hey yeah you guys can line up over there no it's a rolling trot guys it's a 05k it's it's not a real race it's a rolling drought take your time you can walk with your beer if you want to yes go walk with your beer there you go you're looking all festive perfect hey everybody what's up Sunday Funday we're here at knockabout and uh it's our 0 5K yes point point 5K not an actual 5K no I mapped out the route this morning I actually had like one of those step Walker things that was like the most amount of work I've done in a while like bent over sidewalk chalk makeing little arrows hi good morning go slow out there so yeah we're here Sunday fnday knock about l g 13 Lake G for our candy Trot we are collecting candy that you're sick of looking at it's sitting around the house maybe it's your least favorite candy as long as it doesn't have anything wrong with it not even going to get into that whole situation that is being investigated right now in Sandwich if you know you know it's a little crazy so we're going to be here until 1:00 this race is a rolling race you just follow the chocked out outlines you can do it while you're holding your be here you get yourself a little sticker also if you bring some candy that you are are are unwan that we're going to use for our gingerbread houses I'll give you a brand new toothbrush um and we have those while supplies last also the first person to finish will win themselves a brand new little water bottle and also little piggies flying socks so that's our first place finisher to finish our little candy Trot today is world run day so while some people are running the New York Marathon today we are here doing little Trot right around knockout couple of laps and you'll be drinking a beer and they've got some really good Libations on to right now they've got some great snacks uh hopefully everyone's feeling refreshed from that whole extra hour I had the new car I haven't had the opportunity to change the time that was pretty easy for me so shout out to our friends over at cap and Islands Kia um how's everybody Sunday funay rolling for them did you get to sleep in at least hopefully you're not working super hard today yeah we're just having a relaxing time here grab yourself a beer hey Sarah thanks for joining us trying to see what we've got going on this week because I know we've got a lot of fun guests I know Hank's gonna come on by his Jazz show by the way was really good we were listening to the tail end of it so that was uh that was pretty fun oh no I have to hear myself I don't I don't I don't need to do that I hear myself just enough so we'll be here until 1 o'clock if you want to swing through um grab yourself a beer do our little candy Trot and hang out with us from lemon Ado uh don't forget download the app take us with you wherever you go and you can listen to us on Alexa play lemon Ado radio all you have to do is enable your skill come on by get a sticker and we can all drown oursel and probably watching the Pats L today there's a hope have a good day we
