that's exciting area yeah exactly we're not going there yet it isn't a graduation weekend so um today we're here at knock about it is our first name Market The Bakers were excited that uh it's not on here and not about um are you ready for energy healing yet yeah right did you read me from across the room or what yeah so I get CBD products I have all kinds of wonderful organic natural CBD products made here on Cape Cod and I hope people come on by because it's gonna be a great day and with your purchase you get a free energy dishes I love your little setup over here yeah but Gypsy tents uh I'm a big fan of it I saw the making of the Gypsy 10 I'm not gonna give away your secrets but I really enjoyed it and I'm like why have I never thought of that you're so creative I just needed a cool place to presented so honestly in any Endeavor that you ever seem to come across you find yourself in a creative beautiful space ridiculous well I'm in this transfer yeah you know last summer she took this amazing trip to Spain and I saw how much that has changed your trajectory and your Wellness path absolutely so I mean I've always been an educator so now I'm a CV educator on top of a media educator and um come back into your own body and a lot of students that were veterans that uh you know there's drugs there's Pharmaceuticals and the dependence was really unfortunately that's what the VA does is they like they like just dump a lot of meditation so I wanted to do the CBD Journey especially because I started using it it worked for me it worked for my husband but we were again at the disposery and it was awesome so you know there's no THC in these products there's no THC and then I could make it organically I can make it organically I can make it cheaper and I can make it more accessible and plus instead of buying from a big company you get the benefit of working directly with me because I will make it and I do love that because if you were like look I've got this I've got this I've got this wrong with me you can kind of craft it to the person specifically which I think is really important no I'm really excited yeah and I love that you call them hippie dips I just I love it it's so fast this is like the guys that do Jiu Jitsu puppies oh I'm pretty easy to find so come on by and see these yay all right she's got her hippie Tech you'll not be able to it is that you do all right so my business is newly launched I just wrapped up the referral program and it is from places faces and I am a joy Seeker I'm an artist a face cleaner and I am simply trying to help people find their jewelry it's crazy but yeah that's what I do I love it you'll find her in many spaces and you've got plants that you sell you've got resin artwork and you're working on this GoFundMe right now sort of situated yeah you have this dream you have this Vision talking about it I love it so I didn't imagine that any of this would happen first part I mean I met you through the kindness Festival yeah and then when I joined eater all I completely pivoted and now the mentors make me realize that I gotta get out of my comfort zone and just start traveling so I was originally looking at brick and mortar and I realized I'm not supposed to be grounded right so instead of trying to help people come to me which is really difficult for a lot of people yeah I am investing in a 1974 75 VW bus I love it oh I'm so jealous so that we can take this mission on the road um I'd like to visit homeless shelters rec centers places where people can't always get out and find joy and we're going to bring a little joy to them and you're bringing a little joy to us here at knock about today we're doing some face skating but I love what you wrote on the Facebook for what you said today so tell everybody what you're doing yeah so when I do events like this when I hooked up with really cool people um I love to give back I mean I am a sucker for giving things away and I've kind of learned you know I have to turn this into a business I'm going to make the financial part in other ways but when I do events like this I like to give back and it's a tip waste so what that means is people can donate a tip if they're able to um and if not if that's not in the cards for you to be able to spend a little extra money on face painting don't hesitate to come visit me I am inclusion for all I want people to come by the table don't hesitate to have a little bit of baseball come on over and um you just painted a picture for me because I remember being a kid and you know my mom didn't have that five bucks or that ten bucks in her pocket and I couldn't get something it was it sat with me yeah like I remember that moment of not having whatever their kids and extra expensive yeah well I'm like no you can't really do that because we've got to put food on the table and yeah some people are like I love what you're doing here take all my money yeah and so those are the people I put the money in a reserve and it's for kids to join classes workshops any events that I'm doing so incredible I mean I really definitely suggest that you swim through me Lauren if nothing else and the kids get their face painted and bring a little joy to your good movies Sunday it's been cold it's been rainy and we're ready to get up and out it's cloudy but there is so much pursuing my crystalline dream since um I have to make crystal wreaths all with different intentions um I also make crystal attention packs also with different attention grounding self-love abundance chakras I got it all I love that now to someone that has no idea the words that you just said tell them a little bit about what the crystals do they're pretty shiny things yeah right um so what they do is crystals carry different frequencies and vibrations and they are completely stable minerals they're perfectly aligned um geometrically inside so they take us completely unstable beings emotional roller coasters I love that that's exactly what we are it is hot Mass expressly affected by different energy so they the pistols bring our energy up to their vibrations or down to their vibrations depending on what our energy means I never knew anything about it and then my daughters are like putting them in every aspect of my life and I'm like oh do I need that they're like yes you do yes you please reach out to us during the weekend we'll set you up and uh we'll get you a little space here we're doing another one on the 25th I believe and then uh two in July two in August and as we grow we'll see so uh some of the ipas that they've got here there are seltzers or absolutely delicious I definitely suggest you have a little pots and sunshine that's also another one of my favorites they're strawberry daiquiri and delicious as well um I wanted to see if we could get everything Erin will you please demonstrate your bags come on she did the best demonstration of how to use the bag and I ordered one special made comes get that one on you gotta come and see it for yourself it's pretty fantastic but I ordered one because I'm always that person that this is my purse we have behind it drags on the ground uh pretty much wherever I go I lose my day first so I want Aaron to come and show this bag come over on this side yeah you can cross it you can cross me just started the business um so this is one that's kind of special order it's called the swing bag because you can wear it on your back which I love and you put it on your left hand side swing it through you just unzip which I also love because you always need a crossbody because I can't deal with my hands get it right back up so you're right back on your back you're supposed to go especially like when you have to go to the bathroom in a public restroom and you don't have a hook there's no emotions going on it's totally out of the way you can sit right down you don't even have to hang it up yeah that was Stephanie's favorite thing it was I was like wait a minute that's life-changing right there but also talk to my husband about the amount of times that I lose my purse on a regular and I've been using this tiny little thing that he got it's basically a pocket with a strap on it yeah that um I used in Europe so that I could shove it in my shirt that's lip but I leave it everywhere now when I take it off I'm like oh here we go I have one that hangs up right up to fix the camera a little bit just because uh yeah thank you I appreciate it it's really stressful dead oh no yes Lily lady LaRue more contemporary Ceramics to um yeah he's a little lacking so hopefully trying to change something so show us one of your pieces which I love this is a leg mug so the handle is a character's leg and then I've got all their little different outfits going on um it is functional too yeah now you also do workshops yes um so I do kids workshops I've been doing them libraries and then I also do some adult themed workshops we have an adult themed Valentine's Day Workshop so fun yes um doesn't want to make ceramic boots I mean come on um we skip a little wine we get a little funky and everybody has a good time so fun now when people find you and order some of your stuff or look at your crafts because they are handmade and pretty much One of a Kind right yeah so I'm pretty active on Instagram um and Mashpee this is our first makers around your last week so then December um next Maker's Market we're gonna have the food element so we'll have a farmer's market from local farms we're also going to have Midnight Hour doing their Scala pickup so I definitely suggest that you figure out where uh Lake Ave is in Nashville you can come and see us it's the old school restaurant just in case you're
