I know the first yep that's Millie Bobby Brown yeah right hey shut me off I don't need to hear myself over there you're back hey guys what's going on happy Sunday fond day we're here at knockabout I survived the weekend if you were uh keeping track of where I was this weekend good luck I barely was I got to shout out Julia who is our cleanup crew um absolutely made it happen for us over this weekend while we did Ruck for hit shout out to my team uh some of my team members will actually be here later on today just having a beer as we decompressed I know Jed was back out there running with his ruck sack on and his dog today you mental patient but uh if you're not familiar with heroes in transition it's an incredible organization that uh does a lot of community outreach for our military personnel and uh they're really wonderful we did Heroes in transition this year we had 20 teams 20 traversing the cape with their Rock sacks on and uh I'm sure you saw it at some point out there wondering what the hell these people are doing in white Vans driving all over the cape that was us um so yeah we survived that dance Marathon was wonderful we had the most participation we have ever had which is incredible we had 370 pre-s signups so many Dance Studios from across the cape that were a part of this and it was all raising money for the women's early detection fund which is right here on Cape Cod and that is paying for mammograms and paying for DNA testing for women on the cape where it's not covered in your insurance whether it's maybe you're too young maybe you have a bad insurance plan either way it was like so incredible to watch these dance studios show up fully costumed and just have a good time it really was just so it makes my heart sing and then I rounded out my day we raised some money for sturis and uh I was over at the dine and dance at the Navigator raising money for Tommy's place and kind hearts for kids the amount of people that I saw over the weekend was just absolutely incredible pouring their money their time their hearts into so many incredible nonprofits here on the cape so I just want to shout out everybody that is out there uh really showing up for our fellow people it's pretty awesome I'm here at knockabout Sunday Funday 13 Lake a we have our mixer going on and this is if you're 55 plus and want to meet people in a safe environment come have a beer we've got our Smash Burger truck that is outside so you can grab a bite to eat I know a few of my uh Ruck members are coming over we've got some great beers on draft I don't know how much long we're going to have Knockin Boots because uh we're running low uh we're just incredibly grateful to be here today so we'll be here until 2 o'clock if you want to swing on by have a brew with us grab yourself a Smashburger ketchup we're also raising some money for our new nonprofit lemonade which is started the mashby farmers market so we need all kinds of things but we're doing some Wellness programming to be able to offer you some free yoga we've got our sensory hour so the first hour of every single Market will be uh quiet so you can come and you can shop before there's entertainment before there's all kinds of just craziness get your food we've got scallops for Midnight Hour we've got fishing vessels we've got chadam Harvesters that is going to be joining us we've got to Silva Farms that is coming with eggs and chicken we've got wine D Farms that is coming with meat um we have produce Thank you very much to Tony Andrews farms for showing up and just saying Steph what do you need which I am so thankful for cap and Islands produce which is a brand new um farmer that is out of hyanis she is going to be coming every single week with all kinds of fruits vegetables ethnic vegetables I'm thrilled to have a little Variety in our diets also we do have our Wick Farmers Market coupons so if you want to shop with those at some point this summer that's going to be available honey and uh we heard mushrooms so that's in talks this week we're really having an incredible outpouring of people makers especially will have soaps jams biscuits uh I can't even tell you the amount of food that we're going to have it's going to be pretty awesome so this is going to be weekly in knockabout Sister location their beer garden which is in the mash P Commons so it'll be right over there with tons of food every single week makers and also uh just raising some money for our Town's people we've got the giving table which will be out and if you want to drop off a Food donation for the food pantry in mashby we will happily accept that also if you need something please come and take something off the giving table I'll leave it there questions not asked at all come bring something take something if you need it then take it uh we really want this to be a wonderful welcoming community space to be able to be used we've got kids programming from o play bis and she is wonderful she's a retired teacher Lauren does incredible things for our community just giving birthday parties to kids and a place for people to gather so she is a killer face painter and she'll be there as well we have uh um I gotta give a shout out to she Rises Victoria is incredible it's a new she's working towards her nonprofit status but just connecting some of our youth females with some programming for leadership and empowerment in a place to go which is amazing so Victoria is going to be leading some yoga for us uh it's just really wonderful the amount of people that have poured into our community here in mashby and have said what can I do how can I help where can I be what are we doing and really showing up and meant it so that's been personally gratifying for me to be the person that's the hub for all of this um so yeah we're here at mashby 13 Lake EV come and grab yourself a brew grabb yourself a bite if you want to meet some people we're here for you we'll be here until 2 o'clock and uh you can come and grab a beer card from us and uh make a donation to Lemonade we need signage um we need to pay our volunteers a little bit of money we are working towards our SNAP benefits so we need someone to actually be accountable for it and we need an iPad for that we're doing our power of produce program so that every kid can come get a token and they get to bring it to one of the farmers and try a fruit or a vegetable that they've never had before and at the end of the summer we're gonna have a party we've got themed weeks every single week we've got wingstock our friend is going to be coming and doing wings and what's better than wings and beer pretty much nothing it's the food of life for me anyway it's my favorite I would love to see you out at one of
