so that that's really where we're at JT I'm Stephanie thank you so much for joining us this morning good morning good morning good morning Hearing in and out a little bit and all right so weird all right well we'll we'll figure it out technology has been not my friend and I don't know whether it's the time of year or I just don't give a bleep I'm tired I'm tired I'm with you I did some I got up early though I've been getting up I've been doing for the past two weeks yeah chair exercises oh 10 minutes were you inspired by an Instagram posting because I always see the wall yoga people and then I'm like I could do that I could lay on the floor and put my legs on the ball you know what it was it was the sweat beneath my undercarriage ah to the belly and I'm like enough and if you don't you're looking spelled I feel good thank you I've cut back no drinking during the week either good I keep I I keep it till Friday and there's nothing happening I'm not like alcohol I'm just saying like I stopped that no these are the calories we don't need during the week I get you stop eating past uh 7 30. I'm not there yet that's a hard it's hard you know what with our business what we do that's hard that well because what I've been trying to do is not eat take out and then get home and then cook a real meal yeah so that's why it's not until like 10 o'clock the other day I made scallops and risotto at 10 p.m and uh brought all the boys to the yard every single one of the kids was in we had family dinner at 10 30 at night after gigs and I was like okay love it if this is the way the schedule is going to be this summer then I have to just accept that this is the schedule in which we have some family time yeah you know what it's it's random I know I don't have the kids at the house either so it's just you know it's just a leash and I but we it was like one of those times like we got in we're like I'm hungry right oh full on meals at 10 p.m pots and pans these poor girls that are staying with us oh my gosh I can't I don't even know what to do with these people I don't even know there's people I have not seen any people it's like people with eyes on the walls I have no idea just well that's it it's the same things I've always told my kids right pretend like there's someone always watching you and in our house there is really someone always watching oh yeah how are you not playing I appreciate that thank you welcome of course I want to thank God and like to thank all the people I found one thank you one of my favorite noises don't do it hey Matt eating at 10 p.m very European seriously though it really was European hilarious those people don't need to way way late at night so I'm I'm working on that tip so that is helping you yes and a lot of water um a lot of water I'm making pictures of water but hey get it done yeah right if you don't naturally like water my husband's not I have to flavor everything yeah it's like a little kid mint leaves I do mint leaves we do lemon lime and make a big pitcher and then I put it in let it so I do it at night and then we hit that thing next day there you go that's smart little infusions it is looking too all fancy living like you're in a spa man just go over the Job Lot get that get that two dollar trust me you can you can look what is it the match from the minimum at TJ Maxx that's it taxes are the minimum same Factory anyways I don't care fabulous Gucci and Gucci Sarah on the left Jack on the right they're sessions well I'm also I go there because my my little baby Mia the Kia needs to go and get her a little wash up I love that car well she looks scrubby when she's yucky so I have to be there often we just got out of pollen season now we're in in Bird Season we are in poop season pollen season for bird season and to how I mean how much I might have to go back to it yes because there's nobody at the lights like coming over and cleaning my window and it's not I'm either halfway through Hyannis I'm not in Hyannis as much as I used to be right um so when I'm coming through I'm like oh gotta go anytime I'm there I'm like car wash time that's a good car wash because it's never a long line dip even when there's a tremendous line to the street right and so I'm in and out of there pretty quickly so I do enjoy that if you don't know what we're talking about we're talking about um the premiere uh car wash on Willow Street or Yarmouth or whatever you guys call it I don't know either way get a pass save yourself money yeah and right now they're giving away a free pass also so if you go on their Premiere you can find it I I sent some to a few people Car Wash confessions yes cow wash confessions week four well you've got a couple of other fun things that you're working on right now you're a summer of positivity is back and forth it is back yes thank you for supporting your office so 70 support 100 I mean I don't care whatever you're doing I mean you and I were both nominated for the same thing and I felt guilty promoting myself but also everyone on that list was great so I'm okay with anyone being on that list and we weren't we didn't nominate ourselves we were nominated so I'm happy to Champion anybody that was on that list but obviously if it's between you and I yeah I would rather be between you and I yeah I mean nothing personality it's JT yeah yeah yeah but and actually if you Champion for somebody else and you support them I mean that's you'll win it's a win-win it is I saw the best little meme the other day and it said competition happens at a lower level collaboration happens where it's at and it's it is we're all better helping and working with each other good morning Sarah thank you so much for joining us good morning I think it's so important to just support each other you don't need to cut that person down if they're in the same place find out your sometimes you feel like something is like just take a like you said step back from it for a second and just remember everybody's winning if you're helping somebody so it defects man it's just like and you know you can't really get mad of nothing if everything's been going really well for you for a long time I mean a long time nothing bad happened and then you get hit when like why is it me like dude you just had like a year or two years or three years of like nothing bad happening yeah so everybody has their turn yeah I don't care who you are I spend time at adequate anchors this uh this week and we had this just really fun little flow Place Ashley thank you so much for bringing your crystals and I got a little hair feather and I I just had a really fun while I had a tarot card reading but when I was in there um Rachel always posts these great little things and it's about growth yeah and where it's uncomfortable to grow or just talking about even the plants how you have to pinch them back for them to grow grow taller and I feel like it's okay to remove yourself or go down a wrong way and then it's there's a pivot there's a turn I'm not going to do this anymore I'm going to change things you and I always talk about growth oh my God and how important it is to check yourself and make sure you're in the right space or change habits or champion in one thing fiercely and then all of a sudden you're like wait a minute that doesn't work now we're championing this thing and it's oh it's okay it is and sometimes I listen to I used to listen to too many people say oh I gotta do this dude you gotta do that why are you doing that you gotta do this and it's okay to listen to them and validate what they're saying you don't have to do what they're saying right but you got to find yourself next to you know I'm like you try you can't please everybody you're not going to now it's never going to happen so cut that right out and yeah and when I did you know then people were like why you do not writing like dude I'm like didn't just sit home like uh and growing is so uncomfortable yeah it is it is awful so once again if you're in a high place in your space celebrate the ones around you that are not as high as you and they might be higher someday and they'll remember that it's just really important it is you're first because you're no good to anybody else well it's once we live in a com a competition society and everybody's one-upping and one bettering and this that and the other thing so I'm glad that you and I are here sitting there having this is our third year and so I talked to my boy Tim I was like you know what I want a banner I loved him loved him flag man sports store and um I said hey I need a banner that's a race like Talladega Nights over here exactly that's my billboard of my sponsors oh Mario oh please that that cool fresh Taste of the new Bahama blue coming out I wonder Brad so Tim I'm sorry I didn't Regency derail you and I always do it that's what we do man so so positive Banner for me erasable and what I did was um I went to different places that a lot of kids were out of people right and I just started talking like you know what what is that one thing you want better for your life or better for your community yeah a better for your family and certain people say like affirmations like if you don't speak it nothing happens yeah so you got to put it out there so I had people write stuff and they were doing it and then I started videotaping and be careful because it comes true because last summer I wish for abundance with him and boy did I get that oh listen and then some you can't yeah listen there's no cap there's no ceiling on what we can do and what you want just stop stop pretending there is it just ask for it and when I did that things just kept happening yeah and I went to different places and I was at Honeydew for a couple days and I was at I even went to Old King's coffee one day and the lady asked to show it like are you are you for real I'm like yeah like what do you like what do you mean right she was like somebody paying you to do this I was like no well I mean we do get sponsors to them now continue the words yeah yeah right but yeah but it wasn't like JT here we're not made to do any of them no nothing we don't have to do anything and a lot of stuff we were doing before this there was no sponsorship it was just it was what it was and you know what I just knew what I wanted my community to be and what my life wanted to be yeah when I kept doing that I started clearing you know clearing the neighborhood and clearing like my closet and what was around me what was I hanging out with was I listening to what was I speaking the what I was talking about like when I stopped doing all that man and so some positivity came out of that yeah and I just kept pushing it so people took it with them and so this is out there well I'm excited for you just because I mean I feel like you're the healthiest I've seen you look in a while and like I feel like you're ground much more grounded I am I had to slow down right yes yeah I got yelled at the other day well even in the busy though I mean you do have to carve off time and I see that you've been carving off some time for yourself yeah spending some time with your wife and your family oh my God doing those things random yeah my daughter comes in with my son like and he's working and and what's up D in deja and Alicia that's like out fam damn me my whole friend right hey Jennifer and and when you can get that moment Stolen Moments man take advantage of it yeah I don't care if you go mini golfings like I got our window right let's go and it's so sad that you have to say Stolen Moments because you're like I plan this I left this window of opportunity for us fam yeah you have to oh you better you'll feel better I've my my kids are supremely busy I had a moment this summer where I burst out laughing with my son because he is all basketball right now everything's basketball the end of the football season did not go he had his eighth grade trip Manchester and when he was he is such a man when he was gone his team was eliminated from the playoffs so he was bitter oh also because it's his last year playing with uh with Tim's yeah so it was so see what happens when I'm not there son show that I love though just because it's like I feel like he's armed himself for this battle of being a teenaged boy he used to be so quiet when I first met him and I'm like dude now it's like you know he's just different he's not afraid to get what he wants he's just really funny go for it he went he earned the money for his new basketball hoop which you see at the end of the driveway there he dug the hole himself he mixed the concrete he laid the pole himself with my husband's guidance obviously my husband wasn't like here's a bag of concrete goodbye DIY people kids don't be doing that by yourself no make sure you have parental supervision what's happening but he did do this for himself yeah and then uh there was one day where I was backing out of the driveway and my car does that automatic nope oh yeah behind you and then I look over to my left and he's got these little boys from the neighborhood all lined up against the fence because he was giving basketball lessons and I was like how freaking cute I love that is that though it's just one like it made my heart so full I told him I said you need to go and talk to all the moms in the neighborhood that's a little business for you in fact he goes no because then I'll be in charge of them and I don't want that Mom they don't have to travel they can walk down the street you kidding me and then demo you but it just made right it made my heart so happy and really really cute it's those little moments well you guys hustle and they see that oh yeah oh yeah for sure yeah they see that they've all got their little side hustles yeah my daughter's got two businesses I know she's got her little tea business that's doing really well she's running a natural dye workshop at um knock about on Sunday so bring your old band T-shirts bring your sad and tired articles of clothing and she has been making these dye pots out of kitchen scraps so the blue from black beans yellow from onion skins pink from avocado pits and skin I like this just like all these natural dyes she's been making and uh it's just something to recycle something in the house but also to make something fun and it's natural dyes so I love it I'm like okay that's good stuff but that's it you just gotta be yes yes I will do this I will take this opportunity oh she's like I'm trying to go to that on Sunday Ashley yeah I like that right I know we got people checking in on all of our various screens I know JT and I are both wonder why we're squirrel and 80d exactly this is why you actually have to be in order to do what we do I think you have to be right like I think you do have to be like put out this fire start this one put out this one check that is that what smoldering fix it these are facts like you have to do yeah I guess all day long so you're gonna be at the BBC tonight you got a little dance party going on Angel and I are gonna be hanging out I love you too I really do I enjoy I enjoy your both positivity your smiles I feel like that's one thing the three of us all bring is just a good good solid energy to anything we do I think we do I actually do I think we I think we all do that and it's and people just like why are you happy I'm like all right why are you not yeah you woke up let's go yeah I'm just saying why are you not well I am also married to a curmudgeon I have to fix his station a lot I'm like I know you're stressed out but look at Focus all right listen you know the minute we already know that out all the halves they're very similar they're very similar but they absorb the stuff that we don't because you and I are like ducks these are facts right they're behind us like catching it for us and I'm like don't I dropped that for a reason what are you joking at my purse don't need to get my phone for me I'll be fine oh my God hello it's emotional baggage right there that they pick up our cast offs and it's really I posted this question yesterday when it was like what one piece of advice would you give to someone that's getting married because we're just wrapping up June it's been wedding season you and I have been involved in a bunch of them this season I got two coming up next weekend see and I'm and I'm done until August but August September ramps up back up for my weddings July is kind of like the lull and I kind of need a break of that but I thought oh this will be nice and people were like don't do it blah blah there was so there was so much positive but there was so much negative also and I was just like that makes me sad a little bit it does hey and I had a moment with the business the cosmic Cod giving you a shout out and they said a lot of people are a lot more jaded than I thought I thought we were going to get some good solid advice here it's it is it relationship is they are not every day is good no not every year is good cliff and I are 20 in August we did not have some amazing years I am okay with that same here yeah listen we've got time for your newly married you've been together a long time 16 years yeah so married for two and then you gotta look at okay I have something for April you've been with skip for years and you know I know skipping I knew them separately also but it's like all right so how do you bring it back you know I mean like what do you do yeah we had talks we both had to have like deep talks and look at yourself yeah you can say you know if it wasn't if she didn't do this or if he didn't do that like yo seriously look at yourself for a minute some people don't want to compromise it's like well I've been this way well then if you're not gonna change and to focus on being married like this this long is definitely patience you have to like I said you gotta check yourself and I have to do that like dude what are you doing like and from patience of being married but also patience to being at Honeydew you were there in line today and saw somebody just absolutely having a meltdown over a bagel disrespectful listen I'm gonna tell everybody you guys can pass this on to anybody that you know or you're in line politely and you know nicely if you're not a person who has patience and doesn't like to wait then you should probably stay home and learn to cook yeah or you know Amazon your clothes or whatever you need because unless you've worked in the hospitality business and I mean really worked in it there's patience that you need to have with people yeah and so if you're a person that's giving somebody behind the line you know a bunch of Griffin and staring at them like dude that's not comfortable you're not gonna make you're making that day worse for what so if you're having a bad day then again you should send somebody else in or you stay home get some cereal or whatever you gotta do but don't go make somebody else's day bad yeah don't be coming out a Fourth of July weekend thinking that you're just gonna be first in line and there's not going to be any waiting or problems yeah they're sadly mistaken it is the summer time Julie said uh letting people make a left turn especially truckers who have to do a job too that is so brutal coming out of my street I'm on 151 the fair is coming oh my God yeah I'm like this is the time of year I like to go away yeah I have to deal with it but making a left-hand turn little patience sometimes you know what take a right turn and find some other place that you can do how about that's it you gotta relax yeah and vacationers need to be patient as well and we have to be patient with them you're right you do oh I had a conversation with somebody in service over the weekend and they were just so upset because there were I'm on my vacation you're not respecting my time you're not this and I was like take a deep breath because you're never going to change those people right and they want to they want to fight to people want you to understand some people they're mad so they want everybody else to be mad around them because why are you not as mad as I am and it makes them feel better when they give it to you yep you know that so like when you don't and you're like like I said I was given the indivisible indivisible um Heisman you know I'll stop the Heisman Trophy hook football on one hand I'm out like that that's that eight step up talk to you later yeah protect yourself and your energy and wash the frig away welcome back yes oh I love it listen to Norah Jones who is already here this morning I know um so I was talking about just my weirdness of just yesterday my summer observations oh boy well we had the bar bar for at 4 P.M on a Thursday that's always a good time oh you were there and I was like okay what so I leave my gig and I get in the car I'm driving home and I see a grown ass I'm talking 50 year old man on a bike with a butt hanging out of his mouth can a pack of teenagers like a pack of them like like 20 of them it looks like a biker gang of mismatch that this grown human was leading with children in it and I was like I don't know what's happening there but I'm horrified big antennas are no big antennas no no none it wasn't like no good right it was stranger things summer I don't know what's happening so you're saying this wasn't this wasn't where they all have backpacks and like yeah it looked like The Goonies I don't know where they were going see you gotta be are there no pirate ships in Falmouth but maybe there are I don't know if anybody knows about this wild pack of kids riding around on bicycles it was wild so then I'm pulling into my streets and I see my next door neighbor shirtless with a flamethrower burning weeds in the yard to the point where I was like where am I and I already had one neighbor light himself on fire I can't lose another no I am but for the sake of the interwebs I didn't do the whole photo of him because that would be mean I just did the partial thing the whole photo I would follow him you could see the half photo on my Facebook page I I protected the innocent because this guy I was like what is he doing with the flamethrower of the yard listen I should have taken a picture of myself it's all grass I don't know what he's what the plan is over there I don't know I don't get it I had a I had a a house of neighbors they were my before a few years back and one of them used to go out in the woods like weird stuff with uh some some clippers and some water and now in the woods I'm like dude it is how you doing what are you doing out there and now you're kind of going to the woods and then come back and now the kids are like so windows I don't know what they're doing but I don't know the light's always on the bedroom late at night I don't know I don't uh Joyce good morning good morning Lynn hilarious yeah exactly No Vacancy no vacancies well yeah he's only he's a summer person too so oh summer people some are not some oh let him do what he wants to do that's what I'm like whatever he won't be here long and you know because it's just safer for you uh there was a worn right hello oh there's a there's a three on three um escape room in in Falmouth Mall okay this weekend very excited careful in Falmouth can we also talk about some of these other real incidences these are just my silly incidents I've absorbed we've got some real stuff happening while we have this many people and we're inviting these visitors and we've got big conditioners um the roofing situation in Falmouth that it happens it happened in Hyannis last summer and now it's starting in Falmouth this summer so I don't know if it's a copycat situation if this is just what people are doing which is really scary and it's just a good reminder yeah to be safe when you're out with your people and there are new people around first of all and if you're by yourself which I know some people that do you need to constantly keep an eye on a drink I keep my drink in front of me so now I just tell my daughter am I sent to but put your hand on your drink and some people said to go dance they did the drink or the thing and they go back no that's not you leave your drink at the table when you go dancing last summer where I got out like some girl was like will you watch my drink and I'm like absolutely I will watch her drink and make sure it's fine make sure you know the person is sitting there but right you got to do that because people are not there's some people that are not nice yeah and sometimes they're watching you they want to see you take it and then they're gonna follow you yeah I'm just speaking real yeah and they want us you know and then I we saw somebody that actually tried to do that to a young lady who came into um I was at Papa bellies back in the day yeah we're working exactly so this is early and all I know is that she came in oh my gosh she definitely shouldn't be served and then also this guy came like a minute after and he was like at the other end and he's like oh yeah and she fell off the bar we're like all right we didn't give her a drink but she was just sitting in and she kind of slid here oh she's with me I'm like no she came in by herself yeah and so we put some I think that's scary we think he fought her from somewhere else yeah and then was like you know trying to and it's not always the creepy guy that's at the bar either no it's not I just want I looked at that one when she asked me to watch her drink and I'm like I'm glad you feel as if I'm reputable what if I wasn't yeah fact right then she looked at me weird and then I was like no I'm just kidding but just it is never mind I got your drink I've had some people right and I have some friends that have gotten roofied fact and they're like scary they had half a glass of wine and they were like um I gotta go yeah yeah so be careful we're talking about guys and girls your kids everybody I don't care how old you are just be careful out there and um if you're the person that's doing it shame on you and then what's going on on Main Street in Hyannis what the hell is happening I do some isolated situations I hope so they I believe that they are just from um Main Street on anywhere on the cape I mean that's just crazy I think that's just yeah from what from what we understand because our people in the police and everybody like they're definitely working together and I think it's just an isolated situation it's not you know like something to be afraid of exactly but but we have open main streets and we have fun things that we have planned for the Fourth of July when we have things like this it scares people and I hope I have whoever it is I hope they can work got it you know with the dogs the noise everything for the dog exactly they stress my animals out I don't like medicating them and my dog's old it's not gonna live another Fourth of July I don't think and his his neighbor's a Vietnam vet so exactly both of those Jack and Jack Jack yeah that's right in action see yeah that's Nevis is my is like MacGyver a Squatty a friend he's like he's everywhere like he Scotty was Scotty left the house one day we were playing video games and next thing I know like an hour later I'm like hey are you coming out he's like I'm out in Jersey wait what how do you get to Jersey from Hyannis in like an hour yeah not by plane either he's different I love that it's also powwow weekend here in Hyannis oh it is it is so it's going to be very busy patience with the traffic seriously though right they it's so incredible if you've not had a chance to take in a powwow I definitely suggest that you go and support our local mashpins and also it's just culturally very but then it's like you learn more of the culture yes in in the language and just exactly all the behind the scenes things that go on yeah um you know with preserving you know the the culture and just in this for life now guys this is where I live that's what cliff and I do with our spare one one minute before he falls asleep time my daughter actually took a video of him the other day asleep with his dinner on his belly hilarious and I was like oh my God send that to me she goes dally he'll put it on Facebook now nobody is safe anymore man nope it's safe it's hot I'm watching I'm watching the exciting for growing my business that is awesome it's horrifying and very very scary and a very uncomfortable place for me to be here because you're responsible for other people's livelihood correct stressed and yes I do work a lot right but it is for the greater good it is for the the pushing of positivity and it's spreading joy and happiness but I'm building something and I am taking my moments to take time for myself I'm taking my vitamins I'm taking my collagen I feel like I'm looking healthier you listen what I got my ginger in the morning I got my black seed I've got my apple cider vinegar yeah trust me when you take all that stuff and it helps a lot it does help a lot yeah and I do have plans to have time off you will I got I take magnesium all the time now yeah me too that right oh my god listen to us we became those people we bought we are talking about freaking supplements we're a 2 A.M commercial it's like are you taking care of what are you doing for your health today you know what how's your gut health how are you doing I duly noted note to self what I found out last week I cannot have yogurt what or maybe it's the brand I'm not gonna say the brand because I don't wanna you know I'm just saying it's a JB Lee Curtis Activia situation because listen I'm not doing anything extremely to curse stop it next thing you know how are we doing fine thank you shut up I have a shake weight I just can't show anybody why I'm using it that is something we don't share with people my kid's like what's this I'm like put it down no no no so the yogurt yeah I was I was like tapping out within the hour I could I was in the bathroom like so many times I'm like my stomach is killing me well this is these are things that change every decade everyone just so that you're like I've always done it this way what happened I never wore glasses until one when I woke up when I was 40. I was like oh what happened did I clean my eyes like nine times I know maybe there's something more the blinds no there's nothing about the blind I need I had to take a trip over the job lot and get some some cheetahs and that lasted for like seven eight years it's so funny then it just our bodies are also like computers right Cliff is always like my favorite thing is when people call me up but they're like it worked yesterday he's like well it doesn't work today thank you now it's broken I'm like why does this hurt this is what's happening with our bodies oh it doesn't work today my men the stuff I can't explain to you right now certain things will hurt for no reason at all I'm like what what's going on I know I've accepted it though my limitations it is and I'm okay with it too okay I do it today I've run out I'm done I don't hop over puddles I think about my whole week I'm like to do yeah I probably shouldn't hop over that bottle I'm gonna walk around I just really just you just climb over a fence no where's the opening it's down there I'm gonna I'm gonna take a walk I've been I've been going the long way I think it's just safer for everybody because you don't want to help you don't wanna who's gonna help me unhitch does this happen for us now now I got you know my my pants are caught in the middle I can't everybody come over and help me take that off no I just I purged I had this moment where I was pulling in my summer wardrobe and I got rid of half of the things in my wardrobe and I got it ready for donation because it was all the ones that I was like I will never be that size ever ever again and I'm not gonna beat myself up over it and I'm not gonna you know if it happens naturally and I get old and frail then that happens I've let go some old concerts right gotta go you know it's gotta go when I lift my hands up to get a cup and all sudden I could feel air under my belly shit's going bye gotta go thanks it was a time we had a season together we did it was fun I got one picture comments yeah you've been gonna pick yeah exactly Eeny meaning I wrote it a postcard thanks for coming oh yeah it's not even and I see my I've seen a shirt before at when I've gone over to the thrift store oh I'm so sick of beating myself I feel like I've always beat myself up for 40 years of my life I've beat myself up over just not doing the things that I have this unrealistic expectation to do stop until for the next 40 years I'm going to spend doing the things that I want to do what I see is good right and just hone in and celebrate the goodness I stopped I stopped trying to get back to a 30 waist when I see my belt go like this like I I I'll spend money and I'm not talking we're gonna go out the deep end and be unhealthy and I don't care I'll be a sloth I'm not it's just unreachable unattainable goals that no longer serve me I'm good I had for no reason absolutely they make men's Banks I'm fine if I need to do that for a certain suit that I want to wear I don't know why all of a sudden thought of a sausage case exactly it's in there listen I'm not if you see me but I'm not really talking a lot I got spanks on I can't breathe it can't be a breath picture I'm sure you're here for pictures Wendy my bikini was burned yeah whatever I got I got a cute mom suit now I'm rocking it the Slime I understand why sweatpants was such a big seller that's it a little bit more difficult to wriggle out when wet but it's fine oh awful a little more I got soaked this way yeah I got soaked this week with these random rainstorms well I haven't even been to the beach I well I went to the beach once I've not been in the ocean yet okay once all right well I'm okay with whatever's going on in the ocean right now also so maybe I'll I'll sign uh a wading pool yeah no I don't when I see the shark sign at the we didn't have ice cream the other night yeah and there's a huge shark like poster at the beach like yeah if you there the sharks live in the ocean I love that we have to be reminded yeah I also did post something on my Facebook page today to remind people of pet feet as we're getting up to these temperatures today is supposed to be 77 78 that makes the asphalt 125 degrees just to let you know while you're watching your pets like The Green Mile Scotty right their feet burn so I'm just reminding gentle reminder take care of your pets and asphalt is hot yeah exactly yeah [ __ ] is very hot Chanel how are you I'll see you tomorrow at uh Tropical Smoothie so exciting yeah that place is an addiction it is I used to get doordash from Tropical Smoothie when I was in Aaron Hyannis all right closer right I was like come bring me I was addicted to their smoothies it was an actual addiction they're delicious it's good stuff and I'm like I'm doing healthy things for me right yeah I'll take the I'll take some sea Mass yes um CMOS and some squid and then with some uh cauliflower but if you tell me it's healthy for me I'll try it I'm just that I'm that person yeah it's gonna make my wife better okay I'll do that actually when I go to I've gone to Cappy's and they had some healthy drinks I'll do the tables yeah Splendid Berry does these like antioxidant shots and I don't know if they work or not but I'm like yes I'll have one of those of those yeah but give myself the leg up I will get through this day why not why not are you out tonight um tonight I am it's a private gig though yeah we'll get some Friday Vibes yeah I know right and I'm okay with it the club gigs made me laugh but my husband was actually um asked to leave because he didn't do a dress code there's a dress code violation and I burst out laughing they have those here they do there's certain clubs that do and I burst out laughing because he came back and he looked so angry and awkward the way he was dressed I just bad bad combination because it makes the outfit look even worse if you have that bad attitude that's even and it was also like extra like it was buttoned up to the top button I think he purposely did it oh my God and then just to see him I haven't seen him in full-length pants in a real while so I also just looked hot are we where he is his home is what are you doing so it's very close to 15 000 signatures right now so if you've got a moment in your day to sign and keep this poor man in his home and in his Dune Shack so
