what saraphina and I were in a entrepreneurial book club where Stephanie never read the right book and Stephanie was terrible at this book club I really Su I did not fabulous I'm what I just had a visual proud of it well I guess it's a story of better late and never Hank that's right you see the kiss of death was I put up on the on the Facebook page that we're GNA start at 7 just should have left it alone and here we are we're on time we're only a couple minutes late for 7:30 it's within the 7 o'clock region that's right thanks for waiting folks oh my gosh well I'm out here in Framingham and I'm getting ready for a full day of hanging out with other uh Farmers Market managers and hearing all about the world of food lovely and sustainability so that should be interesting for my day yep yep where are you in Framingham um on on the highway oh like five minutes away from Framingham State oh okay is that where the event is yeah well it's nearby yeah it's at nevan's Hall which is uh right in downtown of the area I know nowhere where I'm at right now this is one of the unexplored territories for Stephanie Massachusetts somewhere yeah if if you have time to kill go down route nine there's a huge Mall there I'm across from the natic mall right now across from the okay then yeah did you bring your checkbook your your your your credit card I don't buy anything anyway you know I'm for a couple of extra bucks on the way out we're too busy fighting over audio sounds today it's been a morning got him poor Hank was like sidelined to our fight like whole thing you know what I did I turned my headphones down very smart very smart it was like okay this is you know I know this goes on between me and Mari sometimes I don't have to listen to this I know how this is going I appreciate that I really do it's not being fun uh being in other people's drama so you're like but we're on we made it that's it so what's going on with you today what you got going on um it's date night it's date night and it's Pi Day yep I I what is it 2.14 3 3.14 3.14 one 915 I don't know it's one of those things no today I had asked yes go ahead I had asked the other night like who uses it and all the construction workers were like we do every day I was like okay that's Fair okay because I just wanted to know is it being used by someone is someone using this and they all said yes we use it every day one those things you actually learn in math class that you actually use in life later right for them in the construction field yeah right I'm I'm not doing any math projects I'm not calculating the circumference of anything so no I like eating pie clearly that's for sure that's for sure so no it's it's it's lovely down here on the um on the cape I'm looking out the the windows here in the in the Villages and the sun is shining and it's I have I have I have both kids here in the room with me so don't be surprised if all of a sudden a free person jumps up on the screen I love that that's like my favorite when you see a cat come across someone screen you're like a yep there's one here there's one here looking out the window because we have some um landscapers doing some work and and the other one is wandering around I think saying can I get the hell out of here sunshiny but it's so deceiving because when you go out there there was frost on my windshield today when I went over to dunks so I was like oh why I haven't even been to dunks yet yeah yeah because I haven't left yet I'm still here so hey the beauty of working from home right on my large cup of of of can you see this Dallas coffee you buy a coffee cup in Dallas it's like this big I like that the top of it said the Big D right yep yep that's awesome what's up sethy elastic Glam is H cap pad's only rock Glam show and we air it on Friday nights here at Lem Ado so definitely check back in and listen to it if you haven't he is uh he's very very excitable and very awesome at what he does and we're super excited to have Seth on our shows and on our Airwaves uh he just really is pretty pretty amazing he gave out his glams we've been playing some new Tunes here I thought it was awesome I'm like I love the new Awards it's Award Show season might as well have his own absolutely absolutely and he and he does one hour right yes yeah over at KKL and then we rebroadcast it here every other Thursday I'm over at the college and uh I missed last week because I was not feeling good and I'm super glad that I didn't go and infect the children oh God you would have you would have yes they all would have been sick at for a season sorry from was my mouth all over that apologize so I'm so glad that I trusted my instincts and I'm like I'm not feeling great let's not push this you know when you think about it over the years being in radio how we would just wander in and out of studos and just go right up to the mic that the last person had used in front of us maybe they were sick maybe they weren't maybe they were coughing maybe they were sneezing we didn't even think about it right no wee germs we were sick forever I felt like at one point in radio I was sick for a solid year right like why probably because we didn't clean the studios or the microphones gross gross just take the wind screen off no we should have had our own personal wind screens yeah yeah I know we just didn't crusty and Dusty those nasty things were nasty speaking of crusty and Dusty what's going on with the house apparently they're blocking Tik Tock what's happening honest to God honest to God I mean just just talk about talk about playing politics with something what's the argument here what is the problem I understand that they're blaming it's a Chinese app yeah the the argument is American Tik Tok is owned by an American company okay um but they're associated with the Chinese and they are claiming people are claiming that the Chinese are stealing our information our personal information using Tik Tok I saw one Congressman interview this morning who said I have yet to see a solid piece of evidence that that's even happened so where did this talking point get drummed up from like where who knows somebody wanted to start something so they did I just find it really absurd it's great I mean you can't I'm not a lawyer or whatever but I appreciate that yes I know you can't you can't make someone sell their company I don't think and you very bizarre it would be like the mass it would it would be like um um um the the mash Board of Selectmen saying we don't like lemon Ado and we don't like what Stephanie viiv is doing here in our town so Stephanie you have to sell your company move move to fouth weird you can't do that yeah you really you really can't but here's the interesting thing just saw on um Inc magazine Mr Wonderful says he wants to buy it and make it pardon does I said interesting does he have enough money to buy it I'm sure he does is it for sale well you know if it's supposed to be for sale maybe he yeah he said he can he'll buy it and turn it you know make it part of his Mr Wonderful Empire that's one of the guys Shark Tank folks I was gonna say if a shark tank guy can't make somebody want to sell something what good are you at Shark Tank anyway right right oh no that' be that' be interesting and then and then the other thing is speaking about just Media stuff Don Lemon interviewed Elon Musk for his first show on X and Elon Musk didn't like the way it went so he cancelled Don Lemon that's what I saw and I was really kind of confused over that whole exchange so did he just end the interview and walk out he show the show was going to be on X Twitter or whatever the hell we're calling it and and Elon Musk didn't didn't like the tone of the question or something and said okay nope you're not going to be on not going to have a show on X I I think it's wild that I don't like your Vibe so I've decided but I mean I guess you're at the whim of a crazy billionaire right but that's but but but here's the thing that's not cancel culture oh no no no that's something I don't know what it is but it's not cancel culture L show some love do some giveaways right right that's crazy I mean I'm not a big Don Lemon fan I never thought he was that great he was someone on CNN for those of you who never watch CNN I never thought he was that good but you know again you just can't do this stuff or maybe you well he's handsome he's got a great voice I didn't really understand why he left what was that situation wasn't he dating somebody else or is that somebody else that's somebody no I think that was somebody else who was dating somebody else now I I forget what Don Limon did he did something I don't know they all end up doing something well because we live in cancel culture So eventually you will offend someone and eventually if somebody that you offend screams loud enough then someone's head needs to roll it's how we operate right I'm waiting I I haven't heard anyone offended yet by the Oscars and I'm waiting yeah I didn't really feel like there was much to be offended about I mean I thought maybe John Cena people would get in about John Cena I did I didn't have a chance to tell you that Tuesday night uh Ted Murphy came in and what his trivia team name was the back of John Cena's envelope which I really enjoyed I was like such a good name for a trivia team yes right right and and I guess a couple of the Stars sort of went off on politics and and then the music played them out and the music plays them out you know if they could have a hook like they used to have in Vaudeville you know that needs to come back we need a Gong and we need a hook right added to our TV watching you're going to take Tik Tock away from us we need a Gong and a hook very very small bits of it yeah I was having a conversation with my cousin yesterday about some unrelated issues and we were talking about the random stuff that we missed and our grandmother loved the gong show so it just happened to have come up were you too young for the gong show no it was on it was around mhm it was my grandmother's favorite oh okay we'd watch it with Nana it provided her entertainment she was a just a saintly woman you know how she is but she used to laugh at other people's demise every once in a while and I laughed I watched a show that was your grandmother's favorite you know how that makes me feel she was a young lady though yes she was she was we'll go with she passed at a young age also yes she did speak speaking of old ladies yes I guess yours what our Cape Cod old ladies are saving ponds and this's a story in the Cape Cod Times today that there is a group called the old ladies um old ladies against underwater garbage um they're being led by h a woman who's 885 years old and and their goal is to clean up all the various you know ponds and and swimming places around around the cape because there's all kinds of stuff in them yeah our ponds are pretty grimy and I appreciate that there is a a charge being led by an 85y old woman I think that's fabulous yep yep you know and this just you know because people throw all kinds of stuff in there golf balls beer cans um batteries tires clothing shoes plastic metal glass fishing equipment dog toys even surprisingly no this isn't surpris a decorative garden gnome that's not surprising no that that's looking to get thrown in the water yeah that sounds like somebody had some Libations and we thought let's see how far this gnome can go yep yep I wonder what's in the pond behind me we've got a we've got a pond here on the sixth on the sixth hole that's a water lots of golf balls oh yeah lots of golf balls oh yeah that's for that's for sure most of us can't can't clear it most of us think we can and and we can't and so we we get to the point with this whole where where we just say you know what let's just go to the drop point and we'll hit it you we'll hit three because we'll gonna hit three anyway that's it you're out there you're out there in quasi retirement land quasi quasi retirement I'm doing you know I used to laugh when when people would say after they retired I have so much to do I'm busier now than I was when I was working and and when you were younger you'd sit back and go oh come on what what do you mean you you know what you are yeah because you have so because you know what it is I was thinking about this last night you think you have so much free time that you say yes to stuff yeah and opportunities come up when I retired almost six years ago did I think I would be on the radio six days a week no probably no probably not Furthest Thing from my mind being on the I'll do it I've got all this time here I am it's so true and even for me at like one or two days a week that I'll have off or find myself without something to do cuz I'm on always on this trajectory and someone says what are you doing on Friday and I'm like nothing what are we what are we doing and then all of a sudden I have seven things on my dance card and I'm like I thought I had nothing to do I said yes to all of these things thought I was gonna get a day off no you never get a day off there's no such thing as that and I'm okay with that an object Ino motion stays in motion Hank right right I mean and and and I'm not one of those you know play 18 holes have a drink and take a nap I mean they take a nap part yes but but the rest of it I couldn't do that every day and I know there are guys who do and they and they love it and and you know that's their that's their version of of retirement and they worked hard to be able to do that I I can't I just can't sit still so thank you for putting me on the air six days a week yeah absolutely you could be straining out garbage from ponds with the old lady Squad and I'm not just calling them old ladies they're calling themselves call themselves the what did I say they they call themselves The the old ladies hate junk or what is it let me find it again h of course now I can't find it come on come on come on one more one more scroll up old ladies against underwater garbage I love it get to work old ladies we appreciate you yes yay we've got so many events coming up and I really want everybody to stay on top of things events on cape.com is where you find what's going on with lemon Ado who's out who's out where Brooke had her first music Bingo over at Cape Cod beer last night I stopped in got to chat with Todd Marcus such a nice guy and uh they've been in business for over 20 years at Cape Cod beer and really yeah wow yeah they they're the ogs on the cape so it was really nice to pop in and say hello and see their great staff and uh he's like you're auditing I'm like yeah of course and I'm also supporting yep we're supporting our people you wouldn't see Cape Cod beer Cape Cod beer was was it one of the first yeah it is the first you know sort of like well it's not even a small Brewery anymore it's a pretty big it was inside the hyenas Port Brewing Company and that used to be right on the West End right there at the rotary where it's now a parking lot and a you would go where you would go after concerts at the tent and it was not on usual for the band to show up correct Blowfish used to do that every time they would end up over there playing at midnight or something that's just one band that I that I heard that I know of but but a number of bands would end up over there getting something to eat before they got back on the bus that was a bar and restaurant that was everybody's favorite it was the Gathering Point our friend Jimmy Jimmy sepka used to uh be the chef over there and that's where Todd started with a couple of uh just Brew tanks making his beer over there in fact 20 years plus ago my husband was you know my husband's a hobbyist if he's whatever it is he's a tinker he's a hobbyist he finds something he decided he's going to start brewing beer and I went to Todd and I was like Todd I need some stuff right I don't know what stuff I need but I want to give him a Father's Day gift what do I need was just she was awesome the the beer was really good was um a hobby of his for about five years and he did great following recipes ordering recipes very much into it and then of course you know something shiny flew in front of his face and he went on to something else right been there done that but he converted one of our freezers into a Kegerator and it used to be in our guest bedroom so when the Pats were on he would like just throw out a bucket and our friends would throw in five 10 bucks for more ingredients and they'd have all their beer right there on DRFT in my guest bedroom oh that's great yeah so for years and years I mean especially when we had younger kids and weren't about to go out all the time it was like taking you we had three kids in car seats at one point like we weren't going anywhere so if you want to hang out with us you have to come over right and it was always the party central house because we're here we're having a good time enjoy yourselves then grab a cup of beer you're GNA need it with my kids kids in car seats wow my um um my my nephew has three little ones right now and he has a two-year-old maybe he's three now and they just had twin girls and I saw my my niece his wife uh put something up the other day on social media that she was looking for a four-seater stroller and I and I just wrote four you're like is that even real to they why do you need four I'm thinking of why do you need four but I mean it's not crazy I we have friends of ours that have two sets of twins and they definitely could have used something like that and no no they only have three so far and she's asking for a fourth seat you never know when there's an extra Han okay maybe maybe that's it I'm just thinking oh dear God don't you guys have enough never mind what's up Marie and Danielle hey Ricky B and uh good morning Dave hegner thanks for joining us on the show hey Miss Mina hope you had a good night over at father's last night I bed in I dropped her off some kids toys there seems to be a lot of families over there which is really really exciting to see families going out and enjoying a little music Bingo and spending time together with an activity you know it's nice to have I think we've talked about this before it's nice to have places where you can take your kids yeah because when we were raising kids I'm certainly when I was and and and when you were you couldn't go out and and you know get a beer and hang out with adults and bring your kids they weren't designed that way I mean knockabout is is great for that yeah exactly oh Timmy pick it my mom had two sets of twins 16 years apart 16 years apart no what happen what happened in between took a break for good behavior that's all I know that's what I say what dides she do say to Dad hey you're done wow but you know what when you get to that point and you're like okay well uh I'm bored I'm lonely these kids are grown next next let's make some more babies well I got to that point and we we were like all right family 2.0 right need to have my head examined but now they're big and I'm like I get it I really do I talked to Cliff about I was like why not fostering and he's like nope no no I've uh I've been having convers ations about possibly fostering and I'm like oh no oh well you know I mean you take in the J1 kids every summer yeah I mean can that be can that be enough I listen Hank you know me there's plenty of love for everyone I guess oh my goodness it's such a good time oh Amina said shout out to John who bust tables and ran food all night great owner the owner hey you know what some times the owner of the restaurant does need to bop in and make sure they save the day it always the owner standing there being bossy but that's a Cape Cod that is truly a Cape Cod situation I think we care we're local where it's these are establishments that are our Blood Sweat and Tears and we have to do those things because we might have a situation going on so shout out to John over at father's Kitchen and Tap House very good and it's nice to see something on that part of town doing well yeah for sure it's better than what's going on there's not a lot over there no although I got really excited when I drove by yesterday and I was driving by um down 6A for a little bit because it was kind of nice to look at outside and uh I saw a voice studio for voice lessons I saw some other fun stuff popping up on 6a and I was like life we're so close Hank we were we were down in chadam yesterday oh nice um because we have a we have a listing coming on and we went down there for photos and it was so striking to be in chadam and there's like no traffic and we were saying to each other well let let's let's enjoy this now let's drive around a little while we can because in a couple of months you're not going to be able to just go down to chadam and drive around also chadam is one of those places you intentionally go to you just don't accidentally end up in chatam it's for it yeah oh yeah oh yeah you're right that's got to be a yeah a destination we're going El we're going there yeah it's a process it's a place kind of like we're going to P toown today you just which you know I love the chat and bars in but I saw yesterday that they were um cut this deal with Lexus to have people be able to test drive their lexuses while visiting chadam I'm like you're just making it so attainable for me or for most people who live here regular on a regular day honestly I feel like if you're ass salt of the earth worker be and now like they're they're pumping that out on their social media I was like can't relate right yep but it's in the new Beyonce song lexuses are in yeah well they're they're they're appealing to a particular audience and it's not us no no right you're correct you know that just doesn't wow wow that's that's a lot wasn't that voted one of the most romantic it's one of the best K Nas voted the best resorts yeah it it's up there on everything oh yeah oh no it's fabulous and and I can't I'm going to draw a blank in her name but one of the original Iron Chefs on Food Network used to be a chef there um I forget his name it was the Asian gentleman but he was a Chef there way back in the day yeah they've always had a knack for talent in finding the right people to fill slots they're great at what they do yeah yeah well giv a clientele their shout out to you Beth patski right if throw me a stay anytime or if you need me to just audit something for you I'm happy right I'll check it out give us some prizes to give away that we'll keep for ourselves I right well I ended up uh I she invited me to some influencer event that they had had over there and it was a v party and I got to meet some of the movers and shakers on Instagram for the summer and uh it was just a really beautiful party and all I kept thinking was who's gonna fall in the pool because those girls were getting really really a little crazy and I went with my good friend Lisa Bates over at the Children's Museum and her and I were doing a podcast women who travel at the time and we were just walking around like which one of them is going in someone fallen in this pool it was inevitable that that had happened but it was it was a champagne party something was going to happen speaking about women who travel are the is the crew back from um Africa yet the crew is back from Africa they went right into working again I saw my good friend Mar O'Keefe at a fundraiser event over the weekend and she was you know hanging and banging first thing I said to her I was like did you get sick she's like a little so I was always just curious because you're new foods new environment new everything like you have to have that uncomfortability space and they did I think five or six countries in a month I mean that's just a whole lot of travel and moving and shaking up right and and and it's not like going from France to Germany to Italy either right it's different kinds of different kinds of countries and different kinds of conditions and yeah that's got to be tough yeah but that she said they had it blast it was amaz she ended up winning winning some people just have all of the luck I never win anything I can tell you the one time I did win something that's a lie I was 11 years old and I was at a Payless store in South adoro okay and they were giving away this giant boom box and I put my name in and I won I won the boom box Han wow this is the one and only time I've ever won anything in my entire life I was I think 11 or 12 yep but some people just have all the luck she won this basket giant basket with scratch tickets oh really I ask her if she want anything off of them or is she letting them bake apparently we've had some big winners on the cape or at least adjacent some four out of the five Big Winners $ four million doll winners is that Buzzards Bay store I saw somewhere and I was like well they got to spread the wealth somehow hey spend it on the okay we're so close Andy used to be the place where everybody got big buck tickets yes it's been a while since we've had a good winner so maybe he's do we should all start going back to andies again right let's go okay I'll see you there well at least it's open on like what Dollar General that's closing I saw people that said they left a note thanks to our customers we loved you or something like that they just closed like that yeah you like all of us well they they kind of overextended during um uh during covid and everything and I mean part of the story is that one of the reasons why they're going out is because all the SNAP benefits are going away or or have oh okay that makes sense yep yep so there's not a lot of you know there's not the action there that there that there used to be and there are other stores trying to do the same thing now you know or there's you know stuff online yeah there's plenty of knockoff dollar stores we're good uh Linda believes it was Chef Yamamoto that was over the chat and Bar in what's up John and uh good morning to you Scott how are you guys doing today it's deceiving yep yep speaking about stores and things when when we had our pictures done yesterday um at our new listing your pictures in chattam no no at the new listing in chattam oh gotcha really cute house and we'll well it's not ready yet to to to come on but we had a drone um the photographer bought a drone too they like pictures of neighborhood and everything and and he was explaining that um I'm not quite sure I'm going to get these these distances right but um helicopters can go down to 800 feet okay and drones can go up I think he said I don't know to 600 feet or or whatever but they're reserving this space in between for the Amazon delivery drones oh do we get those on the cape apparently it's something that they that they're working on now look folks I didn't get the distances right the point of the story is is that there's going to be this distance in between how high your drone can go and how low a helicopter can go that the Amazon drones can can do same day delivery I can't imagine I'm feeling like this is very Jetson like this is your area of the the air space and this is your area right yes where's our hovercraft areas he yep and and and it was weird I haven't watched anybody use a drone in a while to take pictures it is so changed from from when it first it first started it's like he's got a he's got a camera and he's controlling the The Zone with the drones with a couple of toggle switches oh yeah and he gets the drone over where it has to be take a picture I mean the control is like Yay by yay yeah Amina says they've been talking about this for years for sure but now maybe it's finally going to happen Tim says maximum legal limit is 400 feet for drones good morning Kathy thanks for what do I do one of the bridges Bourne Bridge is gonna have sidewalk work the next two nights I think it's Bourne get ready for just Bridge BS for like the next ever so right and and and it looks like they're slowly amassing money to build a new bridge they're working on it we lost our money to Rhode Island actually was what the problem was it was earmarked and we had our Bridge money and then that snafu happened over Christmas where they just were like yeah no more Bridge here uh it's closed right we're not going to tell anybody this or let anybody plan for this we're just G to wait and let everybody have a nice Christmas have a nice holiday and then come back with no Bridge right that's that's a m r Island if if you've if you've tried to get to R Island on on 195 don't well my friend Dave lives right in that mess and commutes through that mess so he said his morning commute is an hour and a half wow for what should be 20 minutes and uh this all of a sudden was just like thrown at him yeah yeah and and and I love it when when you know people go on Facebook or whatever I have to you know I have to go to Providence for an appointment should I drive through Newport Newport no no that's like saying you're gonna go drive through chadam to get somewhere no right let's drive to chadam to get to hyenas no why would you drive through I mean yeah you can get there from there but but that's not an efficient way to do it oh that's silly at all at all just take 495 to 95 and you'll and you'll pretty much you'll pretty much get by it I mean you got have to go and take the long way friend sorry right right I mean it it clogs up over by it's not called a dunk anymore whatever it's called um the amama mutual Center the amama mutual Center I was just there fairly recently it's the only reason why I know that I remember the story I didn't want to mention it but I couldn't think of I I I started heading down this road and I said I think I'm gonna bring back a bad memory for step Mari thanks for checking in yeah it's not great I have some some new photos I'm not happy all I wanted to do was take a bathtub last night I had a long day I work so hard I get in there last night it's it's filthy but it wasn't the fil that upset me because I'm in a tub right right I go to try and shut off the tub and it wouldn't shut off oh no it was stuck it was stuck and now I'm panicking because like we're at like high levels of tub right and I'm like what do I do I can't shut it off well duh I opened up the drain that was fine right when I sit there and I had to like grab towels to like Leverage I'm like I'm gonna pull this thing it's G to rip out of the wall all of a sudden there's going to be water splashing everywhere like it was a disaster I was a disaster I just shut it off I finally got it off and I was like well then that was so relaxing just I ended my day I'm like this is a disaster start to finish and you'll get a robo call tomorrow saying we'd like to know about your experience thing with did you on SC to five tell them the you you really need to write the nasty letter this time I am just not that person got this is the second time in a row it's so bad Hank you put it on put it on Facebook you know how this goes put it on Facebook tag Hilton Hotels or or put it on Twitter you know I feel like they think that I'm just in this to get like free stuff and I'm just not I just want to stay somewhere and relax well I worked with somebody years ago who was a professional at getting free stuff but that's my but that's my mom and I feel like that that's why I'm not I'm so like I don't want to say anything she's always causing a scene wherever she is Kevin would take a room next to the elevator and then he'd send a letter when he left complaining that he was next to the elevator I mean he was ridiculous that stuff really bothers me he went looking for the stuff it wasn't like you know he he inadvertently ended up next to the elevator and you know said boy this wasn't what I was looking for and what did it constantly everywhere everywhere it was incredible and his wife they did they both did it that was their plan like that got them excited find she was leaving a stop shop somewhere and slipped on a little piece of ice and all of a sudden there's a there's a letter and there's a lawyer and there's this and there's that are they Irish no they weren't no they weren't just checking no no they weren't no they were just one of my mother we all know people like that yeah yeah who just look for stuff to complain about and and you know maybe they take it some people just take it too far yeah I agree there's plenty of it I'm like I can't so for me uh I've got the photos Hank I'll I'll send them to you oh thank you very much I need to share it got said the sheets I think that they're lacking in the cleaning Department that's all I feel like they're just not getting people to actually clean or maybe look at things with their eyeballs Oh you mean it you mean we're underst staffed pay people better that's the only thing I can say right right won be understaffed and you know you know this this we're understaffed argument is starting to get a little thin at well it's unpopular to me because you know what pay people better what's the problem here right right there are enough people and there were people looking for work I I don't buy that argument that people I'm looking for work people are just looking for work that they that they're that they're comfortable doing y to take a job to take a job Emily it's not anything on the sheets this time it was all in the bathroom yeah I checked the sheets three times when we're over Emily rewind and you'll and you'll get the whole you'll get the whole detail but no not the sheets oh my gosh good morning Lauren Mar I be throwing up and out of there I know so speaking of up and out of there we took so long this morning with our dysfunction that I've got to actually get up and out of here and go have my vegetarian breakfast you're vegetarian breakfast it's these are Farm people oh they're going to feed you there oh yeah there's food all day for sure okay I mean you can't go to a conference without and talk about food and not have food without having food true exactly maybe somebody maybe somebody will will bake like whole grain muffins and stuff I'm so down for that if that's
