for the summer yeah I mean it was what saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book I I really stopped at book CL I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual I just had a visual I had a proud of it cheers happy Sunday funay to you we're here at knockout 13 Lake AB in Mash B and it's Kegs and Eggs one of our favorites we've been doing this every other week and when I say we I mean Robbie um so thank you Robbie back behind the bar today cheers here's my friends yeah right it is National cocktail day at the brewery well there are carfts of mimosas so if you care to jump into one of those and feel cocktail is then definitely swing on through I've got our uh arts and crafts basket over there too so we got little people and just need to warm up I walked outside today and I was like oh hell no I was not having it spring and freezing outside I'm like this is supposed to be spring it's not spring it's free reason last night was treacherous I was at our adult Rock night over at the Charles M Arina got to hang out with my eforall uh Brethren Mariah from Wildwater Collective and it was ice skating super fun some Throwbacks and we had a really good time until it was time to drive home and I was driving home in the Deluge down six which was freaking scary even in Cliff's car I was like hydrop planting a little bit kind of terrifying white knuckling all the way home but we made it had a good time last night raised some money for eforall and also the cap on oldtimers a salong boarding competition scholarships so we had some fun there I know a lot of our friends are over at any can this weekend hope you're having a blast I am about to jump into a little beach chair over here it's good it's good tomorrow is canning day here at knockabout if you've never been definitely suggest that you put it on your list of places to go this summer we've got coming up April 7th and I want you to save this for um a date that you're going to want to come by because we got a lot going on it's our first Makers Market we've got a lot of new fresh faces and new businesses uh we've got some food we've got pickles we've got artists so I'm really looking forward to that and uh we've got a couple of other events going on there hey guys what's going on thanks for joining us this morning full house over here with uh Kegs and Eggs Robbie does a good job I actually had a dream about the the scrambled eggs that we put on those tacos I woke up this morning I was like Cliff will you make me those he went downstairs and was like Cody ate a dozen eggs last night so while we were ice skating my son ate a dozen eggs literal Beast anyway you can get them here and they're so stinking good um so April 7th put that on your calendar we have a fundra are going on here at knockabout for our Ruck for hit team it's my favorite it is my team Hazard I love them to pieces I know Craig has been making chuty boards from hand we're going to be using those as auction items so we've got the makers we've got our fundraiser going on for Ruck for hit and also Meg who is one of the Brewers here uh Meg led a team of us fabulous females to do a lady Brew it's you know women's history month and it was mass Brewing last week so we brewed a batch of beer it's called Knockin Boots for the pig boot society and that's going to be released April 7th so you'll be able to come and try our ladies Brew which is fabulous it's tasting really good it's not even um carbonated yet and I had like a little taste of it as it's being made and uh I got to tell you it's quite good that will be also April 7th so definitely mark your calendars for that as far as events go we have a million in five of them but I did want to mention the fact that knockabout is being honored this week so I'm also in one of my dueling hats on the mashby chamber and we have our annual meeting coming up which is totally sold out really exciting stuff happening in the town of mash and uh nakaba is being honored for their Community impact award which I got to tell you we have been doing some amazing things at this Brewery and Megan P have fostered a lot of greatness here in this community so I'm really excited to honor them as well as Cindy who runs heroes in trans transition so another organization near and dear to my heart Cindy Jones is going to be there she is our overall Honore super exciting stuff we're doing here in the town of mashby this week so fun stuff happy Palm Sunday to you also yes we talked about it national cocktail day next weekend is Easter and knock is not missing a chance to let you meet the Easter Bunny that's going to be this Saturday they're going to have a Sunday bar and uh bring the kids we've got an awesome Easter Bunny there's going to be an egg hunt and hopefully the weather is a lot warmer than it is right now it's brutal out there right now um but they'll be hiding eggs throughout the entire property here at knockabout so just to see The Joy on little people's faces makes my heart happy now I don't have anybody little anymore so it's exciting to have them running all around here I had a woman last week she's like we ring with children I was like this is the best place to let them run wild you got 4,000 baby sitters and everybody is just keeping an eye on your child so it's not to say you can just let them run free I did not say that some other things that we've got going on we are looking for a host here at lemon Ado we've got tons of trivia requests tons of Music Bingo requests and I am loving the fact that we've got some fabulous females on our staff we're looking to grow our group of hosts so if you think that this is something that you might want to do is host a trivia night write some trivia um show up at a music bingo and play some good tunes and interact with people we give you the prizes we teach you how to do it so you don't necessarily need equipment or training you just need a good attitude and a love for people and that we pray pretty well and uh we're we're growing like I said so really looking for our next host with us at lemonade if this is something that you think you might want to do or use as a side hustle please come along with us let's see who's with us this morning Joanna are you at home or are you still at any can freezing there it's toasty inside the brewery I got to tell you they're brewing and it's warming up the whole building so we got a full house already for our Kegs and Eggs and uh this week the NFL draft is happening I don't know if you've already thrown your NCAA brackets in the trash for March Madness but if you haven't yet you can come on down we've got the NFL draft and they've got BRS and hot dogs that they're doing buy one get one so that's also a fun event music Bingo here is Madonna versus MJ so that'll be a good fun night here on Wednesday there's always something going on whether it's open mic night or if you're looking for something to do you can follow knockabout on social media and our events calendar events on kate.com that's where you can keep up with what's going on in lemon Ado stop mocking me behind the camera know Cliff always likes to mock behind the camera but I you know know we're all rooting for Cliff to come on in front of the camera every once in a while likes to talk a lot of smack back there any can ended yesterday great convention did you go to any of the parties curious I had Dave working on our new logo exciting news with lemon Ado we have started our nonprofit it's lemon Aid and uh we are propagating Community Voices looking forward to working with our community a little bit more on that one and stay tuned for that we are also looking for people to help be on the radio station and this is something that we're going to be working with our nonprofit for so if you want to do a show if you want to host an event if you want to come and just hang out with us please we suggest you do so full list of activities this week events on cape.com we'll be here at knockabout until 1 o'clock with our arts and crafts hegs and eggs Go in all day until they run out so swing on through grab a bite to eat after church uh or wherever it is that you Sunday brings you to I think we have to go help a friend move what age does that stop actually I think Cliff just has to look at their their uh internet issues just walking away right now looking at me like you're giving me activities to do on a Sunday I don't want to do that I know it's always something either way join us this week and uh I'll be at knockabout until I don't know a little bit after 1:00 this goes on all day Kegs and Eggs 13 Lake AB in Mash P look forward to our Mash P farmers market that is coming just got word that we got another Farm involved and I'm super excited to talk about it as well as everything that is going on with the enterprise we have got a little
