foreign thank you all right so 804 not that bad for us I mean we're making it work today what's going on good morning everybody thank you Lindsay for joining me on the show this morning we're happy you were supposed to be here yesterday but it's fine I woke up and I thought it was my other friend Lindsay which your both of your lindsayers are spelled the same and then I was like oh she'll she'll show up or she won't she's the type of friend that will come over and get me out of bed like we'll physically go into my bedroom and be like it's time I mean I would have done that had I not also been sleeping so and there's that you are on vacation correct I mean yeah well grab the microphone get a little closer to you everybody wants to hear what you have to say well Lindsay no one's ever accused you of being soft-spoken so first time in my life people have said speak louder I think I I won the superlative in high school for most likely we heard a mile away so shocking it does seem to run in your family I mean I'm quietest in my fan no I'm not saying anything this is fabulous so Lindsay introduce yourself to everyone who is just joining us on the stream you're uh visiting here your dog sitting I'm dog sitting for two weeks a cape I uh on the cape sorry right get it down the cape right up here uh spend most of my time in Nashville you're originally from Western Mass though originally from Western Mass yeah my cousin lives on the cape we come to visit down the cape what's the right one on the cape that's okay yeah I was like did I say it wrong yeah live here you could say down the cape if you're not from the cape and down the cape and on the cape are acceptable in the Cape is not acceptable okay all right fair enough you're learning the vernacular yeah right exactly you're welcome so here we are uh midweek in the fair week if you will Sunday I think it's like 10 whole days of hell for me um yesterday I had to pick my daughter up from the side of the road that was really fun as I was leaving our gig mom I got stuck talking to a recruiter I can save a few things about my 17 year old but I will say the fact that she is so straight edge I love it so what kind of recruiter was she so she was talking to an Army National Guard recruiter she's you know talking to everybody about what her Horizons are and she really has no big plans for next year other than having a really good senior year and really trying to figure it out like she's taking it so seriously I feel like when I was her age I took nothing seriously and I was just like well obviously I'm going to college how I'm going to get there I don't know yeah that was basically yeah Mary good morning thank you for joining us hi Eva Cristiana Darlene and uh rtb good morning thank you for joining us on the show yeah I took zero things seriously she's taking it very seriously and I love it it's like I'm through it my brother went through the process of college and I just said okay whatever Cool School you picked works for me and I went there right like sure that one works seems good he liked it yeah he had a good time I'll go to the same College that's fine good morning Mary yes we will meet together and we will laugh all day I promise you that I was at tomatillo's last night we had a good time a lot of kids in the audience I always forget that it's uh school vacation because I don't have little little people anymore yeah and keeping them entertained we forgot Kodiak Camp yesterday Ross chicola I love you I'm so apologetic I was like we were supposed to do something today sorry Cody amenity starts calling Cliff I was like oh my God we forgot to pick him up from camp where were you when you parents of the year when you didn't get it where were you we were at home in bed we were having a nap well today is National nap day you gotta respect it because we are up at 4 35 o'clock most days we usually take a lunch nap it's what we have to yeah because there are two parts of our day that's our question of the day by the way on National nap day which I had no idea it was I was just curious when I got up this morning at ugly o'clock and I'm like I have four hours of sleep it's not normal and then I ask the question which is usually what happens how many hours of sleep do you normally get I'm loving the answers some people that are sleeping all day and still not feeling like they get enough Eva and then people that are like one to four hours I'm like oh okay I feel you I don't know how you function off one to four hours Cliff calls it sleep camel so uh when given the chance with a day or two I will sleep all of it and I store it up like in my Hub and then I'm like one to three hours pretty much the rest of the week I get six hours and can't function so I couldn't function off of one hour yeah good morning Julie thank you so much for joining us Ryan good morning to you uh yeah so we call it sleep camel we store it up and I get it when I can get it and that's it I still sleep like that when you have babies they tell you to sleep when the baby sleeps and that's how I've always slept ever since military also when I'm oh I'm allowed to sleep out you tell me I'm allowed to sleep I could sleep I think I sleep with my eyes open half the time I used to be a great sleeper I can't sleep no save my life nothing can't fall asleep wake up in the middle of the night I'm up for five hours it's great it's great time I'm not there more than 24 hours in a day so I will not do that unless I really really have to and those days are are long gone I think oh thank you ARA I have not talked to you or seen your face in a really long time we need to check in with each other so um uh West Coast check-in thank you very early for you you've always been an early riser uh so you're here you're watching two labradoodles named Crusher and Shredder sure am one of which bit your mother's face yesterday he told me for hours later either she was like I didn't tell Lindsay yet but look at my lip it's like oh my God she said that she you know what part of this is on her I feel like sorry Mom but she said she like bent over to pet the dog yeah and the dog it's a puppy she's like one year old still so she still has the puppy energy and she's got to release it somehow yeah I guess she like her head came up as my mother's face came down and they just smacked whoopsies that was an accident yeah but with names like Crusher and Shredder for labradoodles it makes you laugh it's Perfect it's hilarious I'm not sure joining us this morning oh ARA lives in Tennessee now that's where Lindsay lives so I got the pleasure of going to hang out with you in Tennessee you took us oh my God I need to deliver transplant after that visit I was gonna say we need to do it again it's been five years yeah I think I could do it I think I could do it again yeah I'm pretty I think I've got the stamina now we're just gonna take the show on Road I agree they had me at Coyote Ugly dancing on bars for shots they had me um on a Riverboat barge singing wrapping salt and Peppa I mean um we did the pedal Tavern we made great connections well that was Nick and he actually lived on the cape like yeah how often do you get pedaled around by a pedal Tavern driver that's also a country artist that oh by the way is from Sandwich the town in which you live next door only in Nashville exactly I've met lifelong friends from that trip people I still talk to on social media to this day yeah and have never spoken to or seen after which I love that power of social media when you're all of a sudden real I feel intimately involved in these people's lives and I've not seen them since Nashville and that was a good six years ago maybe more vacation friends are some of my favorite friends like there are people that I have met on vacation that I'm still very close with you're a people collector on vacation also I love meeting people on vacation yeah so I and apparently I'm meeting people through your people that you're meeting on vacation because they recently went on a cruise they befriended this gentleman Daniel who lives in the UK and not just like London or anything like that like not a place you would just go out of your way to visit so here's Stephanie and her family on a trade trip in the UK and I'm like oh this is Daniel's town do you want to meet for a drink and does and we hung out with him for the night it was fabulous I mean the jealousy that was happening on this side of the ocean was high how freaking cool is that so much fun all right well that was your first time meeting him too right in person yeah I've only I had only virtually met him so I was like hi I know you call even Nana and you guys talk on FaceTime all the time but I'm her friend I'm a represent representative and I'm in person so this is the likes of Lindsey valenzola who is a lady about town but you're also like you did debate team and you guys were on TV when you were little you and I have talked about this on our radio show before it's gonna break the internet but I am an extrovert by definition you don't say yeah I know shocking Facebook's gonna blow up this point but yeah but you've also you're in public office right now right I mean we're we're inching our way out of that tried it been there done that couldn't help sorry I don't recommend honestly can't can't recommend at least one one star out of five I don't even know that it gets one star obviously zero Stars zero Stars I can't imagine what that's like though in this current world climate of having to deal with emotions that run so high and then very deeply divided people yeah I mean overall it's honestly because it's there's the division of the two parties but then there's division within each of the parties and then just nobody agrees with anything right so that's really and like no one wants to listen to you no one wants to hear your side or the opposite like no one wants to hear someone else's side so it's just arguments constantly and I would lose my mind I just I just want to grab some coffee or maybe a wine and chat like I don't want to have an argument every time I see you I saw your brother I saw your brother post a meeting that you had had as he was about to depart for New York or something like that and he came in like on fire as a human being like he had a trail behind him of smoke and I was like oh yeah I gotta go yeah you guys have a good trip it really boils your blood it's just it's infuriating like try and have think of something that you have the strongest opinion of yeah like coffee is the greatest thing on the planet yeah don't change my mind and then everyone tries to change your mind and you're like no I don't want to hear your opinion on that that's what it is every single time we have a meeting yeah no I can understand why that's not fun it's not fun and as much as I I we yell and scream that we want younger people in politics and younger people to be representatives of ourselves that's you've just shunned another young person who's like I can't handle this yeah I'm not built for this no it's just there's like people that just get so stuck in their ways and don't want to hear any other side of it and it's people that have been in this for a very long time so then yeah you try to get fresh blood and new people in and then everyone's just like well yeah you can't change a 78 year old person's mind so I guess we'll just wait until you either we're waiting for you to shuffle off this Mortal coil it could be could we get it a little faster you know on your terms or on on gods whatever it is all right so that was a no we'll strike that off rtb was like I need to be on a barge singing and dancing I agree rtb I think that that's really Where We Belong it's way more fun I'd rather do that I haven't been on a cruise in a really long time I had booked one and then pandemic happened with you guys yeah you were supposed to be on the Daniel Cruise right I was supposed to be on the Daniel Cruise which is disappointing we ended up in Portugal which we did have a lot of fun so I can't complain about that yeah I try I know I know and we still have little like kids I mean you are right now we've got the boyfriend Eric who I was really excited to meet he had come to one of our video music bingos a couple of weeks ago yeah um the mustache can we talk about this when did this mustache come back in Vogue so he does it like periodically like okay just grow a beer so it's not a forever look it's just a look for a time but so here's the real problem is that his dad's facial is he has the mustache oh so it's the Steve mustache and I'm like it's funny right now but if this continues and you think that's what your face is gonna be I'm out the full beard or it's all gotta go I grew up my dad had that mustache that Tom Selleck mustache so I get it I mean his dad pulls it off but I'm like I I only see your dad now so I can't I can't date your dad this is it's weird me out you guys have been together for a bit now yeah like uh almost two years that's exciting crazy I know and I like I like your relationship you give each other space it's so grown up oh thanks what happens when you start dating in your 30s I think that that's good though you did your all your stuff and had your life and got your career and yeah this is where I'm at and then you were like okay now I'm open to Opportunities I don't think our relationship would be what it is had I not had so much fun in my 20s well I have to tell you that we took a group photo and I posted it and one of my friends cam was like who's he is he single it's like no candy it's not sorry cam I said see the cute little redhead that to his left oh you wanted your man well yeah right exactly I was like oh it's the mustache isn't it totally is yeah I get it I love it so not only is uh he is an attractive man he this is one notch off the belt for me though the pickleball loves it favorite sport so first off can I just say in my town in Mashpee right now we have banned pickleball something or other because of the noise they're inspecting it because they're complaining about the noise how is their noise noise complaints for the ball noise I said when seriously the knot in my backyards we need to stop let's go back to the 78 year olds in a cave rtb uh good morning Eric how are you so they are giving grief to this brand new pickleball court that just opened up because of noise violations for the pickleballs I don't understand it's not loud it's like tennis I said I mean I guess that would drive me crazy if I was right next to it listening to it all day but turn the radio on listen to lemonadeio thank you she needed to come on earlier honestly oh it's on Sundays it's on Sunday well that's why it's God's day God can't listen to pickleball well there were problems also in sandwich with their pickleball courts like everyone's in up in arms about it somebody else got fined for painting the tennis courts pickleball lines on it because they were upset about that I love that everyone's getting in trouble here for it in Nashville people wait hours to play pickle can you please explain to me what the obsession is with this thing I can't but my girlfriend Lisa is obsessed with it she's got several paddles in fact she mailed paddles to herself in California before her visit to her daughter because she wanted to make sure she had stuff so it started out as like an old person sport you know this right it's like tennis for better for Less bad on your knees it was yeah yeah it started as like a sport for the older generation yeah to get them outside and moving yep and then all of a sudden all of these 20 to 30 something boys were like this is a great Sport and they took over and now it's like it's Eric always says it's the sport of the future pickleball is the sport of the future everybody says that it's the tagline but he says it all the time damn it I wish I knew this sooner when I saw him I would have mocked him and ceaselessly I mean Tom Brady did come out and say it I think he like owns owns one of the teams or something now so they have teams like actual teams I guess yeah they're like starting it stop like it's well I mean if they put cornhole on ESPN uh I shouldn't be shocked that they're going to be competitive pickleballers pickleball has been on our TV at the house you're he's part of a group though well yeah his his boy's group chat is called pickleball boys because they just they'll send out a text be like anyone want to play Pickleball it's not me I am I'm in several group chats from Hell within all of my friend groups and then some and now I'm on the board of a non-profit so I'm in that group chat and people just don't respect the rules of the group chat which is like if you've got something to talk with one person about take it out of the group chat yeah like nobody follows any of these rules but if you're in a group chat don't start talking to one person in the group chat when you're addressing the group it's rude I mean pickleball boys I really really wish you knew this when you saw him last week because so many missed opportunities I would have just brought a jar of pickles to be like what I watched a real last night of two dumb boys dude this is the stuff I can't do well these are the things I should be doing while I'm sleeping but I'm not yeah I'm watching dumb things on Tick Tock and reels because I'm scrolling the death Scroll of what's next and I watched two millennials maybe gen Z right denzy I can't keep track of any of these Generations two prior Generations um just sitting there playing pickleball with like the whole outfit like they are Serena Williams and uh I feel like you dressed for it today we're not playing pickleball in the studio tonight I've never played pickleball so I've also never played pickleball cheers we know pickles or balls down here today it's just Lindsay and I you're welcome good morning Junior hi Patricia I hope you guys are having a great day Thursday one day before the weekend I don't know what you have planned apparently fog hats playing at the at the uh Fair up the road tonight fog hats do you know the song Slow Ride take it easy oh yeah that's Foghat oh I don't know how many of them are currently alive and in what geriatric state they're in but they're going to be playing at my County Fair up there well my favorite is like when those bands happen and then it's like their kid has to step in for someone yeah someone's like grandson is out there playing something because but then everybody in the audience did you know that's the nephew of the cousin of the brother and you're like nope but thanks for showing you live in Nashville it's Music City you must come across the most ridiculous of situations I mean trying to think of the best ones I really have started this trend it's so lame every single time I go to tootsies which is like the bar that everyone goes to it's right across the street from like the arena that everyone everybody writes on the wall and then they paint over it the next day like you think you're so special and then it's like a month later your brother wrote a social security number basically and I think your mother was crossing it off it was it was really funny for like the two weeks it was there but it did get painted over so can't steal his identity but that was great yeah steal mine you make it better I'm telling you all right so tootsies which is fabulous yeah he's been to Nashville people will go like oh like your shows and go over the over there so it'll happen on like a random and I have missed Kid Rock Garth Brooks uh Jake Owen like a handful of them just hanging out because I was there and I was sleepy so I went home like a grown-up like an adult because it was 11 on a Tuesday and I needed to be in my bed and at like 11 30 they showed up there are no rules in Nashville with that kind of thing so you can only get those cool situations if you're just awake and at the bars at all hours you've had some other cool situations like you befriended people that were definitely there are so many New England fans there oh yeah there's I mean there's a whole New England bar there yeah there's a lot of fun stuff that happens I mean we all go on Sundays to one bar and it's just packed with people that are either visiting or people that live there that are from New England watching Patriots games it's a blast you're like I'm at home in Nashville I feel like I'm sitting at my couch with my dad watching the game that's awesome yeah and you've um you have had brushes with celebrities somebody attacked me in something from Santa's which um if you've not been to Santa's in Nashville it is an experience um can you still smoke in there oh yeah I it's a trailer in the middle of the woods that people smoke in with the windows closed like Savages from the 70s doing karaoke it's a it's a bar but yeah and you never know what celebrity will pop up and just start singing karaoke which really grinds my gears because I don't want to be singing karaoke after somebody that's famously singing karaoke right you're a famous singer I don't want to come out after you I don't want to go next I work in I.T there's a reason I sing karaoke I love that good morning Gail and Liz no no balls no pickles that's correct you heard right Linda uh your mom pickleball it's all about the clothes skorts I mean I am currently wearing one it's a full dress that's it I love it I'm just here for the fashion oh Mari I'm not saying that the 70s were great but they were in the 70s and um going out to a trailer in the middle of the woods of Nashville which by the way uh one out of Stars Do suggesting taking an Uber out to the middle of the woods not knowing where you are in the South was really an experience and a half for me yeah I'm like are you are you sure there's a bar out here yeah you think you're you're driving out there are you sure it's safe out here there are people where we're going yep it's a nightclub in the middle of nowhere it really is an alternate universe and I definitely suggest going at least once to see it it is um any other brushes with celebs I heard you you ran into one that's kind of not nice I've had a few I uh I'll do the good ones first perfect I like that I was in my one of the apartments that I had when I first moved down there in the pool very cool spots by the way yeah great great places um but I was down there and I was like this girl's voice sounds really familiar to me and then she just kind of swims up next to me and asks if the chair next to me is empty and I was like yeah absolutely I mean of course it is because I'm pretty sure you're famous and then she keeps to be fair if she wasn't Lindsay would have been like come on let's go we're gonna be friends yeah I mean or we're not again the extrovert thing but I so she like swims up next to me and I'm like are you Lauren Elena she's like yeah I am stop I wouldn't know I wouldn't know her if she fell on me I know her voice though she well that was what like got me first but then I started seeing her like I started following her on Instagram she sounds like a dad she's adorable so sweet we chatted for like two hours her the the drummer in her band's girlfriend now wife I see this is what happens was my cat sitter had no idea you never know who's famous in Nashville that's also true or who's gonna get famous yeah that's why you just befriend everybody just in case cover your basis yeah so that's cool that's a good story that was a good one because she was really really nice and then I saw Kelsey ballerini but I didn't say anything and it's a big regret oh I know see see something say something if you're there might as well I mean there's this whole like Unwritten rule where you're not supposed to bother the celebrities in Nashville if you live there because you they want to live their life and you know what I disagree but just saying hi to somebody that you don't have to be all like weird about it you're famous Talladega Nights I made you famous by listening to your correct take a picture right and she definitely would have like yeah I've heard great things she's super sweet so I it's a big regret but it's it's all right um rtb you saw me when I got really excited about beating bow and yang and I was like having a panic attack and I waited for him to eat his entire ice cream basically and just like sat standing near him around him waiting for him to finish and finish his phone call and finish his friends and and I was like okay now can we hi it's me that's just been staring at you while you're eating your ice cream code could we have a photo together I love you so yeah okay I was that weird I couldn't help it the other week we were last week we were at tugboats and I saw a couple of the guys from barcel Sports yeah and I was like oh man didn't go over still thinking about it like why didn't I do it do the thing just say it just say something that's it eat the dessert go to the places say hello to the celebrities do the thing yeah just do it you only got one hi Cindy good morning hey Rick I met Larry Bird he was just let's say unpleasant oh no that's so disappointing but maybe they were having an off day I always try and give people a little bit of leeway but not much I feel like you can gauge their personality by just a few words I don't give Chris Young the benefit of the doubt let's hear this story I've not heard the story okay so he he very much likes to frequent the bars in Nashville which is great yeah the bars bar scene is fun so on Sundays it's a really big day to go out and just hit all the bars it used to be bigger than it is now because you used to not be able to buy alcohol on Sundays oh so people would be like well I can't Day drink out on whatever so I have to go out gotcha so he would always go to this one bar that had this great band and he would make them section off for him so he had his own personal little section because the bar would get packed everyone wanted to go there the band is super fun so he'd section off a little piece for himself and maybe one to two friends okay so people will go up to him and be like hey I love your music big fan can I get in your square and not even wanting to get in the spirit just wanting to say hi yep no that's so weird he just said no all the time don't go out if you don't want to be social go home and be in your bubbles don't create a bubble in there I witnessed it yeah I didn't go over because I'd heard this and I was like I don't need to be right I mean to be mean today I don't need my New England coming out because you knew better yeah I knew what would happen if I walked over and he was mean to me yeah Rick no he's a dink I love that word no Lindsay's a tank dual income no kids right it's a good life I don't have it I'm jealous so you didn't go up to him I did not but I watched somebody else go up to him and he basically was just like you know man I'm just here to enjoy the music and be with my friends so I'd really appreciate if you left me alone and you know what I have to say to that you know what Chris Young you'd only be in that square for these people that's it enjoy your Square yeah alone miserable bee so I stopped I I stopped listening to him and then told everyone in my life I love that so we're never listening to Chris Young again I don't care how much of a banger you have right now we don't care Chris who we don't know you plenty of Chris's in the world um so nobody won power um mega millions or was it Powerball who's not I know I'm not a billionaire this morning that's all I know Eva we're looking at you right did you win we'd already know we'd wake her up she'd she'd she'd let us know well she the other day I'm not telling anybody all right I'm gonna tell you hey buddy she's like she's I don't know which one she played I think she's like the Powerball is up to 900 million nobody won no I walked into work and said my numbers didn't win no one told me that the drawing was later that night uh so she could be winning that's it not today someone in California won 1.3 billion dollars California feel free to fall into the ocean now uh as you can see my face is sloughing off I apologize I hit a ton of moisturizer yesterday but I had my first sunburn of the year and uh I really I have not been seeing this on and I thought it was being really good I always have SPF on my face but spent a little bit too much time out there and so I'm now peeling a little bit not as gross as my disgusting husband who pulled over yesterday stopped at the dollar store to get a back scratcher and then proceeded to scratch his back while I'm having a board meeting in the car on my cell phone and he's sloughing skin to where it's like snowing in the car and I'm ingesting it do you know how absolutely wretchedly disgusting this is I'm apologizing to you right now if I'm ruining your morning everyone just skip the morning coffee out they're like oh my afternoon went yesterday you're welcome everybody make sure your sunscreen's on and make sure it's fresh and not uh last year's sunscreen that's it I did like three times poor corny hid the slots of the chair that he was sitting in on his back he had to go to football camp this week and then we forgot them poor kid we've burned him and then forgotten them at least at least the Saving Grace here is that you didn't forget him before you went to Maine so that's true that's true it could have been much worse my kids would be fine in that Home Alone situation they'd be like take your time oh yeah don't rush home be honest I probably would have preferred it we got this I know how to use the air fryer I can feed myself hahaha they would be perfectly content with us gone yeah yeah oh yeah it'd only be after like four or five days where nobody did the dishes because it's one of the Flies up in here and uh no one felt like taking the dog out for a walk so here are you the magical fairy then oh yeah oh yeah it's one of my favorite Trends that's happening right now where people are just posting these videos about how like the husband walks over and he's like let me fill you in on a secret if you put your dishes right here they magically disappear and that's the wife's face in every single video a hundred percent I saw the meme yesterday from what was it The Shining with the two little twins oh yeah and the person on a tricycle at the beginning and it was like me just trying to live my f in life and it was the twins dishes laundry and I was like absolutely I've never related to something so much my entire life I paid Lily because she was supposed to work yesterday she cleans houses and so um the person that she was supposed to clean for yesterday canceled because they are having some sort of birthday thing so I was like you know what how much do you get paid 18 an hour I'll pay 18 an hour clean the downstairs all right but I'm not doing dishes and I'm not doing this and maybe I'll get the baseboards tomorrow but I'm definitely not doing this I felt like I was negotiating with like Merry Maids I just asked you to do it if you need the deep clean it's gonna be an additional 10 charge and then Legit by the end of it I had a contract that I didn't want to sign and I just said forget it you're like never mind I'll keep my money and do this honestly I do every day um someone in Massachusetts won one million dollars Rhode Island somebody won two million dollars so it well it's just not us good morning Andrew thanks for joining us uh it's not me because I didn't play no right so that's where I am oh I did I always throw my hat in big ones which is such a joke because that's the least amount of time you're gonna win right usually it's people that know or follow like rtb has a spreadsheet of how do I get in on that spreadsheet well yeah talk to the man if you want she wants to make a donation to the spreadsheet maybe you can spread the wealth rtb and I are too cute to be poor so we need to win one of these things yeah we need a windfall I have a really cute pickleball dress that I need to show she's ready to go we'll send her to go collect our winnings and we'll quietly just count our money behind her yeah I like it she's the winner she's the face of it let me have my millions and leave me alone on my little Private Island so this is always my question if you did win would you tell people like including family members like everyone would know it's Massachusetts so we would have to be identified at some point that's the rules here you can't hide your face no you I mean you can't hide anything that's no no I live out loud everyone's gonna know everyone's gonna want something I'm just gonna have to magically disappear which is why the day before yesterday I said the first thing I would do is hire security and then I would go about my life talks to security I'd walk around like I was somebody important even though I wasn't you would be at that point well I'd just be in my own little world I could buy people if I wanted to isn't that horrifying because buying friends that's it you need to be my friend for this purpose here you go here's your money do your job even with the legal rep to pick up the check yeah I think you still have to identify yourself I know Massachusetts thanks a lot for that um so hot off the presses everybody do yourself a favor and Google Barbie right now I don't know if it's just Barbie or Barbie movie did you do oh you did Barbie I night and then the people from Oppenheimer walked out of the movie premiere they called the Bittersweet but when you're going up against a movie like Barbie and they're beating you I would have walked out too no one cares yeah like I don't know if that's really much of a strike I mean when you're not getting the press that Barbie's getting you know what you can't argue with Barbie she's been around actually here's a fun story for you up here's something that's happening so I Eric's family his brother and sister-in-law and their two kids came down to visit us and we the kids are like nine and nine and ten or eight and nine whatever yeah so they need to release some energy at this age so we're like all right let's go on a hike I bring them to a place I go hiking all the time we're walking down this like little woods path a six foot snake I knew it goes across the path so I panicked I texted my brother who hates snakes more than I do I had actually left left my family behind me I was like I ran got myself to concrete I was sweating crying a little bit hyperventilating because a six this is not an exaggeration I know I can add a little flare sometimes but it was six feet no when it's hot like that that's it they're they're out to play and like apparently the big ones are all there so oh we've finally get me out of there because now we're like halfway through the woods and I can't figure out how to get out and I'm just panicking and so a hundred percent with reason and cause yeah Eric's brother has to find us a way out on the concrete path because I refuse to go through the woods so his parents come to visit us this was back in June his parents come to visit us in the early like beginning of July and I had texted Michael after the snake incident and he said well I can tell you one thing the only mountains I'm climbing are the bars on Broadway because I am not going into the woods in the state of Tennessee amen fair point so then we're we're down on Broadway I'm with his parents and we are walking and as I'm walking I see this man with a boa constrictor around him and I thankfully in that moment was right next to a store so I just went nope he lined it into the store Eric's parents are like what just happened and then they all see the snake and so then they come in check on me make sure I'm okay and I was like I I thought I was safe where all of these like weird seedy people are that's it but I'm not but there's still snakes here so yeah all the weirdos are out all the time even the guys get better and out of it we need a Xanax it's something the weirdo snake guy is around so watch out for him when he's on Broadway that's awesome oh gross yeah yeah you never know what you're gonna get when you walk down Broadway honestly real it's really rolling the dice I mean I thought the normals were like the Donald Trump and the Hillary Clinton dress ups with like the big huge like face masks yeah they're always there apparently it's a snake guy yep perfect great love that Broadway again I hate snakes I was just talking about this with MacKenzie um my oldest yesterday one of our friends is a I think it's an ornithologist herpetologist her butt never looked into it so I couldn't tell you either way that's their job like they play with snakes and I was like oh could you think of anything more wretched in your entire life I just don't like them I don't I I don't like them I know they serve a good purpose but like if that purpose could be 100 feet away from me yeah so anyone thinking about hiking in Tennessee in the hot hot weather on top because some people love the celebrity questions and some people hate them oh okay Sports seems to be the one that most people go for well I would only be able to answer the pickleball question that's all she got but I love rolling up to Shipwrecked which is the old BBC which is right on the Falmouth Heights Road right where they had all of the to do on the fourth of July where everybody lost their damn mind our Cape Cod Times wrote an article about how parents need to talk to their children about behaving in public that's how bad apparently teenagers were spitting on cop cars smashing bottles like this is the the behavior of teens hundreds of them so it was an angry mob of teens misbehaving and then the fireworks didn't happen because the clouds so then they just basically rioted at nights and I can laugh I'm not laughing about it because I know it's horrible and I had somebody that was absolutely very upset with me because I posted a video of another teen mob situation three beaches away where it was I'll show you the video afterwards it was bananas the amount of wild 16 17 18 year old kids I'm like where did they come from first off yeah but in the ages of social media where it's not one friend telling their other friend there's a party for this town it's everyone it's everyone that was on Cape Cod happened to be down in Falmouth causing a ruckus this is also where the Falmouth Road Race finishes right there at the Finish okay um so what Stephanie likes to do uh before trivia is walk the beach with my noise makers I'm like trivia trivia and I you know what it usually brings some of the boys to the yard we have a really good time I mean I'm pretty sure if I saw you walking down the beach with a noisemaker telling me to come do trivia crackers where is she going she seems fun let's go do this I mean I've said it once I've said it a million times I will follow you anywhere so to trivia it is we did a fundraiser for Lindsay she has run the Boston Marathon not once but twice and you ran for Teddy's team so maybe talk about Teddy's team just a little bit because uh you've done quite a substantial amount of fundraising for teddies yeah Teddy's team is a great organization um so it's Teddy brewski so for all of you Patriots fans he started an organization back in 2005 raising awareness for strokes and stroke symptoms and kind of trying to get rid of the stigma of around who could have a stroke and what what stroke symptoms were because years ago no one really thought anyone of a younger age could happen right it's usually you're abusing your body or a medical condition and that's not the case whatsoever it's anyone can have it from babies to and you're aunt had a stroke stroke yeah actually the same year so he does a great job at raising money they used to do the Falmouth Road Race too where they'd raise money and funds there so they have been able to take the organization over the last almost 20 years to be so much more than what he originally intended it for and they've been able to actually put an entire Wing in um I want to say it's Beth Israel Hospital but into the hospital where it is all geared towards stroke victims amazing so it's an entire wing of the hospital that is once you're you know finances run out from your health insurance that you have you can go there and still continue care because your care doesn't end once your health insurance does so they want to be able to make sure that you can get all the care that you need um so it's just an amazing organization and I have been so happy to be able to raise almost forty thousand dollars insane incredible yeah yeah I'm like I have Applause here yeah but I mean couldn't speak more highly of Heidi and Teddy they're just amazing people and the organization is fantastic volleyball coach of my my former high school team so she is she's pretty awesome she is the best like honestly once you get to know both of them I love both of them and I love that their children went to my high school I was like yeah yeah they're they're so great they're so down to earth and she I mean we all might love her more than Teddy yeah he has the Celeb aspect but she is just so great yeah she's a magical human yeah last year I got injured during marathon and I had very much intended to be a one Lindsay you she were she was hurt before she even started the race so I was very nervous for you to complete the Boston Marathon I saw you the weekend before Oh yeah and I was still trying to train and I was like my knees hurting a little I should be okay I was like yeah she's gonna do it huh oh sure did yep yeah yeah so I finished took me almost six and a half six 45 hours ish I can't imagine putting my body through six and a half hours of that yeah it was not fun yeah I finished and I and what the hell made you do it again whenever I heard you were doing it again she's insane this is why she's crazy because I finished and I was like that was miserable I don't ever want to do that again this is truly terrible everything in me hurts but then I walked into the room and like Heidi and Teddy are there all of my teammates are there they're all cheering for me and Teddy like I think my mom ended up telling Teddy like that I got injured and what happened and he came over to me and he gave me like the pep talk of all pep talks and then imagine getting a pep talk from Teddy brewski how amazing was that picture it ten times better obviously clearly great because you did it again so so I was like getting this pep talk from him and I was just he's like don't worry about the time it took you finished the race like you did this you deserved that medal don't let anyone take anything away from you I mean just like in awe just sitting there right is this real life running being like is this what being dead feels like yeah I feel like that that's what it is so then before I could really think about the words they came out of my mouth and said well I can't go out like that so I guess I'll see you next year and you can't lie to Teddy brewski I mean Teddy and Heidi are standing right there I was like oh I can't lie damn it year two but Heidi remembered it she came up to me and she's like I will never forget you looking at me right after you finished last year and saying you're doing it again she was like and here you are I was like really glad you remember it you're so much better spirits shape yeah and and finished how how this year I mean it still took me a very long I really wanted to enjoy the race yeah I pitched to see everyone along the Route and I you know I was not trying to get a really good time so it took me like five hours and 40 minutes which was almost an hour earlier than what I had finished the year prior being injured and I like I said was able to stop everywhere yeah and like still hang out and like walk around and like go out to dinner afterwards it wasn't like you were maimed yeah and like I don't want to talk to people I mean don't get me wrong I was still hurting yeah you can't run 26 miles in pain but yeah I just had a better training schedule incredible I cannot so thank you so much for everything that you did and forty thousand dollars is insane yeah I mean are you done now is that out of your system I'm definitely done with Boston okay running for sure I never want to do it again it is like I'm good very hard race I completed it got the race that I wanted but I am never gonna be done with Teddy's team that organization is so incredible I will stay doing stuff with them forever that's awesome yeah and that was not the only Teddy's team fundraiser that I got to be part of yeah so there was somebody else from your team and that it was just really incredible work that they do and I know that they mean it and I know that they work hard for it so it's really nice to work with people like that it is truly exciting um all right well we've yapped on for an hour oh good work key your brother very determined or stubborn it's a bit of both yeah I mean why can't people let me live my life well I know you've got dogs to sit and work things to do so I really appreciate
